This was a gorgeous hike! The paths and bridges are well maintained and safe. It is only occasionally steep, but well worth the effort. Just be careful when you get near the end of the hike, there is an option to go up the path to Ettenberg/Mesnerwirt. This path is all steep steps the whole way...and the restaurant at the top may be closed (Mondays and Tuesdays).

Super schöne und abwechslungsreiche Klamm. Der Weg beginnt leicht und steigert sich zum Ende mit vielen Stufen. Das Wasser verläuft am Anfang tosend und laut rauschend - nach oben hin zur Theresienklause immer ruhiger. Aufgrund der vielen Stufen und Treppen finde ich die Klamm für Hunde weniger geeignet, es waren aber einige unterwegs dabei.

The creek length is about 2.5 km for 2.5-3 hr till the old floodgate after bridge 27.You're doing an ascend of 320 steps, but no in a row, so it's not difficult.It's not a round tour.However,you can proceed for other trail after bridge 17 and at the end.The creek has powerfull stream and small waterfall at the beginning of the trail and later on there is a high waterfall(not too impressive). extremely beautiful alpine river with lots of amazing clear mountain water 'pools'. it can be crowded on weekends, but its definitely worth a visit.
