I was able to get a pillow that was 50x75, which is what I needed for the pillowcases I brought to Germany with me. Most of the pillows I found everywhere else were the typical 80x80 or 40x80 sizes.

It's nice to see ZARA HOME in this area of Kudamm. They have nice elegant scented soaps, candles and diffusers, as well as ideas for gifts or some nice elements to decorate a room or a festive dinner table. It is somewhat hard to find everything since the order of things is not entirely clear but luckily the place is not that big. The staff there (happened to me at least twice) does not speak German but English, of course not a problem for me but it would have been nicer if it would say it on their name badges like in other places (Saturn for example) and will save embarrassment and confusion for both sides.

You're door "security" is ultra rude and impolite. Plus smoking right at the entrance while passport checking is just disgusting. Is this a nightclub or a Shop?

Terrible service, 0 customer service. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes with my products on the counter. The person working there made eye contact with me, walked past me and continued to talk with their college. completely ignored me and did not come to the counter so I could pay even after I asked to pay. Don''t bother wasting your time here as they cant be bothered taking your money so you can purchase something anyway.

Super friendly customer service, they even put away a chair we reserved. We ordered a chair to be delivered and it was delivered with careful and intricate packaging which was unfortunately handled poorly by DHL - not fault of Zara Home. Product is beautiful - happy customer.

Don’t let the extravagant building fool you. I went in with high expectations myself.. The selection is very poor. Maybe because I am used to the flagship one is Lisbon and Madrid but I didn’t find one thing I wanted which never happens to me at a Zara Home.

The design of the products is very good, BUT, the color come out from some products. Example: I bought a towel with animal print, and when I washed it, the water was black. This is very bad for the skin, who knows what toxic substances came ot from it. So I would say, buy whatever you want from Zara Home, but stay away from towels..

I've been a fan of Zara Home for 10 years for sure. I found everything here except the plates and such things for Christmas.

Realised I was grinning like a child at a candy store while shopping and couldn't make up my mind. The pure Egyptian Cotton towel i bought was so good my dad asked for more. Also bought their room spray and lotion which had this luxury thingy going on. Really loved the experience, service and priceeeee( yes, I'm cheap and expensive like dat😂😂😂😂😂). Hope this helps

Although some designs are good but belive me ypu pay more for brands rather than quality and product you can find chepar ones in normal stores like a good costs 10 euro in zara homes it can be valued half in other stores ,

They've had a make-over where they decided to ditch all the fun and creative stuff. Now, everything is beige, beige, beige. It's like stepping into the early Nineties. Maybe it stood for pure and reduced then. Now it's just dull.
