I have only been here for less than one week, but so far the place is excellent. It feels secure, my neighbors that I have met seem friendly and welcoming, and the apartment is great. Everything just works. The AC in the unit is very strong, the unit is very new and clean, the arrangement is good. Deliveries, from door dash, to amazon, to furniture, has been simple and easy. I am really enjoying my new home.

Jones Berkeley is an awesome apartment complex! Very high quality building in an excellent location (close to freeway and shops). The management and maintenance staff are all kind and responsive; they go out of their way to ensure a comfortable living environment. Cynthia and LJ also put on community activities every other month, like today's Holiday Hot Cocoa Social, with snacks and a gift wrapping station. I've been here 6 months and have been so happy with the decision to move in!

I really love living here. It’s clean and modern. It has very nice gym, lounge area and my favorite roof top with scenic views and a fireplace which makes it hard to want to go anywhere else on the weekends. The management is A+ any issues gets solved in real time and Cynthia (manager) is very welcoming and always happy to help! And last but not least it feels very safe here unlike any other Bay Area apartment I have been in.

Jones Berkeley is a great location, and the building is upkept. Wholesfood was walking distance, and UCB was only 30 mins bus ride. Maintenance staff and office staff are very responsive. I enjoyed living here for the past 2 years.

Cynthia runs Jones apts as though it were her own. Under her wonderful supervision LJ, Jim and Janet cannot be matched anywhere. I wish that I had a business and steal Cynthia from you. My son is moving into this apartment building. I have to say, it certainly is a nice building and apartment. The views from the rooftop are fantastic! I had to go there to get a delivery for my son, Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. He even helped me get the package up to the unit. I'm giving 4 stars because my son hasn't fully moved in yet and I can't speak on management, maintenance or neighbors yet. I recommend checking them out if you are relocating.

I appreciated Paul's fantastic support during my apartment application process. He gave me trustworthy feedback with patience and kindness in a short time. He resolved all the questions I had at the moment. Also, I would thank Cynthia, who picked up my first phone call and answered my initial questions. I am looking forward to living in your apartment!

Been a resident since 2020, and it has been the best apartment renting experience so far. Thoughtfully laid out apartment floor plans, warm yet sleek design aesthetic, and good security system in place compared to previous apartments. Especially the management team are not just nice but kind and friendly. Paul helped us out with numerous questions and concerns, and he doesn’t leave any details hanging! I do have to mention that there was a transitional manager who was very unprofessional but now has been replaced with the original manager from 2020, Raj. Raj is a wonderful manager I am truly happy she is back in office to look after the residents and the building. I rarely write reviews but because I am thankful for the managers help, I thought to write one to help them out! (One note is that it’s quite expensive… but since we work from home half of the week, we are trying to see it as we are making most of the rent by being here most of the day… for now at least. But certainly wish it was slightly more affordable.)
