👍👍 This was my second time on this cruise and it was just as great as I remember. I tried some Norwegian snacks (lefsa is my new addiction and thanks to the attendant who made the recommendation) and got some amazing pictures. We napped on few cruise back and it was pretty smooth sailing. A must do for... People often mention cruise, deck, worth, trip, good, fjords, boat, hours, experience, views,

Amazing cruise experience! The price is very good; we travelled as a group of 4 and booked earlier in the day. The tour operators are very professional, and there are a lot of interesting landmarks which are pointed out during the cruise. Got the opportunity to sample some fresh water from the fjords as well! If you're feeling adventurous, the upper deck is a great place to go up top and see the views up close.

Fantastic tour! My wife and I went on an evening tour to Mostraumen. While it was raining on some aspects of our tour, we traveled far enough, that the rain didnt impact the entire tour. Highly recommend! You can sit inside or out on the balcony. Restrooms are available as well as small snacks and drinks for purchase.

We took a cruise to Mostraumen with Rødne and we were enchanted. Not only the boat wasn’t overcrowded and we had an amazing group of seats by the window, but also the cruise was just the right amount of time to go on with a baby: around 3,5 hours. The views were spectacular! You get a chance to get a snack on board, we ordered Kanelboller (a cinnamon roll) and coffee, but I highly recommend to get a coffee prior to your cruise and bring it on board. A must do in Bergen!

One of the best experiences of life. Nature will show you all his greatness. The cruise and the crew is really kind and friendly trying all occasions available to make your experience unforgettable. The experience is worth the money that cost. Amazing winter experience.

Well worth it. It’s 3 hours of amazing scenery. Highly recommended. Boat travels at high speeds but slows down at locations where people will take lots of photos. The boat comes super close and totally stops at a huge waterfall where the view is stunning. Take this cruise and you won’t regret it.

Advisable to arrive 30 minutes earlier in order to get good seats. You can go in and out, upstairs too if you want. If you go in the winter, especially after it snowed it’s just a different view. Cannot expect much if the boat cannot go through the ice. Enjoy what you can. Might be windy, dress appropriately. Beanie, scarf, jacket is a must.

Whoever doesn't enjoy this needs to put their phone down and enjoy one of the most beautiful places on earth. Dress warmly (layers and a windproof jacket) so you can stay on the upper deck and get the best views. In early September it was warm enough to wear just a tshirt in Bergen but out on the water with the speed of the boat, I would have needed a jacket, fleece, and a hat to be comfortable. They do sell snacks and drinks on the ship- I greatly appreciated some hot chocolate after 90 minutes outside in the wind.

Amacing cruise. I had my cruise for the 3rd of september but I went to the office and they kindly changed it for the day before with no staff. Very friendly, polite and cool, staff! The scinery is unforgetable, you will see fjords, water falls, little towns and if you are lucky some eagles and sea lions. They go fast what is funny but they go slow when they have to and they even stop at the high spots where you can take loads of pictures. There are WC, a kiosk with some food and drinks. I checked other cruises and for me this company is the best

A good alternative option if you are not taking the Norway in a nutshell full day package. Total of 3 hours cruise ride, it's quite worth it. Need to gear yourself as the upper deck can be cold.

A beautiful ride through the Mostraumen fjords! We arrived too late to get an interior window seat and were a bit disappointed that we wouldn't be able to see the fjords well. But then we discovered that we could go onto the roof and that's where we stayed for the remainder of the trip! It's windy out there, so be sure to dress warmly and hold on tight. Our captain guided the ship through the spray of a waterfall at the furthest point of the trip. A must-see!

The Bergen Mostraumen Fjord cruise was really fantastic. And I got in contact with friendly other travellers. You can stand at the upper deck. There you have an amazing view, but since it was a lot of wind outside, i sat at the other deck. At the windows you have also a good view. Then the ship goes slower you can also stand at the deck under the upper deck outside, which was pretty nice and the man from the crew who took care about noone going offbord, gave a lot of interesting informations. The return point at thw tour was the amazing waterfall next to Modalen, there the ship went really close. I enjoyed the trip and I can recommand it. You will see beautiful dramatic nature and a lot of waterfalls.

Not worth it in winter! It’s expensive, for two people I got it for 1580NOK. And add parking if you come by car, everything costs money in Bergen. It is written on the site that it is open in summer and winter except that once the ferry leaves we are told in the middle of the cruise that ultimately we will not go to Mostraumen fjord because the road is frozen. So we end up going around a not very interesting island and towards the sea. 3:30 a.m. announced, we had it for 2 hours. I think it's borderline stealing, no compensation, nothing, even though we didn't do anything that was planned. It would have been more honest to warn on the site that the route could change depending on the weather and to warn before we boarded. If you want to visit the fjords of Norway it is best to do everything by car!

