    LEVE Hordaland has asked Bergen Stressmestringssenter to conduct an introductory seminar in mindfulness exclusively for our members. Everyone who took part in the course was very satisfied. Linda and Katarina created a great atmosphere, gave a lot of themselves and were genuinely interested in us being well. Thorough explanations and good exercises made us feel in safe hands. All in all, the course was a very successful start to our individual paths further into the world of mindfulness.

    We are so grateful that Linda visited Bergen Demenskor, and gave us some good tools to create breathing space in a difficult relative's everyday life. The experience and knowledge that Linda shares is valuable for everyone, regardless of the situation. A lovely person who we would like to have with us on a permanent basis :)

    I have been on Mindfulness courses, breathing courses and been coached by Linda. I highly recommend her and her courses. Everyone should learn how to deal with stress in everyday life. The courses with her are the most important courses I have done for myself in my adult lifeđź’ś

    Everyone needs to set aside time for themselves once in a while. A weekend of mindfulness with instructor Linda Elin Aase can certainly be recommended. Skilled, calm and inspiring. Pleasant premises, good atmosphere. Thank you very much, I needed this. :)

    I strongly recommend Bergen Stress Management Centre! Tried everything, but this is where I got the very best help. They really get into you and know exactly what to do in terms of tools, techniques and action patterns. Here, you actually get real help on how you can handle stress yourself, and many other things. An extra thank you to Linda Elin Aase, from whom I received follow-up :)

    Can absolutely recommend Linda Elin Aase. She saw me and helped me in a crisis related to A break in a relationship. Actively listened and Guided me on and helped me find my strength to take responsibility for my own happiness and future. She cheered me on. The help was an eye opener.

    Introductory course in Mindfulness is an investment in yourself, and your own well-being. Linda Elin has good communication skills, and a fine balance between theory and concrete exercises. Audio files and tools are available after the course. I recommend courses at Bergen Stressmestringssenter

    Beautiful place and beautiful people meet you there. Good energy. The course was very educational, good guidance from Linda, good exercises. I am benefiting greatly from this now. Highly recommended.
