The atmosphere was really nice! The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. You can even make your own waffles and squeeze your own orange juice. The service was very friendly and quick. All in all: Simply a great hotel and highly recommended

Great location & beds. We had a de-luxe room. The soft drink minibar and coffee machine were included. Breakfast was great but make sure to go early (latest 8.30) if you want the full selection. The nice staff have problems to refill when crowded. Hotel parking was full but possible to park in nearby safe Mercure hotel garage (19 EUR). We will come back next time when in Berlin.

Very nice hotel! Good location. Close to many places you need as a traveller, such as trams, trains, supermarket, cafe, restaurant and more. The room is modern, clean and cozy. The shower is very good. The staff is friendly and they also have a welcome drink while checking in as well. Great spot!

I had a comfort room and luckily I was alone. There would have been an argument with two people in bed with only one blanket 😁 The lighting concept, which lights go off with which switch, is not that great in my opinion either, and you also have to insert your card first, which is a dark affair after 4 p.m. in November. Minibar with non-alcohol was free and there was also coffee/tea, which made me happy. Breakfast was good.

Dazzling hotel, flawless stay. The staff was extraordinary and accommodating, fit every one of our needs: we mentioned a calm room dull around evening time with a shower and got precisely what we needed. We were offered a free early looking at in and free late check, we had a free small scale bar in the room which we valued a great deal. The room was perfect. We appreciated the sauna. Stunning and awesome stay, we suggest this hotel with our entire existence !!

The hotel is conveniently located, but not completely fresh. The rooms are functional and large enough, but not necessarily up to date. The cleanliness is okay, but not earth-shatteringly great. The two drinking glasses had lip marks and were not clean. Not so cool, especially in times of Corona. Other than that, great beds.

This is a great hotel, very comfortable with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. It's the little extras that make it, the drink on arrival, the free use of the mini bar, sweets to help yourself to, earplugs in the room. My room was comfortable and very clean. I opted for breakfast buffet which was plentiful and tasty. Location wise it's a short cycle into the centre of the city, less than 10 minutes, but also close to buses and trams so you can get to all the main sites very easily. The hotel hire bikes, electric cars and electric scooters to guests. The hotel is well situated for the Berlin Wall Memorial which is well worth visiting and brings that era of Berlin's history to life.

Nice staff and rather nice and practical room. The hotel is well located in Mitte, about 15 minutes from the train station on foot (with suitcases!). Copious breakfast, to be recommended! The only drawback is that it's better to arrive early (or late) for breakfast to avoid the morning crowd, otherwise you may have to wait more than 15-20 minutes to get a table...

We booked 1 night through Secret Escapes and were really very surprised and very satisfied. A room facing the garden gave us a very pleasant night. The reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very plentiful and high quality food and drinks. Friendly service. In the evening we had a drink at the bar and everything was fine here too. We would definitely stay here again and thank you to all the employees. We felt good.

Highly recommend staying here, we booked a garden room which was very quiet, large clean rooms, great bathroom with mirror & pouffee near to hairdryer too. Coffee maker, free mini bar of soft drinks. Plenty of choice for breakfast, friendly staff & near transport links for ease of getting anywhere. I would definitely stay here again. A slight niggle for me as with most Berlin hotels, the wardrobe/ hanging space is small & no drawers.

Lovely hotel. Includes complimentary minibar, free drink tokens, free scooter and car hire, gym, sauna and a massive well kept enclosed garden. Staff are nothing but exemplary. Rooms are spacious and well decorated and pristine clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the S Bahn which connects all over the city. Perfect quiet part of the city to stay in

Brilliant boutique hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was 4 hours before we were due to check in! Lovely chocolates awaiting us each day. Tassimo coffee machine in room, overlooking garden, and no noise from outside at all. Location is ideal, a few hundred yards from 2 major train stations and opposite tram stop, though once we had arrived, we walked everywhere, not far to Brandenburg Gate and the tourist spots. Hotel staff very friendly, and it's a modern hotel, we had an excellent time and would heartily recommend to anyone visiting Berlin.

Full 5 stars! I traveled with my family and booked two rooms next to each other. We were welcomed very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is absolutely great, nothing was missing. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back! 👍🏻

What a wonderful experience ! Our stay at i31 was beyond expectations. The hotel is centrally situated with public transport at walking distance. The staff at the reception were very polite and corerct and the team at the breakfast area were brilliant. Super service. The room was perfectly clean, no outside noise and with a good climate control. Good facilities like bed and shower etc. We can really recommend this hotel !!!

Hotel was flexible about our stay due to covid, much appreciated. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The barkeep however was "irritated" with us, because we played rummikub in the lobby. This is no way to talk to customers and left a foul aftertaste. Also: my room had a sticky carpet and I regularly found hair...

We spent 12 wonderful nights at the hotel. It was perfect for a long stay. The room amenities were ideal. We chose the white comfort room with garden view and were so happy with our choice. The staff very helpful and housekeeping was very attentive. We will return for sure!

We were a party of 4 adults, visiting Berlin for the first time. We chose the hotel for its location and for the very good reviews it had received. We were not disappointed. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. Location was excellent, with the Underground just a few metres away, and a number of good restaurants within a short walk. I have a couple of negative comments:There was no heated towel rail in the bathroom, so my towels stayed wet - not very pleasant after a long day, and it would be good to have a bedside light switch that could be reached without having to almost stand up in the bed to switch off the light. That said, I will recommend this hotel to friends and hope to return myself in the future.

Wonderfully clean and friendly hotel in a good location. We especially appreciated the ability to rent bicycles from the hotel for several days, which made our visit to Berlin much more convenient and enjoyable. Drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary -- classy touch. The chocolates left in the room are excellent! Nice lounge area, bar/restaurant, and patio on the main floor. Only complaint is that while the bathroom is very sleek and modern and beautiful, there are no towel racks and no place to hang things to dry except for two lonely pegs on the wall.

Wonderful hotel experience. Check in/out was very easy, with friendly professional staff. Room was very nice, clean and had all the necessary extras. Really loved the complimentary beverages in the mini-fridge and the Tassimo machine in room. Staff were very knowledgeable to help navigate to destinations around Berlin. Would definitely recommend!

Super nice staff, clean rooms and generally nice atmosphere. The staff at reception, bar and breakfast area were very friendly and accommodating. When I announced on arrival that it was our wedding anniversary, a very nice lady immediately brought us a glass of Prosecco to our room, which we were very happy about. The hotel is in a great central location and can only be recommended! Thank you again for this lovely stay!
