I
love
Hummus
&
Friends
and
have
enjoyed
visiting
here
with
friends
and
family
for
years.
In
summer
you
can
sit
comfortably
in
the
backyard
of
the
house.
For
me,
the
restaurant
itself
is
a
typical
Berlin
restaurant
with
its
typical
charm.
The
furniture
is
not
uniformly
clean,
but
rather
creatively
thrown
together,
sofa,
armchairs,
small
colorful
chairs
and
heavy,
solid
wooden
tables
and
lovingly
draped
small
candlesticks
in
between.
Classic
Israeli
cuisine
is
served,
vegan
and
kosher,
warm
or
cold.
And
if
you
still
feel
like
something
sweet
after
your
hearty
meal,
you
can
enjoy
cakes
and
other
delicacies.
The
quality
of
the
food
is
very
good,
especially
the
trio
of
potatoes
and
beetroot,
as
well
as
the
cauliflower
and
baba
ganoush
are
great
-
but
so
is
the
rest
of
the
menu.
The
prices
have
recently
risen
a
bit
too
much
for
my
taste.
The
service
is
friendly
and
you
can
also
easily
order
in
English.
However,
every
now
and
then
there
are
individual
people
among
the
staff
with
typical
Berlin
abrasiveness.
But
that
doesn't
detract
from
the
restaurant.
Anyone
who
wants
a
table
at
Hummus
&
Friends
in
Berlin
Mitte
during
prime
time,
whether
just
for
two
or
for
larger
groups,
should
definitely
make
a
reservation.
For
lunch
during
the
week,
for
example,
it's
easier
to
find
a
place.
