The blood test was taken in the morning, then my wife was sent to some other department to have the ultrasonic done. At this department she had to wait for a good 50-60 minutes before the actual surgeon for her operation showed up at the "Hildegard von Bingen" station, searching for her. Apparently the operation timeslot was already running and due to a lack of communication between departments, the surgeon had to do the actual leg-work and search for my wife, make sure she gets the ultrasonic and accompany her to the surgical area for her operation. I had an laparoscopic appendicitis operation and stayed 2 days in this clinic. Diagnosis and operation were very successful. I am grateful for that. After care was also good but, nobody paid attention to the diet/food that should be served after the surgery. Once they forgot to bring food, and twice they served inappropriate meal. Diet is crucial after the surgery which allows one to recover well or could cause complications and worsen the health. Luckily enough that I knew what not to eat. Nurses are brilliant, very kind and knowledgable. And yet; my blood samples once got lost in the hospital, and nobody even apologised. I shared all these with them before I left, and I hope that they care and could be more careful from now on.

I never been treated so well in a hospital. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is a top quality institution.

Frau Steinfort hat total menschlich und verstörend bzgl. der Situation reagiert und wohl die Stationsärztin (Frau E.) darauf angesprochen. Denn als mein Mann und ich dann beim Abschlussgespräch mit besagter Ärztin waren wurde ich darauf harsch angesprochen von dieser. Man merkte sofort, dass die Ärztin zurecht gewiesen wurde von Frau Steinfort und ihre Laune an mir ausließ. Sie legte mir SEHR nahe, dass nächste Mal stillschweigen darüber zu bewahren, was dort auf der Station passiert. Das dies alles niemanden was angehe. Ebenso sollten mein Mann und ich DANKBAR sein, dass er dort die Magen- und Darmspiegelung machen durfte. Danach ging es dann auf die Station 7 in einem 2 Bett - Zimmer 003. Auch hier wurde ich vom Pflegepersonal ( männlich bzw. weiblich ) freundlich aufgenommen. Am 01. August so gegen 12°° Uhr wurde ich vor dem OP für die Narkose vorbereitet.Man staune hier wurde ich nicht unruhig oder nervös, nein im Gegenteil durch das professionelle Vorgehen des Anästhesisten war ich sehr ruhig und hatte mir auch wegen der OP keine negative Gedanken gemacht. Die OP hat ohne Komplikationen stattgefunden ca. 6 Stunden. Anschließend wurde ich auf die ITS verlegt. Auf der ITS war eine Pflegekraft ( männlich bzw weiblich ) für zwei frisch operierten Personen verantwortlich. Bei Bedarf im Notfall stand sofort eine zweite Pflegekraft zur Verfügung. Man hat sofort dafür gesorgt, dass man nicht nur im Bett liegt. Am zweiten Tag ist ein Pfleger mit mir eine Runde durch die ITS gelaufen. Dafür bekam ich einen Rollator. Auch musste ich gleich nach der OP mit einem Atemtrainings- gerät, die Lunge in den ersten Tagen nach der OP durch Atemübungen belüften. Auch nach 5 Tagen ITS auf die Normalstation noch einige Tage. Rund um die Uhr hatte ich das Gefühl auf der ITS gut aufgehoben zu sein. Auch haben sich die Pflegekräfte viel Zeit genommen, wenn man mal in ein tiefes Loch gefallen ist, um einen zu trösten. Sogar einige Zeit die Hand gehalten. Am 05. August wurde ich auf die normal Station 7 ins gleiche 2 Bettzimmer wie am 31. August verlegt. Die restlichen 9 Tage auf der normal Station vergingen wie im Fluge. Durch die pünktliche Visite mit der Station,s Ärztin und auszubildende Ärztinnen u. Ärzte konnte man sich täglich die Uhr danach stellen. Sogar an einem Sonntag morgen 11.August kamen der Chefarzt Dr.med. R. Lorenz und Leitender Oberarzt Dr. med.J. Schmalfeldt zur Visite vorbei. Jeden morgen vor dem Frühstück kam ein Pfleger bzw. Pflegerin zum Fieber und Blutdruck messen. Danach bekam man auch die entsprechenden Medikamente für den Tag und die Nacht. Auch hier so wie auch bei Blutentnahmen durch einen Arzt oder Ärztin gab es keine Beanstandungen. Zum dritten Mal in einer Woche ist eine Physiotherapeutin mit mir auf der Station über den Flur entlang gelaufen, auch wurde ich an der Schulter massiert. Auch hat mich eine Mitarbeiterin von der Sozialabteilung besucht. Sie hat für mich über die Renten stelle eine Reha beantragt. A nice and welcoming hospital. Once went there to see consultant without appointment and he manages in the schedule because of nature of emergency. Highly recommend their emergency department for seeking psychiatric/psychological help in case of emergencies.

My friend was suffering from high fever and headache.We decided to go this hospital after seeing the good reviews. But our experience was really bad. The lady in the reception didn't speak English. And my friend was told to wait in an air conditioned AC for 6hours. She was shivering but no doctors attended her in the 2 hours we were there. She couldn't bare the pain and left the hospital. Turns out it was there anniversary and all doctors were busy attending the ceremony.

Worst service I came in emergency as my friend had some serious problem and they made us to wait 3hrs this is how they work. His body was so paining but they didn't even care he wanted to sleep but they were able to provide some space for rest. For 3 hrs in emergency they did some basic test and didn't even thinker of giving some basic treatment so that his condition can get better physical he was ill and mentally they did it . I just recommend not to go to this hospital otherwise there is even some chance that u may die in wait to get some emergency treatment.

We've visited their emergency room a couple of days ago and we had a great experience. Super friendly and caring staff. Most of them could speak English but even the ones who couldn't tried kindly to some how communicate with us. We are very thankful for what they've done. Specially Dr. Tilman Caliman, such a knowledgable professional and a nice person.

This hospital is so great. I called before to make sure if I could go to the ER with my condition, the receptionist tried her best to speak English with me, and she was really kind. One of the best hospitals I was. was there 2 days for appendix surgery. Professional doctors & nurse team, everybody were so kind, nice and passionate even that I couldn’t speak german! The hospital is very peaceful and clean. Thank you!!!!
