This is the worst medical center I have ever been to. Almost impossible to get help in several ways. The phone is never on during opening hours, everything has to be done through an app, but there is so little help there either, even if you have a quick question, they don't give you the answer. Highly recommend not to choose this health centre.

be aware of this place! so incompetent people there, specially in this time! not only my opinion...never get any help from them...changing my gp today, enough is enough

I experience a good welcoming atmosphere, with staff who look after their patients. I feel that the staff are a bit overworked at times, but they provide good service regardless. They have moved to the same building as Rema 1000 at Nordnes - Strandgaten 221, 5004 Bergen

The world's worst clinic and the world's worst doctor, 25 days on the waiting list to get an hour there as most of it was used for other patients wait 15 minutes afterwards for the doctor to cover up to be in only 20 minutes with such poor ventilation there in the room where I could hardly breathe, not respectful doctor who does not speak Norwegian but Danish instead, who was very difficult to communicate with, he had no connection to medicine knowledge or he had hardly passed, misdiagnosed and I had to pay an hour ago it took 20 min and the rest was used for other patients, they are the most expensive and worst 20 min of my life. I don't always see her with tears in her eyes. A mother-in-law came into the doctor's office with concerns about her rare disease, for which she hoped to get help. Unfortunately, she met an indifferent doctor, who did not seem interested in hearing her out or giving her the necessary help. Mother-in-law had already lost her trust in doctors in general due to a lack of sympathy and understanding, but this medical center seemed to take it to a new level. When the doctor would not listen to the mother-in-law, her mental state worsened further. Being overlooked in this way made the mother-in-law feel helpless and diminished. She had hoped that she would be able to get support and help to cope with her rare disease and that the doctor would take her concerns seriously. But instead she got the cold shoulder from a disinterested doctor who didn't seem interested in helping. The mother-in-law left the doctor's office feeling despair and resignation. However, we know that she is a brave and persistent woman who will continue to fight for her health and seek the help she needs from someone who will listen to her and give her the prompt reception she deserves. Hopefully she will be able to find another doctor who will be more understanding and effective in giving her the treatment she deserves.

Poor follow-up by Carl Fredrik Dalaker now that my GP is on holiday. Can't get medical help! Bad, inhuman behavior towards a blonde woman who sat at the counter. Laughed and closed the hatch when I asked on my knees for health care due to severe chronic pain. A complaint has been submitted and the state administrator has sent 2 letters to the medical center without receiving any feedback. If it hadn't been for the fact that I have the world's best GP, Ifran, who is just absolutely fantastic, I would have changed doctors' centres. Many thanks to Ifran for being so good and understanding, eternally grateful to him 🙏🏽

As a tourist, was looking for a doctor. The service was excellent. I was seen in 10 min from my arrival and was out within 30 min. Service was friendly and proffesional

Does not work

The lady at the counter managed to call out my social security number and what was "wrong" with me out loud so that the rest of the waiting room could hear it. Talk about privacy.

Not satisfied. I don't experience being believed in most things (among other allergies, so I don't prescribe an epi-pen which is vital for me. I have never before experienced not being believed by health personnel. (I have moved from Oslo, so new GP). I have also constantly had booked appointments canceled without being offered a new one, and it is always extremely long to wait to get an appointment. Never experienced worse.. I have now given up and go to dr Dropin if needed.... If you are going to have a new GP, choose someone else is my opinion!

Useless clinic, you never get help from a GP, not even referrals to specialists in the hospital. As a common practise they suggest you to go private for any kind of health issue. I give 1 star because there is not an option for zero stars...Go away !!
