I wish I could have given 0 stars and even that would have been too much. We paid a horrible rate of more than 200€ for a 12 sqm double room without breakfast - this is ridiculous already. The Chinese lady pushed us to check-in earlier even though we put on the booking that we will arrive after 22:00. Upon arrival she claimed our credit card was not working, then suddenly after some discussion it worked - what a miracle. We have specifically asked for separate beds. In the room there was one bed with one pillow, one blanket etc. She said you have one big bed, your request may or may not be fulfilled. We told her why she hasn't responded to us at booking stage, she said you couldn't have cancelled anyway... which is actually not true either. What a shameful host! NEVER AGAIN! Avoid at all cost!

Preis Leistung katastrophal. Ja zum reinen Übernachtung war es okay, ein Zimmer halt.. aber erwarten sie hier bitte nichts. Personal freundlich, wir waren auf das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zur Columbiahalle angewiesen.. jedoch viel zu teuer für so eine simples altes Haus inklusive Baustelle vor der Tür. Leider scheinbar Berliner Hotelpreise allgemein sehr teuer.

The rooms are good enough if you plan to stay out a lot, the place is well connected to metro stations and have several restaurants nearby, but having to pay for wifi is such an early 2000's concept

Very bad value for money, it looks cheap but it isn’t. The rooms are kind of ok but the rest is really run down, the elevator sounds like a death trap, the toilet on the ground floor warns of an infection risk and we didn’t even had water the next day.

Unfortunately it didn't even come to a stay at this hotel. I booked through a reseller. When the hotel wanted to confirm my credit card all of them were rejected. (And yes they have enough money on them and worked for various other sites). Sending a mail to them did not even get responded and the next day they just canceled my stay.

Kleine fliegende Haustiere im Badezimmer. Keinen Löffel oder Zucker zu den Kaffeetassen und dem Wasserkocher. Keinen Ansprechpartner außerhalb der Check in Zeiten. Check-in nach 21 Uhr nur mit telefonisch Absprache. Duschhalter sehr desolat und wackelig. TV Empfang eine Katastrophe, da ein wackler im Kabel. Aber ein gutes Bett. Trotzdem würde ich es für den Preis nicht wieder buchen

Very tiny room and very expensive for what it is. Buddy at the desk was nice but that was the only highlight.

Ein, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was dringend eine Renovierung benötigt. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Allerdings für unsere Zwecke (Konzert in der Columbiahalle 400m entfernt) und für eine Nacht völlig ok. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Blick aus dem Fenster fantastisch und die Betten sehr bequem. Deshalb die gute Bewertung!!! Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Da stimmt Preis-Leistung nicht. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, hätte ich auch nicht wahrgenommen.

Zum schlafen (1 Nacht) war es ausreichend aber für den nächsten Berlin Besuch wählen wir ein anderes Hotel. Zur U- Bahn muss man nur zur Tür raus, das war ein Vorteil.

Stayed here twice, never had a problem. This time, we went for a triple room. Room is really good value for money but very basic. That said, it's clean,comfy, and superb location for public transport. Would recommend for a base if your out most of the day. Probably not the best if you want to spend lots of time in the room.

For me , the stay was *much* better than most reviews here would have you thinking. Yes, it's overall a bit aged, but my room was spotless and staff very friendly and forthcoming.

I stayed here a couple of months ago. The hotel is in a great location, the room was small but cozy with all the essentials. The receptionist was really nice, kind and helpful as she allowed us to check in earlier then the scheduled time

Wir waren für ein Konzert in der Columbia-Halle angereist. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und erklärte uns den Weg. Das Zimmer zeigt typische Abnutzungserscheinungen, ist aber sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch das neuwertige Bett war sehr bequem. Wir würden gerne wieder buchen.

Zimmer sehr klein. Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Bad nicht gut gepflegt. Abfluss funktionierte nicht, wurde aber repariert. Beide Nachttischlampen defekt, wurde trotz Meldung nicht repariert. Kostenloser Parkplatz! Allerdings sehr laut, da direkt an einer großen Kreuzung vom Mehringdamm.

Really bad experience here. Huge construction going on outside and then stress with the staff when trying to work things out. Disappointed 1 star is as low as the ratings go here.

Also wenn es gehen würde, würde ich Minus Sterne geben. Für alle Eltern die mit ihren Kindern in dieses Hotel wollen ich rate es euch ab wir hatten das ,,größte‘‘ Zimmer laut dem Hotel was aber im Nachhinein Mega klein war das ist ja nicht schlimm was schlimm ist das sich Schimmel im Zimmer gebildet hat und an machen stellen wurde es einfach nur überstrichen und dann das Bad also wir haben erst mal alles desinfiziert weil es echt sehr ekelhaft war und das beste als wir die Betten zusammen geschoben haben lagen einfach Socken unter dem Bett und mega viel dreck das beste war das bei dem anderen Bett die Matratze so durchgeschlafen war das die eine Hälfte einfach runter ging, dazu musste man Angst haben wenn man mit dem Fahrstuhl gefahren ist das der nicht jeden Moment runter knallt so wie der an dem jeweiligen Stockwerken zum stehen kam. Nie wieder mehr so ekelhaft das mir sogar mega schlecht war und ich mich wegen der Luft da drinnen übergeben musste. Zum Schluss das hat einfach mal für einen Nacht 95€ gekostet Frechheit.
