Pleasant staff, but unfortunately a very unfortunate experience in the store. I bought a dress and returned it a couple of hours later the same day (unfortunately it didn't fit as I had hoped). They could not refund the money and only gave a voucher (which can NOT be used on sale items), despite me explaining that I would like the money back. I was not informed during the purchase that open purchases are only made after a predetermined agreement. Both myself and the group of friends have decided not to shop here again as it was a very bad and humiliating experience.

Definietly worth to recommend! Huge variety of clothes and good quality of the products. Helpful and friendly stuff is another big plus :)
