Excellent hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean. They have a swimming pool, sauna, and a working area. Their breakfast is also extensive with lots of variety and options. It’s a bit far from everything though.

Great hotel, very fast check in, staff were professional and helpful. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Garden was lovely, well looked after and we could truly enjoy ourselves after work. Shower was big, spacious and powerful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Truly enjoyed our experience in this lovely hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to professionals, and couples.

Our family had a great stay at the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, both in the reception and in the bistro. We were always welcomed whenever we returned to the hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean and light with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were very fine too. We all enjoyed the breakfast which included multiple offers. This was our 5th family trip to Berlin and we all agreed that this was the best hotel experience so far. Best recommendations from Denmark

There are two things that are the most important in any hotel: the shower and the bed. Nail these two and you’re a winner no matter what. This hotel delivered on both like a boss/king/queen/trans-diva. In addition it’s new and the facilities look amazing. It’s not a 5 star luxury hotel but in the simple and clean design it supersedes such hotels in my (humble) opinion. The only shortcoming I can see here is the location since we’re not talking about the expat-infested Mitte or the central part of town. If you’re not into being next to your corporate headquarters or a bunch of boring tourist attractions, this place will certainly do the work. Besides, gentrified Kreuzberg is a great place to hang out. Thank you for the beautiful hotel you’ve built and all the best going forward.

I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bit of luxury and extremely friendly service. The Beds & sheets were super comfy and the rooms were clean. A big plus for the bathroom size. Breakfast was superb and everybody from the staff does their absolute best to make you feel at home at the Yard. I got super service even though I got a bad flu whilst staying there, the staff took really good care of me, I would stay again anyday. Thanks a billion.

The garden was nice. Breakfast overpriced and minimal. A young woman who worked there was extremely rude and impatient.

Overall fine - Room is a decent size with a great bathroom. Beds quite firm, which was to our taste, with good pillows and duvets. Really nice garden view with a large opening window looking out. Pool was just warm, not very enjoyable to swim, decent size though. Sauna was great. Poor towels and robes, really worn and thin. Towels overall were disappointing. The location was good, but not a huge amount around.

Es habrn große Handtücher gefehlt die uns aber direkt gebracht wurden nachdem wir es angesprochen haben. Das Frühstück war zu teuer mit 18:00€. Sonst war alles sehr sauber und ich finde es super schön auch mit dem wirklich großen Fenster im Zimmer und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Danke für den schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Really lovely hotel, good sized rooms and formidable air conditioning. Beds are HARD - I struggled to get much quality sleep during my stay, but the excellent shower almost made of for this. Staff are very attentive and the breakfast was of a high standard - trying their Bircher muesli is a must! (You do need to book the breakfast the night before so they know how much to make - you can’t just join in otherwise). You also have to book a slot to use the pool and spa facilities but while we were there no one else seemed to be using it so there was always a choice of times to go.

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Hervorzuheben sind die geräumigen Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zusätzlicher Schlafcouch gebucht), sodass das Hotel für Familien geeignet ist. Die Zimmer waren relativ sauber und werden zweitägig gereinigt. Außerdem zahlen Kinder bis zu einem gewissen Alter für die Übernachtung nichts/anteilig, das gilt auch für das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war lecker, hatte eine schöne Auswahl und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Außerdem fiel uns positiv auf, dass die Frühstückszeiten sehr lange sind, sodass jeder die Möglichkeit hat in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Einzig den Preis für das Frühstück fanden wir mit 19 Euro/Person dann doch etwas teuer, insbesondere da es nichts außergewöhnliches gab. Das Personal war (mit Ausnahme einer Dame am Empfang) super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Pool und Spa Bereich haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt, sodass wir ihn nicht bewerten können. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit allem, was man sich bei einem Städtetrip nach Berlin wünscht.

Great choice for our first visit to Berlin! Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Large rooms and baths, super high quality bedding. Ubers were always on hand, instantly -- we used a lot of Ubers to maximize our time. Jewish museum is extremely close. Easy walk to tram. Not "in the center of it all" but we kind of appreciated that. A real neighborhood feel. Recommended!

