    There's no office, no car even if booked well in advance, lame excuses from Sixt employee when being called about it.. "I meant to call you, terrible accident yadda yadda" If you have 30 to 60min extra and enjoy staying at a train station, totally go for it and contact the DB service center about your booked rental, just don't expect to see any Sixt employees around Would add 1 🌟 for the employee being swift after arriving late, but usually no one is around.

    If you could give minus stars, I would do so. On the way there: in Berlin at the Ostbahnhof we had to ask where you could drop off the Sixt car. This is neither signposted nor obvious in any way. That took us about half an hour. Thats still alright. Then came the return trip: We had reserved 2 cars from the company. We were supposed to pick it up at the Deutsche Bahn counter. The employee was friendly but a bit awkward. After a few minutes of paperwork we got the cars. The problem was that one car did not have an exit ticket from the DB parking garage. You would think that since it is a DB parking garage and you are at a DB counter, that wouldn't be a problem. Not even close. First a lady had to come with the ticket, that took ONE HOUR. Then we would have the ticket. Both me and the other driver are standing at the barrier at the exit: ticket invalid. Looked for a place again and parked the car. Back up to the DB service center. Someone has to come from Sixt at Alexanderplatz and bring exit tickets. As if it is so difficult to open a barrier in the building's own parking garage. That took TWO HOURS again. Then the guy was there and let us out. That was an outrage as we still had to drive to Düsseldorf. Never again!

    In the DB customer center - no reference to Sixt, nothing. You have to ask yourself questions and hope that you are right. Customers obviously don't care about Sixt. Funnily enough, our car also had winter tires in the summer. But they don't care. Stop Sixt. But expensive.

    Not actually a Sixt office, but the DB Reisezentrum. Was ok for dropping a car. You just park on the parking lot right across from the train station building and hand then them ticket. (There are no signs indicating) rental car return or parking). Would not recommend this for car pick up.

    I always thought Sixt is not one of the typical shady rental companies that tries to rip you off whenever they have the chance. The opposite is true: (1) No insurance added and even basic insurance is suddenly more than the price of the car. (2) I forgot to refuel. It was only 40% of the thank, but they charged me 114 (!!!!!) euros for it. (3) Sudden extra payment for driving abroad, which was probably only mentioned in the smallprint. I rented many cars, but never experienced this before. Ultimately, they're no better than any other shady rental business.

    Wrong car provided. 2-door instead of 4-door station wagon for a business trip with 4 people to Munich. Audi A5 instead of A6. had to pick up the A6 myself from another branch. We missed important dates because of Sixt. Of course the billing was full. bad service and borders on deliberate misleading.

    The worst service ever. I waited one hour for the car to arrive at the station, which made me lose my appointment. Don't pick up the cars from the train station. In the customer support line, they tell you that they can't do much. A prime price for a horrible service.

The vehicle had no floor mats, so you couldn't easily remove dirt from the footwell yourself. 2. Although the handover report stated 8/8 when refueling, the vehicle was not full of fuel.
