Great food, friendly staff, fast service, casual environment. The menu has variety, but if you can’t decide what you want, there is a nice starter plate with five tasty items that are good enough for a small meal.

The best vietnamese restaurant in Berlin so far. The menu and the place was hip and cool. The food was not too pricey and was amazing in general. Our waiter was SO nice! We ordered a grilled pork belly as a starter and it was juicy. We also had a pho and a seasonal dish, the Coco Lobster. The drinks were also just fantastic! We will definitely come back:) It was a birthday visit, and the restaurant was so nice to give us a free dessert. Recommended place:)

We went there and I had a burger with mushrooms (vegan option). It was not bad, but nothing special and kind of boring. Also quite small for the price (9 euros). The service was nice and friendly. I definitely prefer other places in Berlin, but I guess that for place like Zoo (quite touristic and overpriced) it is OK.

After the renovation of the premises the situation did not improve. They added a hallway and created a bathroom in the basement. Maybe it's just my impression, but I seem to see three different types of people working here: 1) very young people who run a lot, but have no experience 2) young people who almost arrogantly address the customer, whose greatest quality is asking the tip 3) adults who know how to do their job and somehow keep the place going. Pay attention to it. Maybe it's just my wrong perception, but it seems to me that the young people, probably responsible for the place, tend to behave like spoiled children. Tonight I was placed next to the door (which takes too long to close considering it's February in Berlin) and after almost fifteen minutes I was finally brought a menu. they changed my cutlery twice, brought what I think was tea, now frozen and undrinkable and after I ordered, they gave me food very quickly. Good sign? Not for me, it's a sign that everything is probably pre-cooked. halfway through dinner, I voluntarily started writing this review. The waiter, perhaps moved by the desire to clear the table, came twice to ask me if I had finished. This looks like a Vietnamese fast food chain. But with restaurant prices. And no, please stop pointing out that tip is not included if you provide terrible service. They have 2 wifi, but they are private.

We had a tasty and fulfilling dinner, and some special taste tea in PHO. Very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. We liked free welcoming chips :)

Das Essen ist hier überraschend gut für ein Restaurant direkt gegenüber einem der größten Bahnhöfe Berlins zwischen den ganzen Fast Food Läden. Der Service war freundlich und die meiste Zeit aufmerksam. Negativ fanden wir, dass es offenbar keine Heizung gibt. Heute waren es maximal 8 Grad und im Restaurant Pho saßen alle Gäste mit Jacke. Wir und auch andere Gäste fragten ob die Heizung kaputt sei, die Antwort war nein. Also offenbar gibt es erst gar keine Heizung. Etwas schade, da die Atmosphäre ansonsten echt nett und das Essen super lecker war. Die Preise sind schon recht hoch, für die Lage aber wenig überraschend.

The environment is soothing and calm, the waited is really friendly and they can speak English too. Food was great, loved the summer rolls and the salad that I had. There was a peanut sauce alongside the starter that I personally didn't enjoy. Fried rice with duck was decent, duck meat wasn't fresh and too dry. It was the first time I tried chicken Pho and it didn't have enough flavor for me. The broth was fine but the chicken in it wasn't anything exciting. Overall a good experience. Recommend to people who try to find new places in Berlin.

I visit here around 2 years ago when I was visiting Berlin. This was the very first restaurant I went to and I remember the staff was very friendly and the place had a very nice atmosphere. There was English translations which made me feel more comfortable. The food was really good and I remember there being some vegetarian and vegan options. This restaurant reached out to me on Instagram after I posted about their food and left me a very sweet message too, which I appreciate!

Absolutely recommendable, yummist food in Berlin (including Muchelin star guide). The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. We had a great time!

The atmosphere is very lively, the perfect place to duck in on a cold day. We had the fried dumplings as starter and orange curry as the main. The chicken was tender and as a whole very filling. The mango shake was also very refreshing and not at all overwhelmingly sweet.

For delivery, everything were well packaged. Food were also nice! Usually delivery food is less tasty. So can imagine the dine in would be really great! Keep it up.

I have been here a couple of times already and the food was always fantastic. The team and service is averagely good from very friendly to slightly chaotic (but still friendly), depending on how many guests are there in total. Portion sizes are fair when looking at the pricing. I never had to wait long for my food which is a great plus compared to competitors in the area. Definitely one of my more preferred restaurants around the Ku'damm.

Genuine and authentic Vietnamese cuisines. With a various of finding of this rare type of restaurants, we have to say that we’ve never found a better restaurant serving vietnamese food. The flavors and seasoning are spot on! Do you want enjoy and experience Vietnamese food to the extent that you were in Vietnam, this is the place to head to.

I love these restaurants! They have multiple restaurants in berlin and all of them are great quality with friendly staff and delicious food. The staff here was actually extraordinary friendly and very attentive. I would always come back and definitely recommend giving this one a try!

Kurz vor dem Kinobesuch ein leckeres Abendessen bei PHO. Witzige Speisekarte in Form von einem Reisepass und einer Boardkarte. Das sehr freundliche Personal at uns schnell die Speisen gebracht. Ein super leckerer Mango Joghurt Drink und ein sehr schmackhaftes Curry mit Hühnchen...Top. Preislich würde ich es entsprechend der Lage im Zentrums Berlin einstufen...also ok.

