Friendly staff and big rooms. The shower could use a little update and the carpet (in my room) a deep cleaning, but what hotel has spotless carpets? Overall nice hotel and ideally located to discover Bergedorf! Which is in fact a very nice area to visit!

Vermeiden! Avoid! Bad experience from check-in until we left. Slow reception lacking service experience. Dirty room. Cleaning lady woke us up at 0830 by opening our door. It is check out at 12'! The staff also shouted loudly in the corridor and made heavy noice from cleaning the other rooms, at 09!?

Most are well but the bathroom needs to be renovated. Stains and broken things in the bathroom. The wake up call did not work which is terrifying when you need that service. And the telephone wire and TV remote were broken.... that said. The entrance was welcoming and breakfast was great. The hotel receptionist would need to practise to give directions a bit better in English.

Rooms were absolutely ok, but the qualety of the furniture......a bit strange that a hotel with this high standard has that low standard on the furniture. Breakfast was good and there was alot to choose from. The staff though was a bit stiff and the feeling was that they don't like their job. A smile is not to hard to show the customer so to say. In total i would rate the 4H hotel with 3,5 stars.

Good hotel, nice location. Parking garage and few minutes walk to mall and trainstation to visit Hamburg city center.

I had a reservation canceled due to a date mistake,i booked to te 27th and i was only there on the 28th,tried to talk to see if the can acept the reservation that i paid,but no,they didnt care didnt help,even the day i paid the 30th they didnt return,just no no and more no,thats not how you treat people,had to make another reservation that i paid 73 euros one day,they dont deserve being open,respect your paying costumers,never ever coming back,the rooms are old,toiletes from the 1950s,you could have at least do something to make me feel welcome or to show that you tried to help,shame on you.dont give those excuses,i had the day i paid you could least let me stay rhe 29th that ive paid,you are the manager they they contacted and didnt even care,the only costumers you have is the one there for the first time,i dont acept your fake apologies,even when i said i had no money and place to stay because o suffered a work accident 6 months ago and was in germany because of a doctors appointment,you know what you ve done,you are a horrible person,i have 3 kids and you rather let me sleep on the streets that make any arrangement,you just see numbers you dont know about humanity.like i said shame on you,i had to spend my food money so i dont sleep on the street and you knew i paid 168 euros for 2 nights,you dont deserve to be a manager.

The room was clean. The staff was polite. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. About the location, it was 7,8 mins to walk to the metro station which connects to Hamburg Central. The time of travel to HBV was 25 mins.

Try to avoid!! Got a (smoke) smelly room. when I asked to change, I got the answer "NEIN!!!!" Hopefully they changed the approach towards Guest Since

Good hotel for a one night stopover. Possible to check in late and bar is open late as well. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The room had great amenities and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of items to pick from. The Wifi was also good and the staff was courteous. The property is a bit outside the main city but has a direct connection from the Bergedorf station to the city which takes around 25 mins.

Very quiet environment.friendly workers, neat but small room. Breakfast was OK. I so much love the fact that coffee machine was provided in the room. Highly recommendable and we definitely visit again whenever am in Harmburg.

Hotel parking 12,50 eur. Big rooms. Very rude the guy that works in dining room serving. I was going to eat there but No. Rain, pick up car, parking to eat, better then look at the rude guy.

Cute hotel with lovely staff. The breakfast was included, candies were given, the room was big, coffee machine and a kettle.yes 😀. Cons- Somewhat old and far away from the city center (30 minutes ride). nevertheless definitely worth the price.

Good hotel close to motorway and within walking distance of restaurants. Comfortable rooms, little but nice spa area, excellent breakfast buffet.

Avoid this horrible hotel !! The quality standards of this hotel is simply collapsing. Still high pricing but with the quality of a 2 stars hotel only (not the 4 stars they claim and that we pay)... No air conditioning since many weeks (sounds it will be the same the next months). No WiFi and no solution offered (they would be repairing the connection since some weeks I heard...) No correct cleaning of the shower. Very small cover over a big bed (looks very strange). Breakfast with rather limited choice (no croissant, no good coffee...)

Great hotel with tasty menu in Hamburg metro. About 20 minutes from down town, but easily accessible with train ride. They have THE BEST little gummy sheep as a welcome gift you find on your pillows upon check in. I live in the USA and have been looking for months for those sheep, and have come up empty handed.

Comfortable friendly staff apart from one receptionist I don't know her problem no fridge in my room

A very nice hotel situated in a very charming city. Freindly staff, clean and great breakfast. With a little more space and A/C it would have been all 5 stars.

I did not have any problems during my stay. Breakfast was fine. Sauna was fine. employees are friendly. Location is okay, nerar centrum. Shooping are very close to Hotel. Also there is a conferance room in the hotel, you can do meeting or others.
