With the corona rules it is the worst experience ever. And its not even corona safe! They made rules so ALL the people is at the same time in just one dressing room and right after ALL people in the checkout. Whoever made the rules does not have half a brain. Plus the workers are so stressed they are very unpleasant (at least the three I interacted with)

This shop has lot of varieties for men and women at reasonable prices.I don't think so one can not match the quality for the products with other stores quality like C&A,H&M..etc.. But for that price, its ok. Too much crowded. This store has billing counters in only one floor. When I went , that time it was very long queue. Almost it took 30 minutes for me to get it paid and come out of the store. Over all I can recommend this store for the people who want to buy the dresses at nominal prices, but as I said you should have some patience to wait for long in the queue 😉

Reasonable prices for clothes !!

Very bad behaviour experience from the upper floor changing room staff. I was new to the shop and I didn't know about the cabin card. When went inside for trial they didn't notice and said nothing.once I came out after trial they shouted at me without respect for being inside without card, that too Infront of all other customers. I believe these kind of staff service must me observed and removed. Very bad experience on 11/07/2023 at around 5.30 pm.

Great place for marketing in Hamburg at reasonable price. Very good collection

I like the designs and the variety but you have to go in the mornings, if you don't want to spend 35 min waiting in line to pay. I don't understand why there is no express check out! Also only the checkouts on the upper floor are open as well as the fitting rooms. It is is annoying because there is always a huge line from around 15 min to try on clothes. The prices are cheap but the quality of the clothes is poor. They sell many officially licensed Disney products. Finding the right size is horrible, people go through the clothes and everything is always a mess. If you are lucky and patience than it is ok. Overall a fast fashion shop.

Big store on 3 floors, good quality stuff. No offers nowadays though. Prices were reasonable. Good collection of ladies and kids stuff.

Good place to shop. My only concern is the billing counter. There are 24 billing counters available, out of which only few are utilized. On weekends, it becomes very frustrating to wait for an hour in line to get the bill done.

Once you are at Primark, then you may not need to go anywhere else for shopping. It has a variety of options for all age groups.

This is the only Primark store in Hamburg and it’s rather a large store. Well organized/ well kept. The shopping centre Primark is in is two minutes away from the nearest underground station. Primark is Primark. Inexpensive, bountiful.

Primark is known for Cheap cloth store. For all kind of cloths you can visit this place. Well organised and disable accessible store. It is the only branch in Hamburg located in Billsted center. I go there normally for kids shopping as it is reasonably cheap and available size can be found there. The quality is acceptable consodering the price it offers.

Primark is always good for a bargain. I only wish they were more size inclusive.

Very chaotic, very small space and each time I need to buy something I have to wait around half an hour to pay.

The worst primark I have ever been on. The staff that were working today in the changing room are all really rude. On of them a women with coverd hair hurt me when she yanked the clothes from my hand. She was also upset that I didn't understand her talking when she talked German to me and I said I don't understand I talk English. Eventually a man translated but even then she was rude. Another one of the staff drove the cart over my foot. If you want to get hurt and yelled at, visit this primark. Then 10/10 I would recommend a horrible experience.

Primark is always on top for buy clothes it's very nice and most importantly affordable for like students and others. The stuff and clothes are always gud to buy from here. It's very cheap and economical. Must go and buy
