I'M NEVER GOING TO SHOP IN SATURN AGAIN. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES IN BERGEDORF. The men employees are awful. They treated me like something that only goes there to be annoying. Because the shop was gonna close in 30 minutes, TWO employees said they had no more stock from the product I intented to change and then a third person told me that they did have stock available. One pretended like he didn't understand what I was saying even though I was speaking german. I'm going to return my product tomorrow and I want my money back and I am never going to buy something in this store. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The few people one can find in the shop are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also checkout is fairly efficient. The shop itself is well organized and has probably everything one is looking for in terms of electronics

A place where you can find what you are looking for, the prices are ok, better than in other places, it depends on the products. The staff is friendly and professional, they also speak English and that helped me a lot. Thank you Saturn.

Sure, it was fine, but it didn't quite impress me or anything. Half of the shelves were empty, and I just wanted to find myself a pair of headphones, but sadly didn't find anything.