Great, comfortable hotel with fantastically accommodating staff. Has a nice seating area outside. While fairly well-located, it is a bit of a walk to the nearest u-bahn stations or bus stops (7-10 minutes). Cafes and bars are around, but not near the hotel area in quantity. There is a bistro in the hotel open in the mornings, though. If you stay here, consider cycling or renting a car. They have parking on-site. They also clean the rooms every other day rather than every day as a sustainability measure - something I prefer anyway as a solo traveler since there's usually two sets of towels in a room to get me through the stay.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Betten, Matratzen Klasse. Bad toll, mit separater Toilette. Große Fensterfront = hell. Der Service Küche sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstück reichlich und gut. Guten Tipp bekommen, um unseren ersten Hunger nach unserer Ankunft im "Mahlzeit" stillen zu können. Es war selbstgemacht köstlich. Danke für den Hinweis. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht, doch kommen wir sicher noch mal wieder. Bis dahin spricht die junge Dame am Empfang bestimmt etwas deutsch. Zwinker

Positives - comfortable bed - slept very well - great shower - very quiet Negatives - staff were a little unwelcoming - no atmosphere at reception/ breakfast area - floor in bedroom very dirty Overall, it suited us perfectly for a base. It’s 10 minutes to access the transport network. Not much in the area itself, at least a 15 minute walk to get a decent coffee or anything for breakfast.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is phenomenal, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the hotel is quaint, clean, and so nice to come back to after a long day. The bathrooms are top tier luxury, the rooms were so clean and we loved the yard outside and the nice lobby to enjoy a glass of wine in. Would come back to this place 11 times out of 10

Positives: nice, clean, modern hotel. Lovely pool for a swim. Nice outdoor space. Our room was great. Negatives: breakfast is ok. Lack of fruit, same offering everyday, not much variety. Staff generally not very friendly, except a few. Rooms designed without thinking about guests using the bathroom at night.. you can pee in darkness or blindingly bright light. There isn’t much in the immediate area.

Right so I stayed here about 2 weeks ago, pool was as cold as the artic circle and steam room was just a warm room please heat the pool and make nicer food the bacon was like cardboard and the eggs where so wet they where swimming

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent power shower, great black out curtains. Good air conditioning. Helpful staff. Beautiful indoor pool to use at leisure and good location between 2 metro stations to get to centre within 15mins! Supermarket Netto also 5min walk away.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. Provided us blankets for sitting outside when it was cold, really nice friendly touches. The room itself was absolutely spotless and very spacious, the shower is also very powerful and amenities provided. I’d say the only thing that could be done to improve was the smart TV having apps like Netflix and prime. Would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The location was in comfortable walking distance from the u-Bahn. Around 10 minutes walk. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast as it had plenty of variety and was easy self service layout. The communal areas, including outside provided a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The only change we would make is the sleeping arrangement. The king room was two single beds pushed together which was less comfortable for two guests. However the mattresses were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and contemporary. During our visit Berlin was at 33 degrees, a refrigerator would have been great to chill our drinks - sadly this was not available in the room. The air con made for a comfortable stay though.

This tastefully minimal hotel was perfect for our four night stay in Berlin. The decor was bright and modern, staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean (I love hardwood floors in hotels), with a spacious bathroom and nice shower. The bed was too firm for me, but when I complained to the front desk they had housekeeping put a pillow top on it and it was perfect. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. For the price I was expecting much less. There is no mini-fridge in the room, but snacks and drinks are available in the lobby at reasonable prices. My only complaint is that there are no robes or slippers in the bathrooms. But that's a small price to pay. We will return!

Medium hotel. Nothing fancy. The detailing in the interiours looks like they rushed the whole thing. Tries to be hip, ends up meh. Could use a better deep clean between tenants

You'll love it here. Clean, bright, friendly, great new facilities and close to transportation. Breakfast is a perfect start to the day and dinner is tasty and served in such a warm and inviting environment. Definitely one of our favorite hotel experiences.

Great hotel, very clean rooms with strong after pressure for great showers. The spa was also nice and worth the extra €8 you get access to a nice pool, about 15steps long, a steam room and also a sauna. The staff were helpful with reccomendations and were just great to talkto

Rooms were super clean and modern, excellent location, tasty breakfast, super relaxing spa, very friendly and helpful staff.

I booked this hotel because of the pool and saunas which are in very good condition. The gym however is the size of a small bedroom. The location, rooms, and service are average at best. If you are not interested in the pool and saunas then you can get way better hotels at this rate. Staff is rude and impatient. Probably due to poor leadership. Ps, they rent out the spa to tenants in buildings nearby that do sports swimming in the pool. Don't expect to be able to relax on the lounge chairs because of the noise.
