The praxis is very clean and modern and Dr. M***** could be the most friendly Dr. who also speaks English fluently. I have had treatment from her several times but I wasn’t feeling better with a wrong(?) prescription from the beginning. After that issue, i had another appointment and I was pretty shocked when she gave me the bill (over 400€) after the treatment. Because she hasn’t noticed me about the extra cost before the treatment. Just asked me to sign on the bill after the treatment. Not really pleasant experience and i do not think she is honest. Schade!

After treatment we paid by cash, but after few month, they send another bill. With completely different treatment in it. From a different company. And they says that was for the same treatment. Bul^%#it. I'm strongly recommeing to choose another company.

Nice place, very clean, they are professional, organized and they speak English... What do you want more?

Staffs are quite friendly but I think that the staffs are sort of stressed out. Turnover is also quite high. Unable to remain the same dentist :(

Went for the first time today, and am extremely satisfied with my visit. The offices are clean, the staff friendly, it didn’t take long to fill out the form and I got into my appointment on time. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past so I’m a bit weary but Dr. Sultan was very patient, kind and very thorough (and speaks great English) and even though I needed to have a cavity filled I left with healthy teeth and no pain. Cannot recommend him enough!

I was there with severe pain in my teeth, I managed to have an appointment the same day and the doctor Nera Ollenschläger attended me in a very kindly and professional way. She speaks perfect english and I appreciate very much that she gave me the explanations in this language as I am still learning german. She clarifyed perfectly all the procedures she was doing and didn't suggest me any unnecessary treatment. I was also very scared and she calmed me down during the whole process. I left the praxis feeling way more relieved and the pain disappeared within hours. I appreciate very much her help and professionalism, I will be back, I can only recommend this praxis and the dentist Nera
