Nice place but quite busy because of the main location. Still it’s less occupied during morning hours. Breakfast served here is fresh.

VERY long queue, that extends to the outside. Only 2 of 5 cashiers work, so the guard has to help them to serve. No terminals to order food, so you have to stand in the queue. Staff barely speaks English. We ordered 2 milkshakes, but they didn't give us sticks to drink with.

Next to the railway station 🚉 Food is fine, however rather dirty. They do not have sticks for Cola.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have tried. I waited like 45 minutes in the queue while it was not even that busy. the staff weren’t kind and it was all unclear. You can only order at the cash desk and everything you can read is in Italian.

The place is pretty chaotic due to the close proximity to the railway station and many high schools. However, the service is relatively fast, there's plenty of room to sit and it was refurbished recently in a modern and very good looking way. The food is better than the average McDonald's (amount of sauce, how hot the burger is, ...). Moreover, I really appreciate the veggie alternatives. Finally, the McCafe provides a very good and less expensive alternative for the breakfast than other cafes in this part of the city. Recommended for a quick bite!

The restaurant does not provide lids for the drinks claiming it’s only for take-out. They did not provide any Ketchup and they asked for 30 cents for each sachet. I asked for a straw to drink and they also said it’s only for take-out. I’ve never seen this in any Mcdonald’s my whole life. I’m very surprised that McDonald's accepts what’s happening here.

Arrived around 12.30 today very hungry after traveling and was disappointed because of the food while the regular double cheeseburger menu was cold, only cola was proper. Fries tastes like cardboard while cold and the burger was soaked into the rolled paper. Poor me, still hungry 😟

The worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to. They don’t have any self service machines and the menu is only in italian and very limited (not sure why), and you can only order at the mcCafe counter. At 10 am the toilets in the 1st floor were still closed and the cleaning staff wouldn’t let anyone in. Overall a pretty bad experience

There are many people and full seats, and the queue is long, sometimes mistakes will be made. I bought that watch to Tabi.

The sockets were not working, their PIN machine was not working, the place was not completely clean and the atmosphere was not friendly or pleasant. The food was good however, but the ambiance and service take points off the experience.

Hard to speak here English...just 1 staff member doing everything..order, delivery..other staff member are just watching and not helping.. In addition, they do not have any vegetarian food on the menu..only French fries..

You go to a mcdonalds instead of a cafe/restaurant to save time, but they were incredibly slow here! Lots of staff doing nothing while only one register was open.

Ganz so schlimm ist es nicht, wie die Kommentare hier sind. Es gibt allerdings keine Bestellterminals, sodass man wie früher an der Kasse anstehen muss (das kennen die meisten wohl nicht mehr). Ansonsten: Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, viele Sitzplätze im 1. und 2. OG, Toilette zugänglich.

One of the worst McDonald’s so far (Europe). There is no automatic machines to make an order. They had almost 20 burgers ready to be delivered but the attendance was too slow. I have waited more than 25 min. To finish the experience, Man’s WC were closed and only 1 toilet on Woman’s WC were available for both.

Lovely friendly staff. Good, clean and spacious seating. Good for family and kids.

Apart from the long queue, it's totally fine. McDonald's is just the same everywhere. WiFi is not so good

Terribly long queues to order! We were there for at least 35 minutes… and we were there until 8 pm. There were only two workers behind the cash register, and they were still making food for delivery. At the branch, the old ordering without kiosks and the calling system, that's why it was probably so tedious. If I didn't have a bargain coupon in the app, I would definitely not wait there and I'd rather have food somewhere else. Food of the same quality and taste as in other McDonald's.

Great location horrible to get there. Not sure if it’s just a faulty crosswalk but from the hotel to the McD’s when the green light goes for pedestrians CARS COME AT YOU FROM ACROSS THE STREET Other than that it’s your standard McDonald’s; they made you wait outside and did a greenpass check at the entrance. There are no self service automats so I paniced and ordered in my lackluster broken Italian but it was fine. Staff was very friendly

Not recommended.. highly slow service.. arrogant manager.. 3 floors restaurant but not even one power socket to recharge mobile phone.. or any recharge device.. i ask kindly but nobody care.. nobody help.. first time to see McDonald's without the option to recharge..

Waiting in a terribly long queue only to be told theres no eggs for Egg McMuffin. This is after I asked the manager where I should line up to get one. He could have just told me then. Why no sign saying “No Eggs”.
