The
room
was
the
opposite
of
what
was
seen
on
the
internet.
A
hospital
bed
with
a
rollable
bedside
table,
2
armchairs,
a
hotel
desk
with
a
lockable
drawer
with
a
lamp,
a
floor
lamp
and
a
large
flat
screen
TV
on
the
wall,
which
can
also
be
swiveled
towards
the
bed,
stand
on
a
good
25
square
meters.
And
everything
is
laid
out
with
linoleum
-
cozy
is
different.
A
coffee
table
that
you
can
use
to
open
the
window,
because
otherwise
it
couldn't
be
opened
for
me.
The
window
begins
at
a
height
of
about
1.50
m.
The
wardrobe
in
the
hallway
offers
enough
space
for
clothes,
but
nothing
more.
Otherwise
there
is
nothing
where
you
can
stow
a
few
things.
The
bed
is
adjustable,
but
the
mattress
is
so
thin
that
you
can
feel
the
slatted
frame.
On
request
I
got
a
different
mattress
after
3
days,
but
other
than
that
it
was
a
little
more
comfortable,
it
didn't
change
much.
So
if
you
come
with
pain
in
your
muscles
and
back,
you
should
be
prepared
for
very
uncomfortable
nights.
The
mattresses
are
all
covered
with
plastic,
so
that
you
sweat
uncomfortably
at
night.
The
key
card
for
the
room
is
also
an
activation
for
the
training
equipment.
Unfortunately,
the
rooms
are
not
lockable
and
the
staff
can
enter
the
room
at
any
time,
as
they
all
have
a
universal
key
card.
The
clinic
has
reading
corners
and
a
patient
PC
at
a
high
table.
But
nothing
else
where
you
can
spend
your
free
time.
The
clinic
premises
may
only
be
left
with
the
company
of
a
therapist
during
the
entire
period.
There
is
no
park
in
which
you
can
sit
or
take
a
walk.
The
MTT
and
the
ergometer
may
only
be
used
if
it
is
in
the
therapy
plan.
The
cafeteria
is
open
every
day
in
the
afternoon
-
coffee
and
cake
are
very
expensive
and
can
only
be
taken
away.
Non-sparkling
water
can
be
fetched
free
of
charge
from
individual
filling
stations.
Selters
you
can
buy
the
box
of
12
a
1
liter
for
8
€.
Not
exactly
a
bargain
either.
The
food
is
bland
and
cooked
without
salt
or
spices.
Only
the
stews
can
be
described
as
good.
There
is
also
no
buffet
at
the
moment.
The
food
is
put
in
portions
in
the
room
-
but
without
asking
which
sausage
you
like.
Everything
packed
in
plastic
containers.
At
lunchtime,
the
food
can
be
cold
when
you
are
using
it.
You
can
only
get
hot
water
for
tea
from
the
sisters
-
so
there
is
no
small
tea
kitchen
where
you
can
get
hot
water
at
any
time,
and
there
are
also
no
coffee
machines.
The
medical
care
is
twice
a
week
as
rounds
in
the
room.
But
that
something
in
the
therapy
plans
would
have
changed
promptly
-
far
from
it.
Since
communication
with
the
position
only
runs
through
the
doctors,
that
was
also
a
little
disappointing.
New
medication
was
in
my
room
without
any
comment
-
just
with
a
new
medication
plan.
There
was
no
explanation
until
the
next
visit
2
days
later.
During
the
whole
time
they
did
not
want
to
give
me
my
blood
values.
The
therapists
are
always
nice
and
understand
their
work.
The
MTT
is
equipped
with
the
latest
equipment
and
is
well
explained.
The
psychologists
and
neuropsychologists
are
also
good
and
really
very
nice.
All
in
all,
I
am
actually
no
better
than
before
the
rehab
-
I
would
not
recommend
the
clinic
to
anyone
who
is
still
flexible
and
does
not
need
care.
I
cannot
say
whether
the
orthopedic
department
is
doing
better,
but
as
an
MS
patient
you
are
obviously
classified
as
bedridden
or
confined
to
a
wheelchair.
The
final
report
contains
applications
that
either
didn't
get
me
or
I
didn't
get
it
in
the
first
place.
There
are
also
diseases
that
are
not
mine
-
reads
as
if
they
had
mixed
up
the
patients.
I
would
not
recommend
the
clinic
for
patients
who
are
still
agile
and
younger
-
at
least
not
if
you
are
not
there
as
a
private
patient.

Das
Zimmer
war
das
Gegenteil
von
dem
was
im
Internet
zu
sehen
war.
Auf
gut
25
qm
stehen
ein
Krankenhausbett
mit
einem
roll
baren
Nachttisch,
2
Stuhl-Sessel,
ein
Hotelschreibtisch
mit
einem
abschließbaren
Schubfach
mit
einer
Lampe,
eine
Stehlampe
und
eine
großen
Flat
TV
an
der
Wand,
den
man
auch
Richtung
Bett
schwenken
kann.
Und
alles
mit
Linoleum
ausgelegt
–
gemütlich
ist
anders.
Ein
Couchtisch,
den
man
für
das
Öffnen
des
Fensters
nutzen
kann,
denn
anders
war
es
für
mich
nicht
zu
öffnen.
Das
Fenster
beginnt
in
einer
Höhe
von
ca
1,50
m.
Der
Kleiderschrank
im
Flur
bietet
genug
Platz
für
die
Kleidung,
mehr
aber
auch
nicht.
