The
costumer
services
and
staff
at
the
store
are
absolutely
dreadful!
I’m
a
regular
client
from
Tiffany’s
stores,
of
different
countries,
and
I
have
never,
EVER,
been
treated
as
poorly
as
I’m
at
Tiffanys
in
KaDeWe.
The
sale-girls
are
completely
uneducated
on
the
pieces,
and
show
zero
interest
in
attending
you.
There
is
no
interesting
conversation
that
leads
one
to
actually
make
a
purchase,
nor
a
sit
down
or
a
coffee
is
offered,
which
happens
to
one
quite
often
when
shopping
at
Tiffany&Co
in
Champs
Elysée,
for
instance.
You
have
to
do
all
the
research
yourself
before
choosing
a
piece,
call
first
to
make
sure
they
have
the
piece
in
stock
(which
in
itself
feels
like
an
absurd
thing
to
do
for
a
high-brand
as
this
is
supposed
to
be),
go
there,
not
be
greeted,
**go
after**
the
sales-person,
ask
for
your
piece,
pay
and
then
leave,
while
the
security
guard
guilts
you
abusively
with
stares,
regardless
of
your
appearance
and
age.
It
always
feels
like
the
sales-people
are
there
to
take
your
order
as
if
they
work
for
McDonalds
and
you’re
passing
through
the
drive-through.
This
store,
in
this
particular
location,
is
more
like
a
tourist
attraction,
where
people
walk-in
to
shop
the
brand
cheap
silver
pieces,
while
travelling
to
Berlin
using
the
day
to
tourist
its
ancient
shopping
mall,
KaDeWe.
The
frequent
costumers
of
this
branch’s
biggest
intention
is
just
to
post
the
happening
on
social-media,
and
the
staff
of
this
location
is
very
suitable
for
this
type
of
passerby
costumer,
so
if
you’re
a
“proper”
client
of
Tiffanys,
and
you
enjoy
high-class
jewellery
shopping
or
high-quality-brand
staff
behaviour,
then
let
it
be
known
that
this
is
NOT
the
store
for
you.
As
you
can
see,
the
positive
reviews
here
are
from
passerby
costumers,
travellers,
visitors,
never
regular
clients.
Also,
FYI,
if
you
are
in
Germany
permanently
or
for
an
extended
period
of
time,
and
considering
shopping
online
with
Tiffany.DE,
DON’T!.
They
ship
the
pieces
from
London,
the
german
online
store
is
not
connected
to
neither
KaDeWe
location
nor
the
Hamburg
branch,
and
they
will
seriously
tell
you
to
handle
your
online
order
issues
with
the
general
Tiffany’s
Costumer
Services,
which
is
a
toll-free
number,
where
you
will
wait
on
the
line
for
more
than
30mins,
at
any
particular
day,
just
to
NOT
have
your
issue
solved
over
the
phone,
but
per
email,
which
is
always
very
untrustworthy
and
lengthly.
Do
choose
another
branch
instead
of
KaDeWe,
do
not
shop
at
Tiffanys.DE
and
be
aware
of
the
type
of
service
in
this
particular
location.
