    Me and my wife had an intro hour with Birgitte. She is very knowledgeable and a good communicator! She explained everything clearly and was able to fine tune our performance of the different exercises.

    Birgitte has taught me a lot about strength training, which has made me more independent when I have to train weights on my own. She is always motivated and wants to find the exercises that work best for me. What's more, it's always educational and interesting to talk to Birgitte during the training session!

    Birgitte is an incredibly skilled, committed, pleasant and knowledgeable PT, with a very good ability to motivate and encourage. She explains the exercises in an understandable way, both the execution and what you achieve, and gives good guidance along the way. Good knowledge of injury prevention. She is always well prepared with a selection of relevant exercises, and adapts the training according to what you want to achieve, as well as at each class according to the day's shape etc. I experienced a progression that exceeded my expectations and have only good experiences from here :) Highly recommended !

    It has been incredible fun developing as a skier under Birgitte's guidance. I have used her as a trainer for several periods, and I always meet a professional and gentle trainer. She is super skilled at explaining the technical aspects of strength exercises in an understandable way. It is always fun to train with Birgitte as she is so committed and knowledgeable - and has the ability to communicate in a motivating way. Highly recommend.

    After training for a longer period of time, I wanted some thaws with PT. I contacted Birgitte, told her about my training habits and what I wanted to get out of the lessons. We worked together to achieve my goals. Birgitte has helped me with changes in strength exercises as well as streamlining the training. I notice that the changes and terping on technique have already had an effect. After the lessons, I am very satisfied with the results I have achieved so far. I would recommend Birgitte to anyone looking for an experienced, professional and supportive coach who truly cares about her clients' success.

    Valgte Birgitte som personlig trener da jeg i en alder av 58 år ønsket å starte med styrketrening på EVO i Damsgårdssundet. Birgitte fikk meg raskt i gang og gav meg tilpassede øvelse som lett kunne utvides, og som jeg kan jobbe videre med på egenhånd. Nå er formen mye bedre og treningen gøy :-) Anbefaler alle å ta noen inspirerende og lærerike PT-timer med Birgitte!

    Jeg og min samboer har hatt fem timer sammen hos Birgitte på EVO Damsgårdssundet i høst, og vi er veldig fornøyde. Ingen av oss har drevet med styrketrening tidligere, så Birgitte laget et godt tilpasset og fleksibelt opplegg med introduksjonsøvelser for de store muskelgruppene. Vi har lært mye teknikk og hva vi skal fokusere på underveis for å få best utbytte av treningen. Hun har også vist oss hvordan vi kan hjelpe hverandre til å gjøre øvelsene riktig når vi trener sammen, som er kjempenyttig for oss når vi skal trene videre uten PT. Vi har fått god oppfølging, og har hatt det veldig gøy underveis. Anbefaler Birgitte til alle :)

    Was well into training before the pandemic at Sats, with Birgitte as Pt. Strength and balance training has been poor during and after the pandemic. That is why I was very happy when I found Birgitte back at EVO. I know what qualities she stands for, so I never had any doubts about spending money on a Pt again. What I really like about EVO is that there is no binding, and I can train at any centre. In addition, training with Birgitte makes me happy to train.👍💪💪🥰

    After several years without "organized" training, it was good to get started again. And then EVO Damsgårdssundet was a good choice. There I was lucky enough to have Birgitte as a personal trainer. She is professionally skilled and is a social and pleasant person. I can wholeheartedly recommend Birgitte as PT!

    Birgitte is a very skilled PT with a lot of knowledge and experience. She helped me build up a strength program and taught me which exercises fit together. As a muscle therapist, she helped me with some stretching exercises that have helped with migraine attacks. I can highly recommend her!

😐 Great gym with lots of cool equipment (and a sauna) but the price and the constant cheap club music makes it feel like you're at a bad bar.

🫤 Åpent og luftig senter med mange apparater. Ikke så god orden i manualene og ekstra-utstyr. Åpningstidene og prisen kunne vært mye bedre. Senteret har veldig dårlige åpningstider i helligdager, om sommeren, og i helgene.
