Vivantes Wenckebach-Klinikum

General hospital

😠 The worst emergency room ever. Actually zero stars. Was brought in by RTW with heart pain and shortness of breath. After two hours of being kept in a kind of “storage room” without any treatment, I wanted to leave and was then made a fool of by a coffee-drinking MFA with a migrant background. Thanks... The worst emergency room ever. Actually zero stars. Was brought in by RTW with heart pain and shortness of breath. After two hours of being kept in a kind of “storage room” without any treatment, I wanted to leave and was then made a fool of by a coffee-drinking MFA with a migrant background. Thanks for nothing. The only “better” place is St. Marien, where you'll be treated like a fool when you register. Keep your eyes open when choosing a career!!!!!! I fell twice on the way home because my vision went black. I'm still considering whether I should take action against the WBK for failing to provide assistance. Just let me get some legal advice. I was there on St. 17 8 years ago. Therapy included tearing off the calendar page in the morning. Wow!!! 🤮 Addendum from February 21, 2024 Psychiatry: So sad how people (including me) are treated on this ward. The staff should reconsider their career choice! Big fr...e but nothing behind it. You should be ashamed of yourself! As a consolation, the staff at the RTW who admitted me weren't any better!

Minus 5 Sterne!!!

Regarding geriatrics: After my mother suffered a complicated leg fracture (surgery) and kidney failure, no doctor came to tell her what to do next. There are no visits there. She is brought into the room and lies and lies and lies and... When she rings the bell because she has to go to the potty because she is absolutely bedridden, the nurse scolds her harshly because she is only allowed to use the bell in an "emergency". . As a punishment, the patient is made to wait 2 hours until one appears with the pot. For someone who is not allowed to/cannot stand up after a complicated operation (and is 82 years old by the way!!!), is defecation not a case of ringing a bell? If not then, when then? The patient must also not dare to go potty during her lunch break. Then you have to hold your bowel movements until the lunch break is over. The way a certain nurse and attendant treated the patient is absolutely degrading. Addressed to these 2 employees: Do another job if you have no interest in people! Maybe undertaker!? Addendum: The "nice" lady from the social services also forgot to state in short-term care that there is no respite care. Thank you very much too! We're stuck with the costs now! Apart from that, the lady generally “forgot” to submit the application for short-term care to the health insurance company! That's her job! That's what social services are for! Her reaction: “Sorry, I forgot!” Thank you for nothing and for the extreme and completely unnecessary costs that my mother now has to pay additionally! Just unbelievable!

Schlechtestes Krankenhaus Aller Zeiten!! Schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens.

(Translated by Google) Tried the wenckebach hospital again after a long time, and the reputation lived up to what I expected: extremely unfriendly staff, we were not helped here in the emergency room. In front of us, a woman who could hardly walk was sent away with the recommendation to take Ibu three times a day first and if the pain was not gone, she should come back. We were so scared during the admission that we drove to another hospital. What the ladies and gentlemen from the hospital like to forget: they are commercial companies and we are the customers.

(Translated by Google) My father, 83 years old, who was in this hospital with severe pneumonia, was discharged today. Badly marked by the illness, his things were pressed into his hand and left wandering around the building alone, without a sign or something like that. I had to look for my father for 20 minutes before I could finally drive him home. This is an unreasonable expectation even during Corona times. The least is safe accompaniment to the exit, especially for old people who need help !!!!!! Not recommended!!!!

(Translated by Google) At the emergency room the nurse is very, very rude, so avoid addressing her. When I asked where the endoscopy was, the way was incredibly rude. I can not understand what she can afford. When I had the interview with the chief doctor, I also mentioned it. I think it's a shame that I have to give it a bad rating because of the very nice staff at the station where I was. (Translated by Google) I came to the hospital with the fire brigade, 40 degrees fever, shortness of breath and chills at around 10 p.m. The sister in the emergency room was nice, medical staff was very late for me and not very meaningful either. At 4.10 a.m. I finally got to a station, which is not possible for me with over 6 hours. But everything was much worse on the ward, a doctor I asked myself if she was really one, unfriendly sisters and a cleanliness that is more in every pub. Documentations about allegedly given medications and therapies did not correspond to the fact and are also incorrectly passed on in the doctor's letter. I will send this to my health insurance company and add a statement. Last but not least, I have inflammation in both arms that is accompanied by extreme swelling and pain from the approaches that the ward doctor dismissed on request and I was advised to put Fenistil on it. Luckily I have an experienced head nurse in the house and I am now being treated properly. This hospital doesn't work at all and I threatened my husband with divorce if he let me go there again.

Never agree to come here, even of you are about to die. THAT bad Also be ready to see total ignorance and even mockery and curse words from the nurses and doctors, who think you do not understand their language. The doctors do not even hear you and you will find totally a different story/description than what you told them in the papers you will receive at the end. This is an absolute dumpster. Now I know why they have a crematorium at the hospital there - to hide the traces ;) But seriously, it feels like a facility from recent German history, if you know what I mean, with the whole complex of what you live through.

