The
missus
picked
the
tourist
site
for
her
Bali
bucket
list,
so
I
planned
a
sunset
visit
and
got
there
with
30+
minutes
before
the
sun
set
(at
6.18pm
that
day).
Can't
recall
exactly
how
much
we
paid
to
get
in,
but
it
should
have
been
about
IDR100+k
for
2
adults,
a
child
and
the
rental
car.
There's
a
bit
of
walk
down
from
the
carpark
to
the
beach,
walking
through
a
wide
avenue
straddled
by
the
typical
souvenir
shops.
When
we
got
to
the
beach,
it
was
already
filled
with
a
couple
of
hundred
sightseers
who
walked
further
out
due
to
the
low
tide
(high
tide
would
have
been
a
better
sight?).
Pretty
impossible
to
take
a
shot
that
would
not
have
someone
else
in
it.
Tanah
Lot
and
its
temples
are
beautiful,
but
on
hindsight,
it
might
have
been
better
if
we
went
during
the
low-peak
times.
We
had
a
mini-phototaking
competition
within
the
family,
looked
at
a
few
clear
ponds
that
appeared
due
to
the
low
tide,
and
left
shortly
after
a
30
minute
visit.
