Es war mal schöner... Mittlerweile ist es hier sehr voll und die Gäste haben keinen Respekt gegenüber den Shop Betreibern. Klamotten fliegen durch die Gegend, Müll wird liegen gelassen, alles wird geöffnet und offen zurück gelassen. Ganz furchtbar. Die Auswahl an Geschäften ist super, auch die kleinen Obst und Gemüse oder Backwaren Stände sind super freundlich. Deswegen zwei Sterne. Aber das Publikum absolut respektlos und ständiges anrempeln.

Ich kenne den Center schon seit vielen Jahren. Vor einigen Jahren sind wir hier noch gerne hingefahren. Heute ist es dank eines gewissen Klientel überhaupt nicht mehr Lohnenswert, bzw. wir meiden so einen Center besser. Man könnte dort gut Einkaufen. Genügend Geschäfte sind vorhanden. Das Parkhaus ist auch super, und die Parkgebühren sind moderat. Aber wie gesagt, wir waren vor zwei Wochen dort, und ich war froh als wir dort wieder weg waren. Schade eigentlich.

Not very clean and not well organized. Parking is good cause I had to pay only 50 cent per hour, so 3 hours = 1.5 euro. People here are from all around the world and mostly from turkey or Syria.

Ich war heute im Primark.Es gibt viele preiswerte Kleidungsstücke für die ganze Familie. Mir persönlich ist der Laden zu voll gepropft. Etliche Kunden sind einfach nur furchtbar, da werden Sachen von dem Ständer genommen, fallen runter und werden einfach liegen gelassen. Andere treten dann einfach drauf. Ich fand den Besuch dort furchtbar.

Ein gutes EKZ indem es viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten für den Kaufrausch gibt. Zum einen gibt es hier einen Primark, welchen sonst nirgends in Hamburg zu finden gibt. Das einzige Manko wäre, dass vor dem EKZ oftmals viele unfreundliche Personen anzutreffen sind.

A bit far from the city center but you’ll find almost everything. There are a lot of options for shopping and eating.

Overall the center is beautiful on the Inside, but the atmosphere will fit much better with the outside. It will not give you the correct impression of how beautiful Hamburg can be. The people are overall not so friendly and there is a constant feeling that you are not welcome. The free photo booth was broken, the toilets not so clean and most elevators will not comfortably fit a large baby wagon or a wheelchair. Also getting inside is quite hard in any other way then walking. Doors are not open or automatic and 75% of the many entrances are stairs. Not recommended with kids or a physical disability.

Das schlechteste Einkaufscentrum welches ich in Deutschland je besucht habe. Und ich habe schon viele gesehen. Alles sehr dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Parkhaus so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Aus der Tür wo man raus geht kommt man nicht mehr rein sondern muss dem Eingang erstmal wiederfinden da sehr schlecht ausgeschildert. Außerdem zu eng man sieht es an den vielen Lackspuren an den Wänden.

Leider sind viele kleinere Geschäfte weg, die ich ursprünglich toll fand. Ansonsten gehe ich hier nur hin, wenn ich es absolut nicht vermeiden kann. Solche Läden wie Primark finde ich einfach nur gruselig. Ist natürlich meine persönliche Meinung. Hier gilt selbstverständlich: jeder wie er mag!

The center is nice and clean - but the info desk worker weren’t helpful at all, very rude and unpleasant person. Other than that - nice place with a lot of options.

Very good shopping center.. it is very big and here you can shop everything that what you need. Mcd is there. So eat there after your shopping.

Everything under one roof, perfect place to do shopping. It has small cafés & other food options as well to enjoy while shopping.

Total überlaufen. Die Mitarbeiter meistens freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Parkplatzangebot. Kleine Fahrstühle die sehr schnell wieder schließen. Für Menschen mit Handicap daher mit Vorsicht zu benutzen. Am liebsten nicht wieder dahin.

it’s 1hour &3 mins. travel time from my place to this shopping Center (by car) and it’s ok for me because i can eat the fried chicken here that is for me more delicious than kfc and cheaper as well. Aside from foodshops a lot of clothing shops to choose from. Cheap parking place underground and on top floor👍👍

Werktags am besten geeignet einzukaufen. Freitags und Samstags richtig voll. Sonst hat man alles, was man braucht. Gehe immer gerne hin.

Günstige Parkplätze, Rollstuhl gerecht. Geschäfte sind entsprechend ausgeschrieben, zudem sind oft kurzzeitige Stände mit diversen Angeboten vor Ort. Eben ein Einkaufszentrum

Ich war man das erste mal da und fand es etwas unübersichtlich. Die LED Anzeigen im Parkhaus für freie bzw belegte Parkplätze finde ich sehr gut und Hilfreich. Die Stellplätze sind wie in fast allen Parkhäusern relativ eng aber das kennt man ja leider schon. Sehr positiv der Parkpreis von 0,50€ die Stunde ist echt mega günstig.

