The seller was nice and patient with us. There isn't anything more positive to say. I bought a ring for myself and my girlfriend, supposedly 925 silver. Unfortunately, the ring was badly scratched the same day without me using my hand much. The same goes for my girlfriend's ring. I wore a Wish ring the same day and to this day it has no scratches. With this quality for €109: never again👋

I naively went to this shop although I read the bad reviews beforehand, believing that with such good ratings, it cannot be that bad. I entered the shop with my partner, obviously bothering the sales guy who was chatting with a friend of his. I asked him to help us determined what would be my idea ring size as I would need to resize my engagement ring. The guy was RUDE and quite aggressive, reproaching us to come and ask for his expertise although we haven't purchased the ring at his store. He told us to just go back to the original store where we got the ring (we cannot as it is in the UK). I advise any other person that is considering visiting this jewelry to not waste their time here and go somewhere else! You'll surely be treated better.

Horrible service. It’s not that they’re not nice, they’re just extremely untruthful and will tell you whatever nonsense they can think of get your mind off of what you want. Fact checking is easy, though they don’t seem to realize it. If you’re a woman you’ll probably want to avoid them entirely, given that they won’t be listening to you anyhow.
