The gym has undergone several changes in the last few months. The service is not the same as it used to be, there are so many inexperienced people just doing their job. No, all coach’s are at this level and it is really uncomfortable to be in a room without ventilation. regarding the women's sauna. I found very poor service as there were only two days a week with limited opening hours. You have access to the sauna. shameless

When you're just starting out, the staff's attention is 5 stars (When I started, they asked me to leave a review on Google and I gave 5 stars.), but after the first month the only interest is to say hello . In my own experience, once the training program is created, there is no control over whether the program is used or not. I've been there for about 10 months and no one has asked about my progress. Normally I had a 6 month contract, but it automatically extended for another 6 months because I didn't cancel it 3 months before my contract expired. - Sports equipment is clean and well maintained. - - They offer many courses that you can take. You can follow the courses on the information board and register. - The area where the gym is located can be very crowded from time to time. -The toilets in the training area are clean, but there is always a bad smell in the toilets in the changing rooms.

I completed a month there through Groupon. Great equipment, great instruction, great audience. Now I'm faced with whether to enter or not. But 69.00 euros isn't a big deal for me either.

I've been here for about 5 weeks and feel very well looked after here. The audience is nice and the staff especially! I exercise twice a week and have a good program. Above all, I have a lovely trainer who looks after me, i.e. nutritional advice, etc. I will continue to take advantage of the course offerings in the future. I am completely satisfied!

Modern studio with lots of new sports equipment. Friendly staff. Super nice trainers. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that lady’s sauna is not working, besides lack of shampoo and shower gel in showers.

The studio is very modern, clean & well maintained. It even seems a bit luxurious with the large chill area and the spacious changing rooms. The trainers always seemed available and were all very friendly. The workout class was very demanding, a little too fast/hectic for me, but that's probably more of a personal preference. Overall, a nice training location.

Mein bisheriges Studio hat die Corona-Zeit leider nicht überstanden und ich bin sehr froh, dass ich Medifit in Wentorf gefunden habe. Das Konzept aus Training, Kursen und Sauna ist super. Es gibt verschiedene Trainingsmöglichkeiten, individuell auf die Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten nach den Beratungsgesprächen und Einführungstrainings. Ob Kunden oder Personal – es herrscht hier Wohlfühlatmosphäre, ein guter Umgang miteinander, freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das fängt schon am Tresen an. Hier wird immer gern weitergeholfen. Leandros hat mich sehr gut beraten. Die Kurse von Trainerin Mariola sind mega, kann ich jedem empfehlen. Trainer Steffen macht einen sehr guten Job. Er erklärt nicht nur das wie sondern auch das warum. Und man merkt nicht nur bei ihm, dass die Mitarbeiter bei Medifit in Wentorf ihre Arbeit gerne machen. Auch nach fünf Monaten fühl ich mich immer noch gut aufgehoben. Macht bitte weiter so!

Ich bin positiv erstaunt, wie das Medifit Studio aufgebaut ist. Meine Hochachtung, denn ich bin am 10.07.das erste Mal dagewesen.

My consultation with Leandros was very pleasant and informative. The studio and the changing and sauna area are very attractive and spacious, so I was already “captured”. The briefing and follow-up appointments took place with Steffen. Steffen is a competent trainer and you can tell that he enjoys imparting his knowledge. Here you are always greeted in a very friendly manner and everyone has an open ear. This makes training fun.