I'm super happy about our 3 hours trip to a fjord! Amazed by the views and recommend this trip to everyone, worth the money👍 The ship is pretty comfortable, you can choose your seat inside or outside but also you are free to move during the way and choose the best location to take a picture. There are a bar with drinks and snacks inside and also the toilets. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I love this tour and I love Norway, you should try it too I'm telling you guys believe me 💯 hope some day I can do it one more time too

Really lovely cruise of a fjord. We saw dolphins on the way into the fjord. Breathtaking, beautiful sites. Wonderful water fall near the end. Crew was very nice. We had a waffle with brown cheese, which was fun. We found seats outside about 30 minutes in. I purchased the tickets online.

Took a round trip from Bergen-Rosendal. The ferry was on schedule that appeared online. Luckily, we managed to find it and buy the tickets inside the ferry. The overall experience was amazing to travel through the Hardanger fjord. The ferry provides both indoor and outdoor seat options. The scenery are different so i tried both. Outdoor option is on the second floor, you can enjoy the upper angle, lighting and freshness. Anyway for outdoor option is windy. Recommend to prepare a windbreaker. Indoor option, more calming with wide window and closer to the water. Or you can take a nap as well. The seating was ok and quite clean. The ferry also come with toilet and mini bar.

Nice mini cruise of 3.5 hours. Well worth it! The boat sails quietly at the highlights so that everyone gets the chance to take a good look at everything and take photos. When the music starts playing you know that something beautiful is coming along the route. Explanation of special places. If you want to get a good impression of the beautiful Norwegian fjords, this is a fantastic option. Friendly staff, small cafe on board with coffee and of course cinnamon rolls.

Really good 3-3.5 hour cruise. Nice modern catamaran with very friendly staff on board. Frequent announcements to let you know when you're passing a point of interest. Great experience getting you right up close to the waterfalls, enough to get a little spray if you were outside in the right area. Very windy up on deck when the boat is at high speed (so be prepared with warm clothes; worth the views), but the boat slows down at all the right moments so you can enjoy the quietness of the fjord. Reasonably priced experience and really liked they give the 20% discount with the Bergen Card as well. Make sure you get to the boat early enough for indoor seating (there is plenty, just if you want a particular view). Onboard cafe was quite reasonably priced too.

If you are passing through Bergen, don't miss this cruise of around four hours in the fjords. It's a suspended and magical moment that will mark you for life. The seats downstairs are comfortable and they offer hot drinks and some pastries/candies. I recommend that you dress well because it is quite cold on the terrace even in good weather.

Fun cruise and hike of Preikestolen. Everyone had seats on ferry. You can walk around and get food / drinks. If you are hiking, then on the ferry make sure you listen for announcements to disembark point to start the hike. The stop is very quick. Bus back after Preikestolen hike is easy and drops off at Clarion and Radisson Blue (maybe other places too). Would recommend.

great experience, it's worth coming earlier to get a better seat. you can go upstairs to the sun deck at any time, and the ship often slows down and then you can also go out at the bottom at the front of the ship, beautiful views, I really recommend it :)

Good quality-price ratio for what it offers, the boat is clean, and the captain came out to greet all the travelers and sat with everyone to chat for a while, very kindly, highly recommended. Bergen-Mostraumen Route 12/5/2023

Must visit! This was an amazing trip. The trip was so scenic and waterfalls were beautiful. We special loved how they had organized. It’s worth it.

They sell more tickets than capacity so make sure you do get a place to seat, because 3 hours can be a lot. Speaking as a perfectly healthy mid-aged male.

Great river cruise. We were lucky with the weather but it was chilly in June so wrap up warm. Couldn't hear the announcements very easily through the speakers but didn't spoil my enjoyment of the trip.

I recently went on a fjord cruise with Rødne Fjord Cruise, and it was amazing. The departure point is centrally located and the views in the fjords are absolutely incredible. At around three hours, this is a must do for any trip to Bergen.

We attended the cruise during the winter season, so it was quite cold and snowy, but even so the experience was breathtaking. The hills and mountains looked especially pretty with their dusting of snow. I would say it is well worth the price for three hours of exquisite views. For the most part, you are free to walk anywhere along the ship, with few exceptions. We stopped at a magnificent water fall where the staff filled buckets of water and we were able to taste it. There is a small cafe inside with a good selection of hot and cold drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. We especially enjoyed the hot chocolate and would highly recommend the Pear Cider.

Extremely disappointed, we paid 2370 NOK to see the fjords up to Mostraumen but instead we got a ride around an island and out to sea... The reason is that the road to Mostraumen was frozen. It was -4°. Big disappointment on the website it said "all season all weather" which is wrong. The captain apologized and indicated that we wouldn't see the fjords once we were on our way back, not before because the microphone apparently wasn't working! The passengers were very bored. The captain said "that's how we have to come back in the summer"... We will not come back..

This cruise goes up a fjord, ends at a waterfall, and returns the same way it came. The scenery is spectacular and it's definitely worth doing. I think it would be improved if they had more announcements giving background information on landmarks as the ship went by. They had a few but could use more, and they were difficult to hear. Dress warmly even in summer as the top deck where you get the best views is quite windy.
