Beautiful park, especially for families, kids and dogs. There is sufficient room and the view of the lake is very beautiful. There are also free toilets for both men and women. Playgrounds for kids and seating in every spot. Recommended park! Although a bit far from the central part of the city.

The location was not that close from Hamburg city center but it was not that far either. It is close to Bilstedt and Jenfeld area. The park is very big. There are several parking areas. in this park, people can do BBQ grill. There is a big lake that people can swim.

Very big park. Beautiful Lake with ducks. We visited on Sunday and park was super crowded. More than 5 parking spaces and entrance we saw on our way. Kids area is also available.

Huge and immaculately maintained park. Wonderful for a run, walk, sunbathing or a bbq. It’s usually not crowded, and even if it is you can just walk a little way and find relative peace again. I wish I had one like this near where I live.

Huge park with lots of space for grills and a lake in the middle, difficult to reach by public transport, but good biking location.

Amazing park, includes a quite big Lake if someone wants to swim, and its clean. Grilling is allowed in several places in the park but not everywhere. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to chill, read a book or have a sun bath. Surfing in the lake isn't allowed.

Great environment, relaxing place , you canhave long walks,, even workout , a place you can go with your family or friends on a weekend !

Awesome park with wide spaces for dogs and sports. The great lake could be more accessible. There are only small bays where you can go in smoothly.

A very nice lake with natural beauty. People love to visit here to relax in summer and play in winter.

A nice place for picnics, barbecue and also for swimming if you like open water. We love grilling there than many other parts of Hamburg, as it's not overly crowded, and you can easily find a nice place by the water (may be not on weekends).
