Risotto fungi? omg so so good. Really nice restaurant. Delicious food. Friendly stuff. Very clean. update: I back to Gennaro&Pia few days before after 7 months from first visit: so was delicious like before, excellent experience, great prosecco. Love it. Bravo

We went there as students with our professor, the 1st day we landed in Bergamo, and Yolanda delivered excellent service to us. All foods and drinks were on point

Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere The serving was spotless. I liked the fried calamari, and the swordfish and the beer was exceptional.

A pleasant and affordable Italian restaurant. We found the pizza and pasta to be quite good. Daily specials include a three course meal (primo, secondo, dessert) and a glass of wine.

Good food, nothing to special. The gnocchi and the mushroom risotto was very good. Parmegiana also good. See food was normal. Nice environment and service. Normal average price.

Food was average but certainly not worth the high price. Ordered Pasta with mixed sea food. Menu stated you would get the fish dish for minimum 2 people at 17 euro. Most dishes ranged from 6 to 12 euro. Asked waiter who confirmed it would be for 2 people in regards to the price as on menu. Maybe more clarity and explanation would be nice

Friendly and helpful staff, great pizza del casa, very tasty pumpkin stuffed pasta, awesome bianco wine del casa. Restaurant is not too expensive. Was worth to visit! Real italian food and atmosphere. I recommend!

Very cozy restaurant with nice waiters, awesome food, delicious fish. Was almost full, so I advise to book it beforehand.

Loved it. Very clean. Great menu. We had the fish with little calamari on pasta. Delicious 😋. Also strudel with Icecream, yum yum. Staff were brilliant. Highly recommend

Recommended to us by our B&B host and glad that we followed their advice. We didn't have a reservation, however they were able to accommodate us. The pasta dishes that we ordered were flavoursome and plentiful, didn't need a meat course. Good quality food at exceptional price. All staff were very friendly and attentive especially the female waitress; young male waiter could learn from his older colleagues! Will return when we visit Bergamo again.

My recent visit to Gennaro e Pia | Ristorante Pizzeria was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a reservation, my party and I found ourselves in a chaotic situation. We stood at the entrance for a full 10 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. Unfortunately, nobody came to assist us, so we approached a waiter to inquire about our reservation. To our surprise, even after speaking with the waiter, the situation did not improve. The blond hostess eventually arrived, but instead of addressing our concerns, she asked us to wait even longer. Throughout this ordeal, we felt invisible and ignored, as if we were from another planet. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and we ultimately decided to leave. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the staff was truly disappointing. I would not recommend Gennaro e Pia | Ristorante Pizzeria based on this experience.
