Just to congratulate this company with very good hairdressers. Now there have been around 10-12 clips over a period of just over 2 years, and every single time I have received good customer service. Can recommend Drop-in which I have used with perfect results! 😀😀

Bad service, didn't get a proper haircut, the lady working there didn't cut the back of the head properly. It also says that drop-in costs 299, but they take 340 from me. Last time I visit anyway.

Tried the fast variant for 299 (+35 for some hair wax). Uneven on top, and much longer on the sides than I asked for. She didn't fasten the cape properly so I was full of hair and scratching for the rest of the day. Didn't blow dry the hair before she "styled" it. I understand that it should go quickly, but this was unprofessional. Will not return.

I have been there several times and have experienced good service, but this day I meet a hairdresser who is very service-oriented, I felt grumpy, rude. I think it is incredible that she has no professional pride and wants the customer to be satisfied. I will not go there again

I've been here several times and I'd say I'm satisfied those times actually, but preferably not always for the price (NOK 399, droppin). This time it was simply a big scandal. Want my hair back, showed picture of what I had before, she took a quick look and said no problem, the further into the cut the worse it got. I don't understand how I was allowed to go out like that. It's hard to say, but I paid NOK 399 for a scandal. To those like this reader: most of the time it goes well, but when it first goes wrong, it goes very wrong and you come off as unrecognizable.
