Terrible place, have wait with ticket to get a staff member to speak to you. Then after 20 mins of waiting. Ask for certain product that they have a display for, told they stopped selling them a month ago, but have not bothered to take display down. Waited 20 mins to speak to someone who then said of you need to take a ticket from another section. Waited for another 20 mins only to get someone who was most uninterested sale person. Seems like we were bothering him by asking about 141,000kr TV that we wanted to buy right there and take home. We felt so unwelcome and customer service was that bad we walked out and went to there competitor instead who were much more friendly and had some customer service.

Allowing 3rd party inside your store to bother customers with alarm systems or whatever is not how to make the shopping experience enjoyable and hassle free

A good, large, well stocked electronics shop in the Bergen area. Prices are reasonable and they have most of the latest "gadgets".

Return service was excellent, as long as you get the right person. Went to one older staff " Its not my department ,I only do kitchens" Maybe you need to get out a bit more? He was a miserable. However the younger staff. Professional

Electrical stuff is it's middle name. Everything for every Pocket. They have weekly discount products. Nice staff helpful and knowledgeable that kind that lets you think about the different options without trying to push it to you. They have e-commerce site which has much more then the physical shop. I gut my Sony mobile 1500 kr discount a week before was a Samsung with a similar pricing and a week before that they had 50% on a Chinese mobile company I don't bother spell.

Good for phones, TVs and home appliances, but rarely has the best products on the market in other categories. (Global research office not doing their job). Even though they're named megastore they actually never keep what you need in stock. Normally one store in Norway has the item, and you have to order it online and then wait days/weeks for delivery. Service is good btw.

A place where you get all your electronic goods and it is nearby to Ikea and close to Asane store senter as well. Different varieties of speaker and videos games and lots of more electronic goods.

The staff are very helpful and professional, elkjøp has some annoying policies like display items not available in store. The sales crew are not aggressive sellers which is very nice. Good store.

Much more mega than the one in Førde.

Big store, badly organized. If ur looking for a small accessory u might end up in a situation there nobody knows where it is and they kinda bounce u around asking u to go look over there or maybe over there... I advise u to use the click & hent option and let them figure it out.
