There is no interesting conversation that leads one to actually make a purchase, nor a sit down or a coffee is offered, which happens to one quite often when shopping at Tiffany&Co in Champs Elysée, for instance. You have to do all the research yourself before choosing a piece, call first to make sure they have the piece in stock (which in itself feels like an absurd thing to do for a high-brand as this is supposed to be), go there, not be greeted, **go after** the sales-person, ask for your piece, pay and then leave, while the security guard guilts you abusively with stares, regardless of your appearance and age. Als wir kurz vor Weihnachten etwas bummelten und einfach nur mal schauen wollten lies der aufdringliche Verkäufer nicht locker und wollte unsere Daten wissen ob wir schon mal etwas gekauft haben etc. was geht sie das an? So etwas kennt man bei echten Luxus Brands nicht. Zurückhaltung ist die Devise bei Kaufkräftiger Kundschaft. Allgemein ist die Preiserhöhung bei Tiffany nicht gerechtfertigt . Der Schmuck hat nicht die Qualität die man mittlerweile bezahlen soll. Das all das schief geht sieht man a den leeren Läden wo früher zu Weihnachten Schlangen waren….

Bereits zwei Versuche, meine bei Tiffanys gekaufte Kette wie beim Kauf versprochen reinigen zu lassen waren erfolglos. Zuletzt war ich an einem Samstag dort und man sagte mir am Wochenende würde man diese Leistung nicht anbieten. Auch mein Hinweis, dass ich nur am Wochenende in Berlin bin wurde ignoriert und das obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter aber keine Kunden im Laden waren. Das ist kein guter Kundenservice.
