Best location with reasonable price, near the train station. Great hospitality from all staff. Room is very nice and clean with a high security system, filled with everything we need including wine glasses, complimentary premium coffees and tea as well as delicious water. Breakfast is very delicious with variety of food and drinks, all staff are friendly and helpful with warm welcome. We have a great day together. So impressive!

Location is perfect as just next to all different transport and easy to go anywhere even it rains 🤣 Hotel lobby is very fancy and modern but I am really not big fans of the smell in lobby. It is very strong smell and may be hotel think it is classic but smell too strong so would be good they improve it. Room is big and very clean but coffee in the room is not good 😬 Price is a bit high even during low season but still worth to stay here

After my last review of the hotel on how difficult it was to get an iron into the room. My review was read by a staff member, they were able to bring to my room a steam iron for my use which was then returned to the front desk. Giving them credit for doing so.

I booked this hotel for my parents and I can only recommend it. The overall experience was great. Awesome staff, excellent location with lots of venues at a walking distance, cozy and comfortable rooms, excellent public transportation all around.

Was here for two days. Very easy to get to/from and then around Berlin given proximity to the train station. Lots of sights to see within about a 20 minute walk as well. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Check in was quick, I was able to check in early. Room was large and well appointed. The hot water in the shower is almost instant even on high floors. Despite being on the train station side of the hotel it was not bothersome with the window closed. The bed was descent and the pillows were good. Check out was super simple, was able to do it from my phone in my room. The bar is nice with a variety of drinks and good service. The fitness center could use an elliptical, but is otherwise fine for simple workouts.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Room was clean and well provided. My room was over a busy street which was quite evident when trying to sleep.

Wir waren beruflich in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Es liegt wirklich prima in der Friedrichstraße ganz in der Nähe zum Bahnhof. Von dort sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern. Was mich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel stört: der Früchstücksraum gleicht von der Atmosphäre eher einer Bahnhofshalle. Und noch schlimmer. Mein Zimmer war im 1 Stock zur Straße hin. Dass es in der Friedrichstraße lauter ist habe ich erwartet. Dass es jedoch derart laut ist, dass man glaubt die Bahn fährt durchs Zimmer ist für 4 Sterne unmöglich. Dann müssen eben bessere Fenster her. Also wer dort übernachten möchte sollte sich besser ein Zimmer zur Rückseite geben lassen.

Excellent hotel in a central location of Berlin. Rooms are really tidy, service, parking were good, and also the employee were super friendly. Minor remarks are the perfume smell in the lobby which is somewhat too excessive. Furthermore, the breakfast price is hefty (25-ish), and although very nice, not quite on par with a continental breakfast.

Probably one of the best hotels in Berlin. Excellent location directly next to train station Friedrichstraße. Clean and modern rooms with superb bathrooms. You can choose your room yourself by completing the online checkin. This is a rare feature which is lovely!

My wife and I couldn't have had a better experience at this Hotel. Beautiful modern open space concept lobby floor with free games and nice hotel rooms with comfy beds. The front desk staff were super freidnly and welcoming and spoke very good English to boot (wish my German was better). The central courtyard has a cool painting done on it as well and with the U6 underground train right outside it really convient to get downtown for good food and drinks and to other major local attractions. Has my recommendation for sure!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Berlin, connected to a public transportation system that brings you everywhere and surrounded by loads of shops and restaurants that all serve different types of world cuisine. The free upgrade to a junior suite really made our stay of 6 nights an unforgettable experience, we are recommending the hotel to friends & family and are DEFINITELY coming back! 🫶

The hotel is centrally located, the metro station and bus station are just 100m away. The hotel staff were overall welcoming and were more than willing to accommodate small requests. The breakfast spread is nice (although repetitive if you are staying for a few days. The hotel got incredibly warm in the middle of the night though and heard this complaint from a couple of other guests as well. They also did not mention that city taxes have to be paid separately at the time of check in, they gave us a receipt for it at the end but I think it’s something that should have been called out. Overall with a nice city view and central location Nh Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse gives you access to many different food places and travel locations I would qualify this as a bang for buck

All was good and room is beautiful with mini fridge bar you can buy and order room service for breakfast throughout app. Online check in is possible online . All was fast and easy . Had possibly to get early check in . I love the area it’s easy travel by train and shops here and food places .It’s safe worm women alone traveling solo as I do.