Sonst
gibt
es
nichts,
wo
man
ein
paar
Sachen
verstauen
kann.
Das
Bett
ist
zwar
gut
verstellbar,
aber
die
Matratze
so
dünn,
dass
man
das
Lattenrost
spürt.
Auf
Anfrage
bekam
ich
nach
3
Tagen
eine
andere
Matratze,
aber
außer
das
sie
ein
wenig
bequemer
war,
hat
sie
nicht
viel
geändert.
Wer
also
mit
Schmerzen
in
Muskulatur
und
Rücken
kommt,
sollte
sich
auf
sehr
unbequeme
Nächte
gefasst
machen.
Die
Matratzen
sind
alle
mit
Plastik
überzogen,
so
dass
man
in
der
Nacht
auch
noch
unangenehm
schwitzt.
Die
Schlüsselkarte
für
das
Zimmer
ist
auch
gleichzeitig
eine
Aktivierung
für
die
Trainingsgeräte.
Leider
sind
die
Zimmer
nicht
abschließbar
und
das
Personal
kann
jederzeit
ins
Zimmer,
da
sie
alle
eine
Universal-Schlüsselkarte
haben.
Die
Klinik
besitzt
Leseecken
und
einen
Patienten
PC
an
einem
Stehtisch.
Sonst
aber
nichts
wo
man
seine
Freizeit
verbringen
kann.
Das
Klinikgelände
darf
während
der
ganzen
Zeit
nur
mit
Begleitung
eines
Therapeuten
verlassen
werden.
Es
gibt
keinen
Park
in
den
man
sich
setzten
kann
oder
mal
ein
Stück
spazieren
gehen.
Das
MTT
und
die
Ergometer
dürfen
nur
genutzt
werden,
wenn
es
im
Therapieplan
steht.
Die
Cafeteria
ist
jeden
Tag
am
Nachmittag
geöffnet
-Kaffee
und
Kuchen
sind
sehr
teuer
und
dürfen
auch
nur
mitgenommen
werden.
Wasser
ohne
Sprudel
kann
an
einzelnen
Abfüllstationen
kostenlos
geholt
werden.
Selters
kann
man
sich
den
12er
Kasten
a
1
Liter
für
8
€
kaufen.
Auch
nicht
gerade
ein
Schnäppchen.
Das
Essen
ist
fade
und
ohne
Salz
oder
Gewürze
gekocht.
Nur
die
Eintöpfe
kann
man
als
gut
bezeichnen.
Auch
gibt
es
momentan
kein
Buffet.
Das
Essen
wir
portioniert
ins
Zimmer
gestellt
-
aber
ohne
zu
Fragen,
welche
Wurst
man
mag.
Alles
in
Plastikbehältern
verpackt.
Mittags
kann
das
Essen
dann
auch
schon
mal
kalt
sein,
wenn
man
nämlich
gerade
in
der
Anwendung
ist.
Heißes
Wasser
für
Tee
bekommt
man
nur
bei
den
Schwestern
-
es
gibt
also
keine
kleine
Teeküche
in
der
man
sich
jederzeit
heißes
Wasser
holen
könnte
und
auch
keinen
Kaffeeautomaten.
Die
ärztliche
Betreuung
ist
2x
die
Woche
als
Visite
im
Zimmer.
Aber
dass
sich
dann
in
den
Therapieplänen
zeitnah
was
verändert
hätte
–
weit
gefehlt.
Da
die
Kommunikation
mit
der
Planstelle
nur
über
die
Ärzte
läuft,
war
das
auch
ein
wenig
enttäuschend.
Neue
Medikation
lag
ohne
jeden
Kommentar
in
meinem
Zimmer
–
also
nur
mit
einem
neuen
Medikationsplan.
Erklärung
gab
es
dann
erst
bei
der
nächsten
Visite
2
Tage
später.
Meine
Blutwerte
wollte
man
mir
während
der
ganzen
Zeit
nicht
aushändigen.
Die
Therapeuten
sind
durchgängig
nett
und
verstehen
was
von
ihrer
Arbeit.
Das
MTT
ist
mit
den
neusten
Geräten
ausgestattet
und
werden
gut
erklärt.
Auch
die
Psychologen
und
Neuropsychologen
sind
gut
und
wirklich
sehr
nett.
Alles
in
allem
geht
es
mir
tatsächlich
nicht
besser
als
vor
der
Reha
–
ich
würde
die
Klinik
keinem
Empfehlen,
der
noch
soweit
beweglich
ist
und
nicht
auf
Pflege
angewiesen.
Ob
es
der
orthopädischen
Abteilung
besser
geht
kann
ich
nicht
beurteilen
aber
als
MS
Patientin
wird
man
offenbar
als
bettlägerig
oder
an
den
Rollstuhl
gefesselt
eingestuft.
Im
Abschlussbericht
stehen
Anwendungen
drin,
die
mir
entweder
nicht
bekommen
sind
oder
ich
gar
nicht
erst
erhalten
habe.
Auch
stehen
Erkrankungen
drin,
die
nicht
meine
sind
-
liest
sich,
als
wenn
sie
die
Patienten
vermischt
hätten.
Für
noch
bewegliche
und
jüngere
Patientin
würde
ich
die
Klinik
nicht
empfehlen
-
zumindest
nicht,
wenn
man
nicht
als
Privatpatient
da
ist.
