save
some
moms
out
there
from
a
potential
fee.
Apparently,
this
office's
scheduling
policy
is
that
they
tell
you
not
to
check
out
and
schedule
the
next
appointment,
that
they
will
text
you
with
the
next
appointment,
but
then
they
don't
send
the
text
until
it's
the
appointment
reminder
of
the
appointment
coming
up
in
a
few
days.
What
family
does
this
work
for?
And
is
it
a
scam
of
them
hoping
you
will
forget
to
cancel
the
appointment
so
they
can
charge
you?
The
other
problem
I
had
with
the
office
was
that
the
dental
hygienists
were
very
unprofessional.
They
were
more
worried
about
my
husband
and
what
he
did
for
a
living
etc
than
they
were
my
daughter.
After
he
left,
they
were
nonstop
asking
me
questions
about
him
and
even
went
as
far
as
asking
if
it
was
his
phone
number
on
file.
Just
because
we
drove
separately
doesn't
mean
he
is
available,
and
even
if
he
was
available,
it
is
extremely
inappropriate
behavior.
I
highly
recommend
you
go
to
a
competitor
that
is
close
by
where
they
were
very
professional
and
I
had
my
next
appointment
scheduled
before
I
left.