(Translated by Google) The emergency room there is a very remarkable department. Long waiting times are usually the rule, especially Things after 10 p.m. So far I have only seen various assistant doctors. Well - on their own, the aforementioned doctors are only allowed to work under the supervision of an appropriate specialist. In addition, it was clear to me that most of the assistant doctors were under the control of the respective nurses stand. With reference to the predicted, I wish the doctors more backbone, i. h ,, a constructive assertiveness towards the staff subordinate to you. Once a nurse said to me I should go to the urologist. I believe that the aforementioned nurse has not yet heard of a free choice of doctor. Another time I heard from a nurse: "Never come back here!" Obviously the nurse treating me must have reported to her about my complaints at the time, in violation of the confidentiality obligation, in the sense of the word of § 203 no. 1 StGB. In addition, I no longer needed to go to the responsible guardianship court. Because the imperative nurse has already decided that on the spot. Based on this, it should be noted that a recommendation is forbidden on this side! Because advice is also blows and who likes to hit? Dear Sir or Madam, Dear patient population, in case you liked my review, please give me a like on your thumb. Thanks in advance! I can only recommend the hospital and rate it as very good! I'm on 14 B and sister Gabi took me in and she's just a really great woman with a lot of humor. Unfortunately I've been there several times in a short time and sister Karina took me in, who is also just lovely and always a kind word of encouragement. Has. Not to forget Sister Anne, always sweet and friendly and always there when I needed to talk or need something. Nurse Abdullah is probably the real deal, both nurses Andreas, sister Petra, sister Claudia, sister Tina, sister Monique, sister Ramona and not to forget our psychologists Ms. Aurie and colleague and Ms. Weber, our physiotherapist class and of course our lovely occupational therapist Ms. Seel and of course, Many thanks to all the doctors and everyone I didn't mention by name.. you are all wonderful and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!! You don't get 5 stars 🌟 but ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️for everyone in the station!!!!!

(Translated by Google) This hospital is mercilessly overloaded and the emergency room is completely overwhelmed. This is clearly reflected in the mood of the staff and the behavior of the doctors. Nevertheless, an attempt is made to admit and care for every patient, although it is often already clear that they cannot be helped, for example because the hospital does not have an appropriate specialist ward. The cost pressure on doctors seems to be enormous. However, if a doctor is supposed to treat 8 or more patients at the same time, then a reasonable diagnosis is no longer possible. This leads to false or inadequate results that are actually unsustainable. If you are looking for an emergency room because of a urological problem, kidney, bladder, etc., then under no circumstances should you go to this hospital, there is no urologist and no specialists who can help you. Unfortunately, you will not be informed of this when you arrive and the hospital will not refer you to a specialist clinic in an acute case.

Great hospital, I often work there, great team, they work hand in hand, super structured, everything can be found, you get a great welcome with coffee, etc. I'm happy to be there

My brother was in Wenkebach House 9 short-term care for 14 days. First of all, let’s talk about the positive aspects of the house. The sisters are all very nice. The facility, cleanliness and design of the station is very good. I can't judge the food itself, but from the looks of it, everyone always enjoyed it. In my opinion, this short-term care at the Wenkebach Hospital is only for people who are still somewhat independent. My brother, on the other hand, is severely mentally and physically disabled. The bad thing was that whenever someone came to visit, they would only find them in bed. That means almost no movement. Whether morning or afternoon he was always in bed!!!! This was revealed by several independent visits, including by the physiotherapist. His physical condition after his return in his feet, legs and buttocks also confirmed this. I also find it very questionable that the staff turns on the television with a program for small children (TOGO). How can you set up a program like this for a grown older man who is unable to operate all of this himself and then leave him in his room with it. His dentures were never in his mouth when we were there. Furthermore, during our visits we always found him in bed with his pants completely urinated. All I can say is that if you put the diapers on correctly and tightly with a thick insert, then it will last for several hours. Because I've been caring for him for several years and that doesn't happen in our home. And if the guest is sick... then new incontinence material has to be put on several times a day. We also gave plenty of that and added another large bag full. When we came back to visit, we noticed a terrible smell of urine in the closet. You simply put your urinated clothes without a bag in the closet with your clean clothes!!! We asked the staff what that was about. The answer was: I have no idea who it was 🙄. We also kindly asked if he could always have a sippy cup available for his drinking. This was then confirmed by a sister. But even that, like not giving apple juice, was ignored again!!! As we discovered again during our visit. Everything that needs to be taken into account has been left in writing by us. The amount of work with little staff in nursing is certainly extremely strenuous. But then please don't accept people with such severe disabilities if you can't provide them with adequate care. But the biggest shame is that my brother was sitting in his nursing wheelchair on the day he was picked up, again with wet URINATED PANTS and not even a pad underneath 😡😡. Honestly, what else can you say about that!!!!! The treatment my brother received from you is ABSOLUTELY not okay. He was so happy to finally be home again 😥. Despite these bad experiences, we wish you and all our employees all the best, health and lots of strength for your future life. 🍀🌻🍀

call the borderline clinic saying you want to kill yourself, theyll tell you to call back for office hours on friday. Now noone's answering the phones. Ive been calling for an hour and office hours are closing soon. They said "fingers crossed" that I reach someone instead of helping me...

