Carpark next to Bergen city centre. Good for small cars. However, no instructions in english. The vehicle no is automatically captured on entry. Then before you exit; go to level D to enter your vehicle no and pay for parking. Alternately, download the "easypark" app and register your vehicle and link a bank card. The parking start and end will be automatically detected when u enter and exit the carpark and charged to your card. I had a tough time figuring out how to pay for parking; as i expected a payment machine before exit. But you freely exit the carpark with no payment machine. So follow the above.

Very tight in turning. Without front and back sensors you may face troubles or scratch your rental car...think about the caution!..and indications and signs are not clear and not well visible... But people.. help anywhere.

Ridiculously expensive, do not park there. 310kr for around 4 hour parking. No prices clearly visible before entering or during parking, like a scam. Do not park at City Park parking garage.

Parking works via the license plate. Recognition and anyone who has easypark on their cell phone, for example, can pay automatically here. Don't be surprised, it's not really cheap in Bergen. Parking his car.

Location is great, parking spaces are very tight, very expensive at around €6/h.. while walking through Bergen we saw a number of parking spaces for half the price, some just a few minutes' walk away. Payment is made at the machine by entering the license plate, alternatively EasyPark is also possible.

Narrow spaces with columns. Narrow entrance with high edges. The charging stations were occupied by fossil cars, and the two remaining charging stations were so narrow that it was not possible to open the car doors and get out because of the pillars. No one had been fined despite the signage. Was therefore not allowed to park, but had to pay NOK 24 for the attempt. The monastery garage is better in all areas, and right nearby.

2.5 stars. Very tight spaces, and entrance/exit. Be aware, when paying downstairs, going up and getting the car. If you are taking some time with it, like 5-10 mins, you have to pay a "steep" price for that time at the exit. Had to pay 24kr just for that little time at the car, getting ready. 240kr when parking 8pm the day before and leaving 3pm the day after (all though with some discount(10-20% from the hotel).

No prices anywhere, you have to guess what it costs. Not posting prices anywhere should be prohibited. Very tight space, but useable. Using the app is clumsy. If you are registered, you can just drive in and out, and will be billed automatically. But what if it doesnt work ? You have no receipt, so you cannot prove you were not in the parking more than 2 hours, and they can bill you for 200 hours. Not very user friendly. I stayed for 13 hrs and payed 360 NOK in july 2023, around 32 Euro/34 USD

Bad light, Nero passage and tight parking. Best avoided

Expensive and cramped as elsewhere in Bergen

A disgraceful company. The parking meters are confusing, and the instructions are not clear. I have looked at other parking stations from the same company and they all have very low ratings. They don't care what customers think or what problems they may have. I left the car in the afternoon, when I went to pick it up I paid and in the car I found a fine. I write to customer service, they answer me after 2 and a half months and ignore me. Even though you have provided a payment document, they tell you that the time limit has already passed, when it has taken them 2 and a half months to respond. What a bunch of useless people.

Big enough to park a 9 seater van. In the lift the button for floor G doesn't work, I had to use the stairs with my damaged ankle.

We paid more than €10 for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes. But super tight parking spaces. So if the weather is good and you prefer to walk a bit, you should park somewhere else.
