The only reason why I'm not giving it 0 stars is that pizza itself was actually good. The problem appeared when I asked for the bill where I was charged for the water bottle that I didn't use. I asked for tap water instead because I don't want to create plastic waste. The waiter decided to charge me for it nonetheless, saying that it was already printed in the bill (why did he print it)? After some back & forth they unwillingly returned the extra money, but it felt that the "mistake" was deliberate. I love Albania, but I'm afraid that the short-sighted hospitality-business owners are going to chase people away by dishonest practices. Albania, you can do better. You should do better.

First and foremost, the pizza was delicious. It was also massive, and, although my wife did have a few slices, I sat there and ate almost the entire thing in one sitting. The staff were friendly and funny, and I'd get pizza here any day.

I can not understand all the positive evaluations. Honestly I can’t evaluate the pizza itself as we left before because of the very very unfriendly service. The waiter was already very annoyed when we couldn’t directly decide which pizza to chose. When we then asked how big “personal size” (you can chose this out of a few different sizes and for me “personal size” is not self explaining) is, he just replied very annoyed and even insulting without actually explaining it. We decided to leave and had a very good dinner and service a few steps further.

It is a place in berat city that has character and identity, which is not very common here. Indoor decoration, aesthetic and music were perfect. The pizza was good and there were some interesting options. Besides that, you can ask for one, two or even three flavors in one pizza. Also good value for money. Would definitely visit again.

Now these guys know how to make a "Proper" pizza! Never had such a massive sesame crusted pizza with 4 different toppings.. the thin crust is also perfect and if we were staying another night, we'd definitely go back again!! Also great value money and a really nicely designed chic, new space.

We had the Margherita pizza, it was really tasty!

Good pizzas, but many of the ones I chose were, not made, just because there were missing ingredients, I didn't like this.

If you are craving for pizza You are at the perfect place @proper pizza in Berat . I tried Macho and it was delicious 😋 crunchy and the herbs , the sesame seeds it was just perfect 👍 you can order delivery as well and choose your own size of pizza 🍕

Best pizza place in Berat town. I had such a nice time and the food was amazing. Very good customer service too. I highly recommend for visitors to try this place. 💯!! We loved the “Proper Loca” and the “Proper Kolazh” 🤍🤍

Great pizza, however the menu is outdated, prices are a bit higher now (add about 50-70 lek to the prices on the menu)

If you ever want to have a “PROPER” pizza, then Proper Pizza is the place to be at !🍕🍕😀 The family size pizza is an absolute delicacy with the choice of any 4 flavours that you choose to fill a pizza. There are many restaurants on that street to choose from…. However, the pizza here left a lingering taste!! The ambience could be a little better.

We ordered the veggie pizza, so delicious and so fresh. I love how they make the bread with the sesame seeds. Adds so much amazing flavor! Highly recommend!

Their food is so delicious. Try the white chicken pizza. Its very yummy. Never get tired of ordering it. Highly recommend this place. You can even get a 2 different pizzas here in 1 pizza. 👌🏽
