I have been a customer here since I was a little boy and I have never been given advice on what I can do better myself to counteract what was the problem. What they do is smudge up the pen and print some PILLS for it. Pill doctors I call them, that's all they do. One example. I struggled and had pain in my foot for several years. Of course I got a bunch of pills for it. When it didn't work, they concluded that I had arthritis, I was 14 years old. My mother couldn't believe it so we traveled abroad. The foreign doctor looked at me then said go back and forth. Yep, you need soles. Problem solved. So they should get 1 star for very professional signatures on the pill receipt and office building. Very good job. You have probably made more sick than healthy.

Waiting time about 1 hour! Always some excuse. That receptionist is not there, or its because is friday.

Long waiting time. Messy payment solution that didn't work well. Bad service and a downright hostile and condescending person who answered the other end when I called. It is not recommended to call unless you are mentally prepared for an argument over something small and trivial when you are actually calling because you were wondering about a simple thing. The person who answered on the other end "threatened" to write in my journal that I didn't behave. He also began to expand on his own private life and the costs associated with his daily life, such as the cost of changing winter tyres. The reason I called was because I was wondering if it was possible to remove the invoice fee, which I was honestly just wondering, not demanding in any way. Conclusion: not recommended, change GP.

In my experience (2-3 years), there is a good group working in the offices down there. Very happy with Moldestad. Takes plenty of time to listen, and encourages you to call if there is anything at the end of the class. I have always had an emergency appointment the same day/the following day. If not to Moldestad, I can get it from No. 2, which is almost as good 😊 5/5

Telefon is problem sometimes,but otherwise very good. Im Czech,my doctor is Yngva Moldestad and she is fabulous.

Unfortunately, a bad medical center. They act hostile and don't try to understand human situations.

here you will find a really useless doctor's office, They cancel appointments 4 hours before the appointment and give you a new appointment after 3 weeks. I have never encountered a less serious doctor's office in my entire life. They should help people not make everything worse.

This place is run by Safet Mujic, a more incompetent person with poor education and competence, you will really be looking for a long time in the medical profession. everything here seems so amateurish. hope everyone steer clear of this doctor's office

Have been trying to get a regular doctor's appointment for half a year. Get confirmation of the appointment, and when the day arrives cancel them a few hours before. EVERYTIME. And good luck getting them, total mess at this medical center. I am impatiently waiting for a change of doctor's office…

Dr Ylva Mollestad is a GP I recommend. She takes time for her patients, and is generally a very nice person.

One problem: it's hard to reach by phone. The phone is often unmanned.
