I have chosen this place because the desired place was fully booked. And you have no idea on how much I regretted for choosing this one based on the over rated reviews. It would be 1 star, because the owner, the waiter and even the cook are not careful enough to their work. The food was delivered by a wrong dish. The second time it was correct, but the salad literally tastes like grass. There is no dressing at all. (Crazy) The pasta is not fresh, my mom said that I can cook better than it. The service was bad in the end. Because we noticed the price was higher than we expected according to a incorrect item was popped up on the bill. I spoke with the waiter, then he said it’s no problem because both price are the same. Thanks god I had a good (short) memory, I insist on reading the menu again and showing them I was correct. And the one who is the cashier, he didn’t seem to be apologized, but returned money to me without saying anything. Oh and I don’t know why the price mark shows only one, it’s definitely not only one. It’s relatively expensive and unworthy. Overall, sometimes you just don’t trust the reviews, but your intuition. This is the only place I had a really bad experience in Albania. If you don’t want to ruin your holiday, I will suggest you go to other places if there’s any.

We just came here for a small snack. We ordered a Greek salad. It was good but nothing special. We had the vegetable soup which I thought was good. My partner did not care for it as much. The chicken soup was ok. They did not have topshelf alcohol here unfortunately, only well.

I was a bit dissapointed. This place was recommended to me as one of the best places in Berat, but I don't believe it matches some other places we tried. A 4 star rating none the less because the food was still good, the waiters were very friendly, helpful and spoke decent English. I wasn't to fond of the house wine though. Location is also nice, with view on the other side of the river + the bridge. Definitely a nice place to have a beer

Visited two nights running because it was such a great experience. The food is the real deal, Albanian at its best. The staff were all lovely and it was great value. Highlights for us, Country salad, Fergese, Grandma's meatballs and the homemade white cheese. A full bread basket ensured we left absolutely stuffed. And the desserts, if you still have room, are amazing.

We went to the place with doubts, because this restaurant is located in the street where most of places for tourists are, meaning that it is expected to find higher prices and possibly less quality. However it surprised us. The food was good and tasty, and the quantity too. The service was good, and the waiting time was average. Of course the prices are above average, but for the decoration and the location, I think it is absolutely fine. Besides we didn't need to wait at all, the restaurant is big with enough places.

I got the place recommended by the hotel I stayed; I even spoke to someone on the phone. Arriving there nobody knew. Finally the accepted me, and I coukd sit upstairs, which was EMPTY. So why the discussion as sounded the place was overbooked. Ok, put it down to language barriars.. Food was good. Not sure if I missed the sign, or the invented, I had to pay cash, also no bill presented, but it sounded right-ish. I had not enough LEK, but still some Euros. The difference was 1€ or about some LEK AND that is where they ripped me off!! I tried to work out the change and the waiter kept on talking to me/distracting. In the end I paid €4 extra, which doesn't sound much, but here it is about 4 big waters or tina of coke worth...AND I want to make my decision if leaving a tip or not!!

Finding a good place to eat in Berat was like looking for a needle in a haystack. We found Wildor by accident and couldnt be more happy about it. Its not a michelin but compared to what you get in Berat, its definitely 5 star. The waiter was very polite and made us a reservation with the best view. The food was mouthwatering. I had the pasta with pork pulp which was al dente and the meat perfectly tender. Amazing sauce. House wine was also really nice.

Very pleasent and quiet restaurant. The salad was delicious and the pasta very good. I had the rabbit parpadelle and my partner the bolognaise and we had nothing to complain about. The wine was nice, we chose an Italian white. The staff were very friendly.

Checked online for a good place to have lunch in Berat and didn’t get disappointed. Best salad we had for a long time. Meatballs were tender and tomato sauce delicious. Soup tasted fresh. Cheese croquettes were a little on the dry side but that is personal taste. Service was efficient and fast. Prices totally inline with quality. Highly recommend this place.

You can use for lunch or cafe either. Shop clerks are kindly for my son. You can spend calmly time a large floor where there are not so many people. The view of the window on second floor is beautiful. You can see the river and bridge.

Meatballs were the best that we had so far in Albania, the sauce was delicious. The Greek salad was tasty. We got a plate of dessert on the house. The service was quick and friendly.

Super lovely restaurant. Nice food and lots of local options. The waiters are always checking out on you with a smile in their face. Also, they gave us free dessert. 100% recommended.

Excellent food and service with a nice view on the river and on Goriça. We had a mixed appetizer with local dishes that was delicious. The meet we chose was tender and juicy. The desserts are the ones of the tradition of this beautiful place that is Berat. Strongly suggested.

The food was okay, service not friendly. Prices tend to be too high. I would recommend to search for another place when in Berat. Still, it was not a bad experience.

Tourist trap. Avoid it. Bas service, ridiculous quantities and high prices. We order 3 different main courses and were exactly same sauce with no good taste

We ordered 4 dishes. Risotto was terrible. Non sticky rice with horrible sousage without spices. Bolegnese was ok also as grilled pork. Portion of chicken breasts with creamy souce was hard to eat. Dont recommend at all. Half of menu weren't available.

The most terrible experience I have had in Albanian restaurants. The service was slow and they were not able to explain the menu. We ordered half a liter of wine and they brought us 2 glasses of wine which were billed for the price of half a liter of wine. The meat was very badly cooked, it was burnt and smelled. Also, they marked 2 waters on the bill, while we had only received 1. And as if that wasn't enough, they gave us less lek than it should have been. Of course we complained about the wine, the water and the payment, but this whole situation caused us a kind of disgust for this place. Do not go to this restaurant. After this slanderous experience, I don't want to go to another restaurant in the beautiful city of Berat. Unfortunately. If it were possible, I would not give any stars for this restaurant.

I cannot recommend this place. The food was not nice, not tasty at all. The waiters were not friendly and they did not seem to know much about the menu itself. I asked if the Ramstek is the same as the Biftek (both are some sort of steak (beef)), he said: "I do not know, but I guess so." So I ordered a Ramstek. What I got was definitely NOT Ramstek - it was minced pork meat. It tasted very bad, so I could not even eat more than 2 bites. We also ordered a chicken filet and it was not grilled as it should, it was bloody/red inside. We left most of the food on the table, paid and left. There are plenty of great restaurants in Berat, do not waste your money and time here.
