BAR OWNER AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE Although the use of smartphones in the darkroom is prohibited, which I had unfortunately overlooked, I strongly believe that NO ONE is authorized to yell at strangers in an outrageously aggressive and humiliating manner. Introducing oneself in a quiet and polite way and merely pointing the ban out would have totally sufficed: I am an adequate and adult person, I am responsive and approachable. This is why my first reaction was severe shock and disbelief: the last thing that would come to my mind was that it was the bar owner in person checking on his customers at 2 a.m. Saturday morning and yelling at them like crazy, to put it mildly... Not by any stretch of the imagination could I believe that, so I told him to let me be and stop harrassing me because this is how it looked, sounded and felt like. I felt scared and unsafe. Some rude, disrespectful and aggressive shoving and screaming on the part of a couple of suddenly emerged bouncers accompanying the guy ensued. They even took a threatening position with a view to blocking the passage. I had a creepy feeling I was surrounded by a gang of dangerous street thugs: being treated like a criminal, subhuman or cattle, with disrespect and scorn. The privilege and pleasure of being treated in this highly exclusive service-oriented manner set me back 5 euros entry fee. The regular employees were mistrustful and hesitating at first on seeing me in person as for the expediency of the order to kick me out and tried to bring him to reason, but then they couldn’t help supporting the boss due to the fact he is obviously the one they have to come to terms with on a daily basis. I am deeply disgusted and shocked. Every time I came to Neukölln in the past I used to hit the venue... Sadly, the possible perks of the place are definitely absolutely not worth it.

I came here last night and the bartender would not give back my leather jacket bc my partner lost the number for coatcheck. I explained the situation and he still refused even though my id was in the pocket of my jacket… after harassing and embarrassing me for a little - including saying “you didn’t check a leather jacket”, he finally gave back my jacket and I immediately left and will never return to this nightmare establishment. Also, my AirPods are missing from my jacket and customers were doing hard drugs in the basement. AVOID THIS PLACE. Update: since I can’t reply to what the owner replied - owner, you were not there. Stop lying. Your bartender didn’t not offer to give back my jacket - knowing very well what number mine was regardless of having the coatcheck ticket or not. There were 20 customers max in the entire place, and half of them on drugs and using hard drugs in the dark room. Sorry you have to lie to keep your business afloat. People please read other reviews and avoid this establishment. This place should be investigated.

You need some guest-oriented, hospitable, polite and welcoming bar keepers for sure. Last sunday there was a very intolerant disrespectful bartender who couldn’t express himself in English. He even got mad and was about to kick me out of the bar where there were only 5 people in total. I ofcourse left within 5 mins. I don’t know about the owner’s mindset but this is not a good representation of the bar owner. I work in hospitability field as well and everytime i am asked if i can speak more than 2 languages. I believe for this place, it is enough to be a German citizen and to be able to speak only German lol I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when i was treated that way as a customer. Quality service guys, keep up the good work👍🏼

Very cool experience! Not for the heart fainted haha. It's obviously a gay bar but very women- friendly, funny and sexy vibes. I have to say that I don't understand the bad reviews regarding the staff. They helped me to find my jacket, really lovely guys! Looking forward to next time :)

Music was good. If you're looking for gay cruising in a dark room you might need to think twice, but the dark room is like a party room. Mainly Gen z and queer crowd. If you like fooling around while a bunch of 20 year olds watch you, this is the place for you.

Gay Bar with cool parties, can get very crowded especially on the weekends. Dark room dungeon in the cellar with lighter and darker areas to have some little extra fun. Place should invest in a better sound system in the upper area.

The Club is like 97% guys. The dance floor is super small and very very hot. That's why a lot of the guys took of their shirts. They were playing techno and everyone was smoking. The air is really bad. It feels like a sauna, no joke! If you (as a gay man) wanna have fun, the dark room is pretty big and perfect for that. Entrance fee 8€. If you are a lesbian this is not the place to go! Rather go to Schwuz

Die sogenannten Türsteher waren dort nicht so höflich. Der etwas dunklere von den beiden hat, glaube ich, nicht mal die mindest-Masse von 153 kg erreicht. Außerdem haben sie mich erst beim dritten Mal anstehen rein gelassen.

