Skinned my elbows but it was fun. Be sure to go down on a flap of cardboard

It's a good park... but a great slide! There's always tons of cardboard already there, but you can bring your own if you like. There's only two concrete slides that I know of in the bay area, the other being in Benicia. This one has exciting curves and such.

Great park with a lot to do with the slide, the playground and even wandering the trails and the rose garden.

Awesome park! The cement slide is long and tall. One of the better ones I've been to. The area around the park is great for hiking or exercising or just walking around. Lot of space to move around lot of trees to climb a lot of trails and stairs

This is a really cool park for both my kids and me . There’s not a to of parking so if you happen to come on a day when it’s really packed prepare for that also the bathrooms are really open so you probably should go in pairs to have someone watch out for you

We had so many good childhood memories of this slide. We would take wax paper and brown bags to try and speed up. We also made sure to clean up after ourselves as the friction deteriorated the paper. We had a blast. Quite a few good bruises & scrapes, but one heck of a great time. Love this slide, even as an adult. Not just limited to kids.

Pretty historic place for kids to play! Be sure and not wear nice shoes, they can get scraped going down the slide. And bring a big sheet of cardboard!
