Unfortunately
you
have
to
give
at
least
one
star
to
be
able
to
write
a
review
here.
Unfortunately,
I
didn't
have
a
good
experience
with
this
jeweler.
Of
course,
if
I
had
read
the
previous
reviews
here
beforehand,
none
of
this
would
have
happened.
So
months
ago
I
was
at
this
jeweler.
I
took
my
two
watches
with
me
to
have
the
batteries
changed.
So
I
went
in
and
asked
if
they
offered
this
service
and
if
so,
how
much
would
it
cost.
I
got
the
answer
that
this
service
was
offered
and
that
it
would
cost
8
euros
per
watch.
The
price
was
reasonable
for
me,
so
I
took
out
my
two
watches
and
gave
them
to
the
young
lady
there.
She
then
said
that
I
could
pick
up
the
watches
in
20
minutes.
It
already
started
there.
Why
should
I
wait
20
minutes?
A
change
like
that
happens
in
no
time.
At
least
at
Galeria
Kaufhof.
Well,
I
thought
that
it
was
probably
due
to
the
advice
of
the
other
customers
and
that
they
would
have
to
take
care
of
it
first.
So
I
came
back
in
20
minutes.
I
said
I
wanted
to
pick
up
my
two
watches.
The
older
lady
took
the
payment
and
the
younger
lady
brought
my
watches
from
the
back
and
placed
the
watches
face
down
on
the
counter.
So
I
already
understood
that
there
was
something
missing.
Because
at
Galeria
they
do
it
right
in
front
of
your
eyes,
in
a
matter
of
seconds
and
show
the
side
with
the
lid
to
show
that
nothing
was
damaged.
So
I
turned
the
clocks
over
and
to
my
shock
I
discovered
that
the
side
of
the
lid
was
full
of
scratches.
Then,
of
course,
I
complained
and
didn't
want
to
pay
for
my
watches
being
scratched
all
over
me.
There
was
a
long
back
and
forth
discussion.
The
other
young
lady
tried
to
justify
her
actions
by
saying
that
she
was
working
with
tools
and
hurting
her
fingers,
but
I
don't
even
know
how
hard
that
is.
In
any
case,
they
admitted
that
they
had
no
idea
how
to
change
a
battery,
but
still
felt
they
were
in
the
right.
If
you
had
told
me
beforehand
that
you
didn't
have
the
skills
to
do
it
at
all
or
that
the
change
might
cause
scratches,
I
would
have
been
able
to
decide
for
myself
whether
to
take
the
risk.
The
argument
that
she
works
with
tools
and
scratches
her
fingers
with
them
and
that
other
watch
masters
would
leave
scratches
in
the
same
way
was
impossible
for
me
to
understand
that
a
company
is
incapable
of
admitting
and
owning
up
to
its
own
mistakes.
The
older
lady
also
tried
to
involve
her
older
customers
and
get
them
to
agree
that
they
weren't
big
scratches
and
that
there
was
no
need
to
make
such
a
fuss
over
such
small
scratches.
At
the
end
of
the
song,
I
asked
for
my
money
back
and
they
then
took
out
the
batteries
that
they
had
changed,
left
scratches
on
the
watch
when
they
took
them
out
and
also
took
the
original
batteries,
which
I
did
could
only
be
determined
afterwards.
Unfortunately,
I
didn't
take
any
pictures
of
the
watches
before
handing
them
over,
so
I
couldn't
file
a
report
afterwards
or
it
would
be
a
lengthy
process.
For
those
who
want
to
have
a
battery
changed
there,
take
a
before
and
after
photo
of
your
watches.
This
way
you
have
clear
evidence
if
legal
disputes
arise.
Unfortunately
it
is
not
a
professional
shop,
at
least
the
employees
are
not
professional.