Went to one of the House of Coito events and it was an odd atmosphere. First of all, it's very small which I didn't expect. There were only two dozen people there and only one or two of them were dancing. Adult movies on the TV which is fair enough but it felt at odds with the kind of student-y, homely atmosphere of everything else. Everyone seemed to know each other, sort of felt like I'd turned up uninvited to a private party. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly, especially the lovely person on the door.

The staff here are unfriendly towards english speaking customers and they allow girls in the dark room

Fun queer space, filled with a diverse crowd and good guest djs. Underground area for cruising/darkrooms or chill out zone, depending on the night.

Absolutely ridiculous door policy! The club is open until 8am and they don’t let people in anymore from 5:30am onwards. It’s not mentioned on the website or on google! We tried to reason with their staff but to no avail. It doesn’t make sense! People were leaving the premises and despite that they didn’t let on anyone anymore. We even asked if we could simply pay more but also to now avail. Very disappointing!

I been on sunday night...... bad location....very dodgy area Inside was very weird,empty,only very old people! Too dirty,disgusting toilet, rubbish beer! We stayed from 11 to 12 and was very boring no people..... Paid 3 euro and that just waste! Guys Dont go there!

If you want to be annoyed by 90s charts radio trash and women in the darkroom (!), go there. Otherwise don't. Visited this location 3 times over the past 6 months, cause I thought it may have been coincidence but apparently it wasn't.

Gay bar with with gay films always on tv... I ware with some friends and it was a bit strange... but the club was empty. Monday evening... Dark room allways open.

I wish I coiuld check this place out some time. Sadly, its schedule is only to be found on its Facebook page, which requires you to have an account on Facebook to log into. That's unacceptable. Meanwhile, the actual homepage is utterly devoid of any info and just links back to that inaccessible Facebook page.

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you want to sweat more than a blind lesbian nun at a fish market, then go here. So hot and smokey I felt like my lungs were on the verge of collapse. The staff were horrendous and rude. I don’t normally trust the reviews but you should for this one. Truly dreadful and a waste of our time. Avoid like the plague! Go anywhere else.

Stop! They should restrict the entrance to cis str8 woman and man. From one year till now the place has changed radically, clearly new homophobic Midest bartenders, plus the dark room is full of str8 woman and man mocking the queer attendees. We need safe spaces, str8 cispeople have all Berlin for their own, from them to take the fewgay places we have for cruising. If you don’t cruising don’t enter the dark room and sit there to smoke and Just watch as it is acircus.

This was one of the bars i was dreading going to after reading the reviews. I went on Friday. Friday is a party night. Nice music. Cool vibe. Great people. Upper floor was packed. Lower darkroom was very busy but often mostly people hanging and chatting. Of course other things took place. I had a great time and would recommend Fridays. Also popped in on Sat. More conventional cruise bar with a lot of people popping in for a few drinks and leaving. Still was pretty ok.

Came on a Tuesday night. Crowd of about 20 but this includes men and women. Didn’t expect that many women. Everyone is smoking. Would not recommend not too fun.

Ficken3000 is one of the best bars in the world. No comparison to New York, London, Paris. The darkroom is definitely not always a party place and beats the Berghain one. The music is sometimes divine and really incredible… if you catch a bad night you just didn’t get it.

The stuff in bar was not nice and aggressive and when I go out to breath fresh air I set on the chair of the security guy and sweat on him because inside it likes sauna he ask me to clean it although he saw I feel not good.. shame on u

Smokers paradise. Non smokers hell. My clothes stank and my eyes were sore. Otherwise good bar decent atmosphere. But the smoking is huge issue.
