Moragalla beach is located just opposite the Bentota panhandle at the estuary of Bentota River. A picturesque and relatively secluded beach. Beautiful and Safe place to swim and enjoy. There lot of fishing boats in te beach on the evening.

One of the gorgeous beaches in Sri Lanka. This beautiful beach area is between the eden hotel and the cinnamon bey hotel beruwala. From eden hotel to Barberyn Ayurveda resort the beach is bit rough and with precaution you could have a swim there. But the area between barberyn Ayurveda resort and cinnamon bey hotel is very safe as there is a reef which has made a natural pool. There is no much better place to capture the beautiful sunset and relax.

The hotel, earlier called Palm Garden, is closed now. This hotel was also wonderful with all-day animation for those who need it! Everything was perfect, food, room, the friendliness of the staff! I especially remember the older gardener & the work that was not seen by any tourist! I saw them & gave him $5. After that I had fresh flowers on the balcony table every morning. It seemed to me that I was the first person to recognize him and his value as a person! It was a wonderful time & my 4 year old daughter learned to swim! And I saw the most beautiful sunsets on this beach at this wonderful island of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
