I
read
a
lot
of
the
posted
reviews
on
here
and
I
thought
it
was
important
to
share
my
experience
with
Colonial
Village
at
Windsor
Place.
My
husband
is
in
the
Navy
and
we
knew
we
would
be
moving
soon
so
we
sold
our
home
in
N.
Charleston
and
looked
for
an
apartment
in
the
area.
I
looked
at
nearly
7
different
places
prior
to
deciding
on
CV.
CV
was
one
of
the
cheapest
options,
with
a
great
staff,
good
looking
apartments,
and
an
apartment
complex
that
was
not
huge
and
over
built.
There
is
a
bit
of
a
bug
problem
but
that
is
all
of
Charleston!
I
owned
a
home,
had
a
great
pest
control
company
spray
every
few
months
and
I
still
got
bugs.
It
happens.
If
they
are
really
bad
in
the
apartment,
like
our
first
week
there
(we
saw
all
of
3
spiders
and
a
roach),
you
can
ask
the
front
office
to
spray
inside
the
apartment.
We
asked
and
the
following
Monday
they
came
and
sprayed
inside.
No
big
deal.
The
front
office
staff
that
I
dealt
with
was
PHENOMENAL!
Jackie
is
the
sweetest
person
I
got
to
know
and
helped
us
out
so
much.
She
knew
we
were
military
and
explained
that
as
soon
as
we
get
orders
she
will
put
in
the
30
days
to
vacate
by
the
first
of
the
next
month.
I
was
so
nervous
about
that
aspect
with
all
of
the
other
places
because
I
was
met
with
reluctance
and
whether
or
not
there
would
be
an
issue.
Jackie
put
all
my
fears
aside
with
that
and
was
constantly
on
top
of
things.
If
an
issue
came
up,
I
sent
in
a
maintenance
request
and
emailed
her,
then
the
issue
would
be
monitored.
She
would
stay
on
top
of
it
informing
me
if
there
was
any
delay
or
news,
etc.
I
also
dealt
with
Danielle.
Honestly
a
very
down
to
earth
lady
and
made
sure
to
keep
up
with
any
maintenance
issues
I
had.
She
would
personally
ask
me
when
I
picked
up
packages
if
the
items
that
were
previously
an
issue
were
still
doing
ok.
I
even
had
a
maintenance
person
walk
through
my
apartment,
step
in
my
dog's
poop
(we
had
been
gone
a
few
hours
and
she
didn't
go
prior
to
us
leaving
the
apartment),
and
tracked
it
through
the
hall.
She
then
offered
to
get
our
carpets
cleaned
where
it
was
tracked,
with
no
cost
to
us.
There
are
issues
with
any
apartment
living
as
well
as
Charleston
living.
However,
CV
made
this
short
term
apartment
feel
like
home.
I
had
access
to
all
of
the
plantations
walking
trails
as
well
as
great
people
to
contact
should
anything
come
up.
All-in-all,
this
place
was
great
to
my
husband
and
I.
I'm
sorry
if
others
were
having
an
issue
with
this
place
but
it
did
great
for
us.