If I could, I would give zero stars! I have been at the Wenckebach Hospital Berlin Wenckebachstrasse 23 since March 25th, 2024! And the nursing staff has a very big racism problem; what they cannot admit to themselves! To briefly explain to you why I'm here, I have depressive phases and also a mental illness! Nevertheless, I have a clear mind and recognize it immediately when people, including me, are treated unfairly! Since March 25th, 2024 I have been keeping a diary of daily events, i.e. everything that happens during the day; and also what happened here in the hospital in the evening! And eight years ago I was also in the Wenckebach Hospital, without any success! I was thrown out of the hospital because I didn't want to put up with everything the nursing staff did to me! I'm telling you, I still have trauma from my inpatient stay at the Wenckebach hospital! And history unfortunately repeats itself again, which means that Wenckebach Hospital has not improved one bit; Or rather, the nursing staff is still as bad and untrained as it was back then! I My patients come to the hospital to get well; and not to be bullied and insulted by the nursing staff! As a dark-skinned woman who is now 25 years old, I don't have to put up with it; that people tell me my German is bad, they don't want to and can't understand my German! I grew up in Berlin and speak German like my native language; and I have to be told by older and sometimes younger nursing staff that they wouldn't understand me! When asked why they can never answer my questions or never have time; When I need help as a patient, I get a defiant response from the nursing staff saying they have no time and too much to do! I can understand that they have a lot to do, of course; But what I can't understand is that the nursing staff generally never have time for me and then distort the facts at the doctor's office! I am reduced to my illness, and the nursing staff clearly feel that they are in a position of power! The nursing staff do everything to make you feel uncomfortable as a patient and would like to leave the hospital; even though you urgently need medical help! But I won't give them this satisfaction because they'll have to throw me out of the hospital again like they did eight years ago without any reasons! Currently I'm not allowed to ask simple, normal questions to the nursing staff, they're avoiding me and I'm supposed to avoid them too; That was literally what the nursing staff told me! I'm also accused of taking drugs; Of course, only when they run out of ridiculous arguments! Furthermore, allusions are made to my medication, that I should take my medication because I am so disturbed and sick; not sane in those colloquial language! I will be treated disrespectfully every day and should put up with it, I have a mental illness; So you won't believe me either way, this is a typical way of exploiting a position of power! You have to know I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol and I don't take drugs either, so you can't use this as a reason to beat me up and bully me! Now the doors are slammed in my face when I have very simple questions like how can I please do my laundry or can you close the laundry room again and always with a request!

As a patient who’s spent over a month in Wenckebach hospital, I can say with confidence that doctors, nurses and the rest of the media team in the Wenckebach hospital are knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and and caring to all the patients.
There are certain areas where the facilities can improved, but overall I’m very happy with the medial service and I wish health and happiness to the honrable medical team as well as patience.

(Translated by Google) I always try my best to do something nice to say when someone tries hard. But I can't help but say about the psychiatric department than: A couple of nurses are very nice. A half. The other one tended to patronize me more. For the rest: You are just not taken seriously. Not treated at all. No psychotherapy. I was told without laughing, "no psychiatrist". The "occupational therapy" is simply giving you a pen and paper and leaving it alone for 40mn. And that is the only "therapy" in a week that I had (with it "marching in a circle at 8 o'clock tomorrow for 20 minutes") Otherwise there was just ,,, nothing to do. There are very few board games (so little I have organized a donation for the clinic). Okay nice puzzle. And I do eat very little in normal times, but then I was starving, friends would have to bring me to eat. Didn't want to give me the drugs I needed. And the explanation sounded like a lie. I was also on the verge of sneaking in reserves. in general, I think I would have cut my blood and the staff would have simply said "okay cool". I was there when I was very, very weak and got no help. Only a 10e / day day care center for adults (Original) Ich versuche immer mein bestens zum tun um etwas nett zu sagen, wenn jemand sich mühe gibt. Keine psychotherapie.

(Translated by Google) To the emergency room: yes, the reception is really unfriendly and the ladies seem stressed or annoyed. Otherwise, I find the clinic recommendable. Nice doctors, who actually take their time, a clean area, smoking islands, in a quiet area - in the heart of Tempelhof. The food is really okay for Kkh conditions, had much worse food in other clinics. A nice bistro (in collaboration with Café curve). Short parking on the premises ok, but prefer to look in front of the grounds for longer. Ergo: the Wenckebach is a good point of contact and not nearly as confusing as many surrounding clinics.

😠 I believe that when a person wants to work in a hospital they should be fit to do so. The red hair nurse that I went to do the registration at the clinic was extremely rude and disrespectful.
