We are US visitors and wanted to see if IKEA would be any different in Scandinavia compared to back home. Food selection is better and more wholesome, with many more dessert options and drinks. Some fun regional finds although some may be due to being released earlier than the US. Was a pleasant walk through. PS we were able to find djunkelskog here and brought him back on our checked bag. Never thought I was going to be able to find him.

The opening hours were lowered to 20:00 and they removed the bus shuttle and the products and variety had been better before as well and at least last time there was no Erdinger at the restaurant anymore.

I send back the PAX cabinet to IKEA that is never open which i bought last year and asked for a tilgode kort instead of money back to use on the next shopping to ikea. Valid for 3 yrs.

Do not use home delivery of this IKEA, I have had now several times that they do not deliver on the agreed upon date and will not try to contact you whatsoever. After a month they will send back the money you paid (but not the delivery costs) and say it's your own fault for not being home (eventhoug I have been home the whole day and nobody rang my doorbell). Also horrible customer service online.

Very nice Ikea with a wonderful, large cafeteria with a tremendous view of the mountains. Several play rooms for kids. Overall wonderful atmosphere, clean facilities and friendly personnel.

Its an IKEA. Very similar to every other IKEA. Good parking and loading options.

Visiting personally in Ikea was a great experienced. Spacious, varieties of special offer family member prices and the restaurant upstairs was so spacious and beautiful and koselig just to enjoy minutes of your time to eat, drink and thier daim cake and mocha coffee is like a match made in heaven . The raspebøller was sooo good, and the employees were super helpful, accommodating and always available when you need their attention . Totally easy life and the best part was the Ikea free bus from Bergen sentrum comes every hour and the bus driver very welcoming 💚))

Well managed. Never found any issue with ikea. They are quick to solve your problems. Restaurant area is always well maintained

Great, nice things at a great price. I spend the whole day there, so I had to eat there and the food, surprisingly good. Had kjøtt boller and apple cake, and chocolate fudge cake. After that, filled the sedan car with all the shopping. Good day!

In this time of the year, things change. Few foods serve on the counter, marks for boundaries,wearing mouth mask when going inside a store, registration must be done, sanitising before and after touching anything in a store a lot of things to consider. But that how it works in Norway. We are thankful that we can still visit stores.This is what it looks like.A crowded and busy indoor cafe in IKEA is quite 😅 still few people come and go. Be safe. Always wash our hands and sanitize all the time.

We can purchase all types of appliances, household items, etc are purchasable at a decent price. Wholesale seller of bergen, the products are really good. Loved it IKEA!!

I always miss Christmas music at the mall. Then shopping for gifts would be much more enjoyable.

English breakfast @ IKEA, Bergen. Very good value £5.18 each with a family card. Would definitely recommend

The restaurant is so very bad, the food tatse horrible, we were 5 people who went to eat there but ended up throwing away most of the food cus it tasted very bad and low quality, we wasted alot of money for a terrible food. I dont request going there

You can get both cheap furniture as well as best furniture from here. Special bus service is there for the people going to buy things from IKEA. Large shopping complex with variety of furniture available for all purposes. Food stall in the end of cash payment which will help you to rest after some shopping. Unlimited coffee or tea for limited price is available here.

Good layout and has everything you would expect from any IKEA store. It has a lot of space for people to move around and helpful staff. If you are in the area of Åsane i would recommend checking it out.

Selection is nice. One star less because their pizza is abysmal.

Bought a bed, but unfortunately missing parts. Wrote an email and asked to send me the part by post (as I am living 3 hours away). But just no response...bad service.

Ikea like all the other Ikea. Service is not the best but not so bad either. Food is okay for the price. If you want something, specifically check the website to see if they have it at the shop. 👍

Great shopping experience. A fun place for the whole family. After shopping for anything you might need for your home, at low IKEA prices, the whole family can enjoy a very affordable dinner at the restaurant. IKEA does everything right! I am a fan. 😄

Excellent BUT don't rent their cars. They have a deal with Hertz and Hertz is the worst car dealer ever!