We visited Berlin for the first time & stayed at this great hotel The room was large & airy wth all good Room facilities. All the staff were very helpful and polite & we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The decor, especially in the foyer and bar was amazing, and the prices were really reasonable. Location is excellent with U bahn a couple of minutes away and travel around is very easy. When we come to this brilliant city again ( which we definitely will) we will certainly stay at this hotel again. EXCELLENT!

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is nice and they inform very well. I would like a wider bed and maybe make the bathroom a little bit more friendly for older people. But we have been very happy to have dinner at the bar and Aaliyah is a very nice and competent girl. She does her work very well and always tries to improve.

Really comfortable hotel with good service! We arrive with a small dog and they give us a bed and to bowls for her. The pet fee is per stay. The room was very clean and tidy! You have lots of restaurants and stores outside de hotel. Totally recommend!

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, really professional but with a twist. Serdar and Agata welcomed us like friends. The hotel app to order extras for your rooms is fabulous, so easy and efficient, what a great idea. Can't wait to stay in another NH Collection hotel.

Visited Berlin during the new year event, luckily we have chosen this hotel in the heart of Berlin. Near to everything with transportation network that will help you go anywhere. Enormous places can be reached walking on foot too from the hotel location. The staff were very friendly and helpful from checking in to the checking out time. Stayed in XL room and family room which were spacious and enough for our family.

Good hotel in good location close the public transportation. There is coffee machine in the room. All is clean and the stuff is very friendly. I would like the hotel to be more indulge. There was no bottle of water in the room as I regular to. (It supposed to be there near coffee machine but never was) There is no shoes cleaning machine in the lobby. We took breakfast in the hotel one morning, it was good, but nothing special. I still recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin

All that I can say is, the stay was good. Room was spacious enough. But I had problems with coffee machine which had only espresso. And safe locker was not working . I had to ask cleaning staff to get another bathrobe and shower cap. It was not automatically replaced. Moreover the pancakes had to be self prepared for the breakfast. All I can say is, it was ok😐

Clean room but dated entertainment tech. Asked for one queen sized bed, but got two twin beds pushed together. Beds were too firm for comfort. Service and location were great.

Totally NH hotels are my favorite and first to go, since the quality is quite high. We had good 5nights stay in NH Friedrichstraße. The standard rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean. Two things were interesting and delightful for me in here, and it was my first experience, that we can rent bike from hotel which is awesome opportunity and you get free drink tickets if we forgo each day room cleaning. Very nice win win environmental friendly measurements.

Very good location. Room was clean and reasonably well-kept. Staff was very friendly. EV charging in the underground garage. Breakfast below average. Noisy breakfast room (hall), coffee machine broken (couldn’t add milk), several food items missing (name-tag was there, but no food) - Apple juice, soft/hard boiled eggs, cake not there. Bagels were dry and uninspiring. The rest of the breakfast offerings were good and varied. All in all I liked staying here, the things with the breakfast aside, and I think the hotel delivers good value for the money.

We had a great a stay in 2019, but this time things changed... pandemics must hit this hotel badly. Reception staff was luckwarm and stressful. For a night sleep try to avoid rooms facing S-Bahn train tracks. All in all great location for a short stay.

Great hotel, modern, perfectly located. There is literally everything nearby: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the S and U are just in front. You can get to anywhere in Berlin in minutes, it made it super easy for us especially since we were there for a short weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, contemporary design. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices and everything was fresh. I had to remove one star because unfortunately the service was not great. At reception there was always either a line or nobody was there. And the staff was not very friendly especially at breakfast. Also the lobby floor was always dirty, I did not like that. Otherwise everything was great, we had a lovely stay.

Good location and the decoration here is really nice. The living space was cozy, the overall aesthetic is enough to make you want to pull out your phone and take a photo of everything. It really felt like your own place in Berlin rather than a standard hotel, which made for a different level of relaxation I haven't had from any other stay before.

Great room very spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay at a NH Hotel in Germany. Very pleasant experience both the times. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the automatic pancake maker was enjoyed thoroughly by our daughter. Only 1 minute from the convenient Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof, easy to get around and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay at NH in my next visit to Germany.

Fantastic hotel. Immaculate and quiet rooms. Very helpful staff. We got the train from the airport and it arrived across from the hotel. The tour bus routes start a block away. A fantastic start point from which to start your discovery of Berlin.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great, close to public transportation and all the main attractions of Berlin. Even though the train tracks are next to the hotel the noise level was fine.

Very good location (this hotel is all about location). However, the room that we stayed for the first night smelled like cigarette + old motel. It was unacceptable for the price we paid (250 euro per night). We went to the reception next morning and told them the story. They changed the room and luckily the second room was normal and fresh.
