On the question if stuff spoke English two people out of two said "no". I had a minor question so I continued in English and they both understood me and replied. Feels a bit strange when people don't even want to try to help you

Love this store! It’s huge and so many new products I haven’t seen from other shop! Even my dog was excited to go everytime!

Great aquarium section! Anything you might need for your fish tank, from decorations including driftwood pieces and rocks as well as castles etc to large selection of fish and plants. You can also buy aquariums here.

Conveniently next to ring S_Bahn station, this pet store has a big variety of dog, cat, small animals and fish products. There's also a modern grooming saloon. Personnel was kind despite busy time.

Wir fahren fast wöchentlich für unsere liebsten Haustiere hin. Die Leiterin der Nagerabteilung ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir erhalten immer alle benötigten Produkte. Das gleiche gilt auch für den Aquaristikbereich. Wir werden immer sehr gut beraten von dem kompetenten und freundlichen Leiter beraten. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind immer sehr freundlich!

It is a large shop, where you can buy things for lots of types of pets. However, i looked for some itens that could not find there, such as cat nail clippers or a good sand for cats (and they only have an awful and expensive sand), so looks like an ocean with 5 cm depth...

If you are a cat owner avoid this place. For a flagship store the selection is ridiculously small. Cant even get a proper leash or items of quality. Everything is china produced low quality stuff. I didnt want to order stuff from internet but I have now no other choice. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere else.

Good shop with a lot of branches A lot of choice for all standard mammal pets, a lot of fish and a few reptiles. Very good range of food, enclosures and items. Nice well informed staff

Enough space to move around, even for a big family with kids. Prices are ok. It is often a bit wet around the aquarium area. And staff is not superb as in some other pet shops of Berlin

Not enough employees and no work organisation. I mostly go for aquarium section. The employees are generally nice, but equip yourself with patience - there's not enough of them to handle the workload so long waiting time is likely. The cash registry suffers from lack of organisation as well and there's a general lack of understanding where to wait to pay goods when the line gets long. Last time I visited it took me 45 minutes to get out of the shop. I knew exactly what I needed, but had to wait on all sections. Together I had 5 min of service and 40 min of waiting time. That's enough to make me not want to visit. The potential is there, consider investing in process organisation training for store manager(s) to resolve those pains or maybe more employees to reduce overall stress.

Es ist okay aber.... Eigentlich ist meine Wertung nur der Empfindung geschuldet das ich nicht alles bekommen habe. Hasen hier sind relativ teuer! Gibt es im Baumarkt preiswerter.

Kein Vogelfutter für Ziervögel noch Papageien mehr im Sortiment, sowie Ausstattungen für den Vogelkäfig! Ich bin heute extra zum XXL Fressnapf gefahren um eine große Wahl für meine Piepmätze zu haben und wurde leider enttäuscht. Die komplette Ziervogelabteilung wurde aus dem Sortiment genommen. Einzig die Abteilung für Wildvögel ist geblieben. Ich dachte erst ich würde die Abteilung nicht in dem großen Laden finden. Doch als ich einen jungen Mitarbeiter fragte, antwortete er auf meine Frage hin "wo sich die Ziervogelabteilung befindet", dass sie diese nicht mehr haben. 😕 Sehr komisch, zumal ich dort gerne eingekauft habe. Nur als Tipp falls Jemand sowie ich dann dort steht: Ich bin dann zum Tierfutterladen im Kauflandcenter (150m weiter), die haben eine kleine aber feine Auswahl.

Super sortiert, breites Angebot...gerade bei der Aquaristik viel Auswahl! Beim Tierfutter nicht gerade günstig (außer vielleicht bei Angeboten) aber sonst alles was der Tierhalter sucht und braucht.

Super Laden für Aquascaper, wurde über einen Tipp auf dem Laden aufmerksam. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend und gut, ein Tisch zum setzen des Layouts ist vorhanden. Personal ist bei Fragen sehr hilfreich und Freundlich 😁 Man bekommt fast alles was man sonst noch benötigt was das Thema Aquascaping angeht

Wollte mir vorgestern 4 Mäuse kaufen da ich mir es sehr lange gewünscht habe und bin da hingegangen und hab erstmal warten müssen bis die Frau von der Pause gekommen ist alles gut verstehe ich aber sowas unfreundliches hab ich nicht erwartet hatte mein personal Ausweis nicht dabei und somit durfte ich nicht mitnehmen häää ich hab mir ohne personal Ausweis ein Hamster mal geholt? Naja egal ich bin dann wieder gegangen und hab mich für ein anderen Zoo laden entschieden

Heute Mittag da gewesen, eine sehr nette Dame hat uns zwecks Erstanschaffung für Zwergkaninchen sehr ausgiebig beraten. Einiges fehlte noch an Ausstattung, wo man noch Beratung brauchte und diese haben wir bekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns wohl gefühlt und uns wurde alles Klasse erklärt worauf man achten muss und was zwecks Nahrung, Gehege Ausstattung, Pflege usw zu beachten ist. Gerne wieder kann ich jedem empfehlen! Die Auswahl an Kleintierbedarf ist vielfältig und das Sortiment war super. Der Laden generell ist sehr gut sortiert, gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter waren super gelaunt, nett und hilfsbereit. :)

The place where nearly any needed pet tool/toy/gizmo is available. Astonishingly, cat calming collars are not for sale. Any other pet item is likely to be available.

No lines. Definitely cheaper than Futterhaus with the same assortment. Would prefer this chain any moment.

I expected to find a wider selection of toys, foods, accessories at an XXL shop. The experience was average (just like in smaller Fressnapf stores).

great selection - took pup to Fellini Groomer inside. Grooner was fantastic in dealing with our rescue pup. highly recommend.

Went here to pick out a new animal or at least see some choices of future pets. Was extremely disappointed, 95% of the already limited amount of pet cages which stated there were animals were empty. I know this may happen so I took no mind to it, however I was unpleasantly surprised by the loud whistling of one of the employees and anyone who's ever owned a bunny (which the shop has) knows they get startled easily and may have health issues based on that.

I’ve been ordering food for my dog here for a half year already and never had problems before. But this time it’s a disaster. I’ve made an order on Dec, 2 and today it is already Dec, 16. So I’ve been waiting for my order for half of month (!) and by now they haven’t notified me yet when I will get my order. I tried to reach them million times and all they say is that they are sorry for delay and they are busy because of Black Friday which was in the end of November. Ridiculous. Never ever order anything here again.

Ich war heute da um paar Sachen für meine junge Schlange zu kaufen, wie z.b Frostmäuse. Alles ging supa beim kaufen. Aber als ich zuhause war und ,nach dem auftauen, nochmal die Frostmaus gewogen habe war sie 55g! Auf der Verpackung stand 30g-40g. Und ich kann die natürlich nicht zurückgeben. Ich hab damit 20€ Verschwendet. Also, jeder der da hingeht und Futter kauft die eine bestimmte Größe oder Gewicht haben muss, erst checken ob es stimmt!