Immer wenn ich in Berlin bin versuche ich hier her zu gehen. Die PHO - Noodlebar am Zoo war ne ganze Zeit geschlossen wegen Renovierung. Umso mehr hab ich mich gefreut das PHO - Noodlebar am Zoo wieder geöffnet hat. Der industrielle Look des Restaurants ist mega schön. Die Kombination mit den vielen Pflanzen eine perfekte Ergänzung. Das Essen einfach lecker! Der Service sehr freundlich und flott. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Excellent meal here- the grilled chicken was one of the most juicy chicken I’ve ever had! Yummy kimchi. The dry pho was super hearty and the accompanying broth was very comforting! Quick service and a lovely ambience.

Had a great experience here. The waiter was very amiable and warm and the food came very quickly. Had drinks, starters and main and everything tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und es ging alle sehr schnell. Auf der Speisekarte findet jedes was. Es gibt Nudeln, Reis, Burger, Suppen und Salate. Man kann mit oder ohne Fleisch bestellen, also für jeden was dabei. Ich hab eine Pho gegessen, die war sehr lecker, hätte vllt nur noch ein bisschen mehr gewürzt sein können. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar

Soup of the pho noodles are bland and tasteless. Spring rolls are poured with peanut sauce which is odd. I've never seen any Vietnamese restaurants did this. The worst part is the waitress was kinda forcing us to tip her via the payment machine. I was unprepared and I've never seen other restaurants in Berlin do that. Definitely 1 star for that!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was good and there is plenty of options. Super tasty Vietnamese street style food. One of the best, Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin and Berlin is full of them. Will definitely be back!

The food really has a good taste. Quality of chicken used was very good and fresh, we could taste it. 😋 It could have been bit spicy for my taste buds. But overall, a good Vietnamese restaurant. 👍

We were a bit shocked when the waiter asked us directly how much we want to tip at the end of the meal. We have never encountered this after dining out in Berlin for years. Although it is true that he was full of smiles and funny which made the dining experience good (but none of the staffs had a mask), but the last moment broke everything unfortunately. We were also a bit curious why they didn't ask to show proof of vaccination when dining in. But that's another point. Overall, it is a suitable quick bite near the station when you want some Pho. But we wouldn't be back because it felt like day light robbery to ask outright for the tip which puts the customer on the spot.

A good place to have a short pitstop when visiting this area. I was happily surprised after discovering the spacious terrace at the back of the restaurant. The staff members were extremely friendly and welcomed me on arrival. The food was served quick, but the quality was average. The rice was a bit dried out and there wasn’t that much seitan in my dish. I guess it’s one of the better places in the area. Would be good if the (disabled) toilet would have more light as the little lantern wasn’t lighten up the space enough. There wasn’t soap either, and the water tap wasn’t fixed to the sink and I couldn’t lock the door. Overall I had a good experience as the staff compensated it with their friendliness but there is some room for improvement

Tasty but expensive. The staff was very smiley and helpful but the guy did not wear a mask!!! To me this is unacceptable.

Quick, tasty and reasonably priced, they serve some of my favourite alt-burgers. Some interesting bubble tea and of course the pho - makes this a great place for a quick Vietnamese lunch or dinner. Staff and friendly and speak English. Wonder why they don’t have any interesting desserts though...

Loved the food, fresh, tasty and unique. The service was very friendly and helpful. We had the Special Fries which was really good and very surprising combos of ingredients. And the Udon chicken was also great. Definitely coming back for more.

I felt like it was very authentic. It was nice anyway and I had great food and coffee. The guy with tattoo has very kind of good personality and he reacted very casually that makes your feel like he treats you very sincere as a friend and listen to you. It feels warm. Is it so called X-factor? 🤔 Some people just like treat you as customer and being kind of fake.

I had one of my best meals ever. Veg pho. So much so that I went back twice after so 3 times in total on my one week stay in Berlin for a conference in July 2022. I still think about it and been meaning to post review

The Gyoza with chicken was delicious. The Quay also very tasty in combination with the sauce that came along. Nice interior, but because it was late, I ordered take away and enjoyed the meal in my hotel room.

We ordered pho and burger. The portion was too small compared to the price. The pho was 15 Euro but I couldn't find any specialty from my good. It is just very normal pho. Also the veggies in the hamburgers was not washed properly, so it was so sandy.

Was there yesterday. Pho soup was not so bad, BUT: 1) The waiter asked me: how much do you want to pay? 2) After my answer that I wanted to pay only for my meal the waiter tried to add 15% for tips and did't want give me the receipt. Horrible service, NEVER again

Great takeout experience here. The food is fresh, delicious and moderately priced. Waitstaff is friendly and enthusiastic. I was there on 2 different days on a recent trip to Berlin and even on a very busy evening, the staff responded thoughtfully to dietary restrictions. A+

Nice Vietnamese joint right opposite to the exit of the Zoologischer Bahnhof. I tried the Tofu dishes and it was really great. The prices are little above average but the taste is really good. The servers speak English and generally is overcrowded during the weekends. You might have to wait, but it is worth the wait.

Delicious food with perfect service. We had to catch train and asked them if quick order is possible and they served us within few minutes after our order. Interior of the restaurant is also very beautiful and catchy. Must visit place.

Yesterday (22.02.24) and never again! My friend and I went to the restaurant for lunch. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were met by the so-called "manager" who told us that we could not sit on the three seats because it is the Berlinale period in Berlin and probably other people will come who want to sit. However, there were 2 people sitting in other four-seater places and generally there were 6 people in the restaurant at most, but we were refused to sit on the chair that we chose, so we left the restaurant and the manager very rudely told us to be fine, bye, don't come again. My advice would be to find intelligent people and teach them how to deal with guests when they come to eat.