Das Einkaufszentrum scheint eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bekleidungsgeschäften und Supermärkten zu bieten, was es zu einem großartigen Ort zum Einkaufen und Essen macht. Ich persönlich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch dort. Die Restaurants boten eine breite Auswahl an kulinarischen Optionen und das Essen war köstlich. Die Bekleidungsgeschäfte hatten eine gute Auswahl an Kleidung in verschiedenen Preisklassen und Stilen. Der Supermarkt war gut sortiert und hatte eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und Produkten des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Atmosphäre im Einkaufszentrum war angenehm und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt würde ich das Einkaufszentrum auf jeden Fall empfehlen und freue mich darauf, bald wieder dort zu sein.

Ein Einkaufszentrum mit vielen, vielen Einkaufsgeschäften, die verschiedene Arten von Waren internationaler und lokaler Marken anbieten. Im Zentrum gibt es auch viele Restaurants mit verschiedenen Speisen und vielen Artikeln. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist immer überfüllt. Es ist toll, dass man Menschen aus aller Welt im Land Hamburg, der wunderbaren antiken Stadt, sieht....

Selten hatte ich so eine angenehme Einkaufserfahrung wie im Hamburg Billstedt Center. Die Vielfalt der Geschäfte und die übersichtliche Anordnung haben meinen Einkaufsbummel sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal tragen zusätzlich zu einem positiven Gesamteindruck bei. Allerdings würde ich mir noch mehr gastronomische Optionen wünschen. Dennoch war es ein gelungener Tag im Center!

Dieses Einkaufscenter bloß nicht am Wochenende besuchen. Total überlaufen, stickige Luft, ich war froh als ich wieder draußen auf dem Parkdeck war. Die Einfahrt ins Parkhaus ist für Ortsfremde etwas schwer zu finden. Positiv: der Drogerie Markt Müller. Schönes Geschäft mit guter Auswahl.

Grundsätzlich ein eigentlich gar nicht so unschönes Center... sämtliche und gute Läden. Unschön einzig solch nicht unwichtige Nebensächlichkeiten wie... SEIT MONATEN geht die letzte Rolltreppe nach oben zu den Parkdecks nicht... für einen Gehbehinderten oder gesundheitlich beeinträchtigten Menschen mehr als ärgerlich... kann dazu führen, dass man umdreht und in ein anderes Center fährt. Auch sollte man einfach Wissen, dass das Center grundsätzlich zu Marktagen (Markt direkt vor der Tür) und am Wochenende EXTREM voll ist. Langzeitparkraum im Umfeld zu diesen Stoßzeiten gleich null... wer es einfach haben will, nimmt das dazugehörige sehr große Parkhaus.

Schönes Einkaufscenter für den einfachen Konsumenten. Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der Primark. Die Gastronomiebetriebe sind ein wenig auseinander gezerrt was dem Erlebnis nicht schadet. Wir haben eher die Lokalitäten vor der Tür bevorzugt. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die orientalischen Einklänge die in diesem Center sehr zu Tage kommen. Parken ist relativ günstig für Hamburger Verhältnisse. Ich glaube wir haben für 3 oder 4 Stunden 3,50 € bezahlt.

Wir kommen nur wegen primark hier her,selbst wenn es oft sehr lange Schlangen an der Kasse und Anprobe gibt. Leider ist die Anprobe in der Kinderabteilung immer geschlossen. Am Wochenende ist es natürlich ab mittags oft sehr voll. Im Parkhaus sind die Parkplätze meist sehr eng für die heutigen Autos.

Billstedt Center is convenient for cost-focus shopping sprees. There are all sorts of brands selling relatively inexpensive products and the stores are rather large. The shopping centre is clean and well kept and it is only 2 mins away from the nearest underground station by foot. At Rewe, you are able to find international grocery products more so than other branches across Hamburg.

Decent mall, easy to access, all the shops you'd expect - in fact it's generally identical to the other suburban malls in Hamburg.

A bit crowded but worth visiting this shopping center. You can find almost all fashion store here. Primark is the cheapest mark along with other store. Also very good restaurants (halal)are all around the shopping mall.

I think it's a great shopping centre, with basically all the stores and eateries you could wish for at hand. Cosy, lively atmosphere. Also, of all the shopping centres (that I am familiar with) in Hamburg, I think it has the best layout, which makes it easier to navigate to the places you want to go.

Really nice place but the problem are elevators. I was 20 min waiting to get up to parking because was just full of people. And there are no info how to get up with the stairs

I have parked my car and came at 9pm all the doors were closed and unable to pay for my parking all the parking machines were behind the doors. I was unable to pay for the ticket. I have to leave my car :(

Nice shopping mall with lot of places to eat and shop. Children playing area and rides are less as compared to Hamburger Meile. But you can the only Primark in Hamburg area here which is great for clothes at lower prices. Rewe and Penny are also inside this.
