The only reason why you do not hear more about this gem of a restaurant is likely because it is situated on the “wrong” side of the river, with views that may be somewhat less glamorous than what one may find on the other side. However, make no mistake, the food we had here was some of the best in all of Albania, served by the nicest of staff. I could eat the tomato they used for their dishes alone and still call it a good meal, any and all ingredients are that fresh and flavourful. Bread is toasted and on the house, prices are extremely reasonable, view is good enough, premises are super clean. Go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. I would come back here anytime. The balcony overlooking the river is a nice experience to have as is the view of the old bridge and the old town neighborhood. The staff were all amazing. Please keep on doing this and do not change, because I definitely want to come back.

Excellent selection of traditional dishes, salad and pasta. We had a mix of traditional dishes and everything tasted incredible. Lovely terrace and attentive servers.

Such a delightful family-run hotel. We stayed in the attic room, which resembled more of a suite with complete living room. New AC in both rooms. Sharp, clean, design. Such a delight to stay here especially compared to the otherwise bit tacky Albanian hotel room designs. Thank you!

This hotel/restaurant is amazing. We stayed a couple of nights in the hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms are recently renovated and equipped with everything you need - and more. Very friendly staff and good food. Would definitely recommend.

PROS -situated at the entrance of the city, easy to find, away from the crowds, still close to everything -hike to castle through the back to avoid entrance fee thanks to hotel staff -extremely friendly family staff -our best breakfast in Albania as they go for quality over quantity, it’s not a buffet -free private parking at the back of the hotel, secure -one of the two bridges of Berat is 10m away -good A/C CONS -shower makes a flood in the bathroom but it dries up fast (and they provide flip flops)

Should have listened to the other reviewer that got served reheated meat… Mine was still cold. Not the first restaurant in Berat where this has happened. If you like simple meat dishes, go next door. And no I have no affiliation with that restaurant, I just had a far better experience there.

Great place for traditional Albanina cuisine, good service and delicious food with an amazing view from Gorica bridge and old town. Affordable prices, credit card paymet available. Different local wine tasting glasses.

We had excellent dinner at this lively place, we had traditional and Italian dishes and all selections were very tasty, the waiter was extremely helpful and fluent in English, also very affordable prices compared to the tourist locations around

This restaurant has the worst Service that I have ever experienced! The meals were cold already and there were errors in the Receipt. We wanted to return the Mushroom Risotto because it was made with canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones. Upon wanting to return it the waiter heavily insulted us. The manager even grabbed my girlfriend by her arm to not let her leave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

4.8/5 fantastic and very tasty and cheap food! I had the dolmas, some cheese dish, and green salad and each dish was fantastic and freshly made. The workers were so nice too and it was relatively cheap. Bill came out to 1000lek. A hidden gem of a place, for now. Highly recommend!

There were several excellent vegetarian options. The restaurant accommodated a member of my party's needs by turning on the air conditioning. The staff speaks excellent English. You can pay with cash or card. Food was very good and affordable.

We had a lovely meal at Mulliri restaurant. We tried a selection of traditional Albanian dishes and Italian dishes - the food was all excellent! It was also incredibly good value. There was a lot of choice including vegetarian options. The waiter was friendly and attentive. They also accept card payment which was a bonus.
