Good shop but lacks a slightly wider selection for us men. Everything must be cheap and this goes a little beyond us who want something a little nicer.

Pleasant staff who were very helpful and sociable. I was looking for a suit and ended up with exactly what I wanted. 😀👍

Will not shop here again. No one else in the store, didn't get any hello or welcome and just very uninterested in selling anything and when I talked about the sale that was last week then I just got that no nothing is left and that he didn't understand why we had been sent there when we had been in another suit man. Will not be putting any money back here.

Went to Dressmann Vestkanten this afternoon on one's errand to change a pair of trousers. The girl who was at work couldn't make it and got annoyed with me as a customer because I said I didn't have much time. I waited and waited and she called others several times but still didn't get through. I asked if I could change the trousers the following week and she got really mad because it was a long time and they didn't usually do that. Poor customer service as it was not my fault that she failed to enter an exchange for a pair of trousers. Otherwise, I have always been satisfied with Dressmann, but it is not tempting to go to it on the West Coast several times.
