A small 5-acre lake located in a park in the center of Bergen in Hordaland County. The lake is octagonal in shape and is a natural lake historically associated with the nearby Lungegårdsvannet Bay. There is a large decorative fountain located in the central part of the lake. A beautiful view and a calm environment that provides relaxation and psychological comfort during a visit to enjoy its wonderful view.

The place is simply magnificent. It is a large lake with a fountain right in the middle of the lake. There are promenades around the lake where one can walk or jog or simply relax in the chair. The place is lush green and has trees which add to its beauty. The place is right next to the city center and one can walk to it within five minutes. A tram coming from the airport has its terminus right next to it. Being right in the middle of the city adds to its beauty.

This is a well-kept, spacious public park with a large pond and fountain in it... As I'm sure you're aware. It's a very nice spot to walk around after dinner in town. It's very close to the end of the light rail line and is surrounded by art museums etc. All around the pond are flowers of varying types. All in all, a very pleasant centrepiece to Bergen.

Lille Lungegårdsvannet / Smålungeren is a characteristic octagonal water with a fountain centrally located in Bergen's cityscape. The water is 600 meters in circumference and is not originally an artificial lake. Nice place to sit down among the benches and watch the birds and flowers and trees and the fountain that sprays water. Lille Lungegårdsvannet / Smålungeren er et karakteristisk åttekantet vann med fontene beliggende sentralt i Bergens bybilde. Vannet er 600 meter i omkrets, og er opprinnelig ikke en kunstig innsjø.Fint sted å sitte seg ned blant benker og se på fugler og blomster og trær samt fontene som spruter vann.

Very nice area to take a walk. The lake was completely frozen, and I really liked the gardens around it.

Eine kleine Oase Pause machen und entspannen.

Precioso lago en el centro de la ciudad. Vale la pena sentarse en los alrededores y contemplar las gaviotas y otras aves, mientras la gente pasea. En su orilla se encuentra una serie de museos (Kode) con entrada conjunta. Hay obras de Munch, de otros destacados pintores noruegos y de otras nacionalidades y exposiciones temporales. El tiempo nos impidió visitarlos y, si te interesa algo en concreto, no está demasiado claro en qué edificio se halla.

Nydelig oase midt i Bergen sentrum flankert mellom Festplassen og Bystasjonen. Sett deg ned på en av benkene og se ut over vannet og på alle folkene som går forbi. Tips: I desember er det lysfest med underholdning, fakler, julesanger og tenning av julegran ute på vannet. Garantert julestemning. Det er også blitt en tradisjon med julemarked på Festplassen.
