Mr.
Dave
and
his
team
for
their
excellent
support
in
the
maintenance
of
our
apartment
at
IStreet.
Team
IStreet
is
a
group
of
motivated
and
cordial
individuals;
each
of
them
detail-oriented
and
thorough
professionals.
The
leasing
office
staff
are
considerate,
willing
to
listen
and
take
their
job
of
making
the
life
of
residents
easy,
very
seriously.
The
upkeep
of
the
facilities
at
the
apartment
is
undertaken
religiously
and
additionally,
they
plan
and
execute
fun
events
on
almost
a
monthly
basis.
We
especially
want
to
express
our
gratitude
to
Mr.
David
for
fixing
issues
related
to
short
circuit,
washing
machine
and
replacing
our
faulty
dishwasher.
As
soon
as
we
moved
into
Istreet,
straight
from
India,
we
were
troubling
him
on
a
daily
basis
mainly
because
the
devices
and
electrical
setup
were
of
a
different
nature
from
what
we
have
been
used
to.
When
it
comes
to
repair
works,
his
skill
in
diagnosing
each
issue
in
minimal
time
used
to
amaze
me.
Every
time
he
meticulously
renders
the
required
fix
taking
as
little
time
as
possible.
He
makes
sure
everything
that
is
required
is
done
and
on
top
of
it,
he
cleans
up
the
whole
place
leaving
it
better
than
before,
spick
and
span.
Above
all,
Mr.
David
has
this
amazing
positive
vibe
any
time
of
the
day.
He
is
full
of
warmth,
always
patient
(even
at
the
near
end
of
a
hard
day
at
work)
and
non-judgemental
especially
when
we
had
difficulty
explaining
nitty
gritty
technical
details
in
American
english.
We
have
laughed
over
our
differences
in
accent
and
vocabulary
in
spite
of
speaking
the
same
language.
He
is
a
walking,
talking
reminder
that
humaneness
and
compassion
still
exist,
even
in
these
uncertain
times.
This
team
made
our
task
of
adjusting
to
the
new
environment
in
a
country
half
way
across
the
globe,
a
breeze.
This
