very
good
service
by
Ms
Thao
on
Saturday.
She
was
very
knowledgeable
in
the
different
bag
styles
and
showed
different
ways
of
wearing
the
bag.
Had
a
very
personalised
and
helpful
service.
Ms
Thao
gets
5
stars
from
me.
Didn't
like
the
wait
to
get
into
the
store,
and
definitely
agree
with
other
comments
who
said
that
store
staff
would
look
at
you
funny
if
you're
not
draped
in
branded
goods.
I
am
however
very
not
pleased
with
the
tax
refund
process.
PLANETPAYMENT
tax
refund
sucks.
I
cannot
get
my
tax
refund
because
customs
inefficiency
and
planetpayment
inefficiency

The
tax
refund
envelope
didn't
have
the
right
information
printed.
The
instructions
say
that
I
can
go
to
Exchange
AG
in
the
city
location
for
tax
refund.
I
went
to
Exchange
AG
and
staff
told
me
they
haven't
done
tax
refund
because
of
covid
for
2
years
now
😡😡😡

Airport
customs
are
not
helpful
and
not
intuitive.
The
customs
is
in
a
very
hidden
location
before
departure
(upstairs
and
towards
the
left
far
most
corner).
And
you
need
to
bring
your
purchase
to
show
to
the
customs
to
show
that
you
are
bringing
it
out
of
the
country??
But
this
is
still
not
through
security
checks
yet.
How
do
you
know
that
the
item
went
through
security
checks
with
me???
it
doesn't
even
make
sense
SO
MAKE
SURE
TO
GO
TO
CUSTOMS
BEFORE
CHECKING
IN
YOUR
LUGGAGE

is
after
security
check
at
the
"marketplace"
area,
under
the
stairs.
Not
very
visible.
So
be
sure
to
find
it
