Rude staff, especially front desk. Food made us sick. And the room was unbearable. I got to the room around 11am and turned the thermostat from 72 to 68. By 10 pm that night the room was 75. And in this room you can hear ABSOLUTELY everything going on in the hallways and in the next room over. $300 for one night and I canโ€™t tell you one positive. Absolutely nothing to recommend about this place.

Wasnโ€™t very impressed for a resort casino. Seems like itโ€™s going down hill. The โ€œfine dinning restaurantโ€ is by the lobby and on the website looks to have been at the top of the casino with a beautiful view of the city. Definitely not a fine dinning experience, when you have people in sweats and a t-shirt. Food was good with large portions and service was decent. The rooms where another negative starting with the main door to your room has a inch gap of space so good luck getting any sleep when you hear people down the hallway, the bathroom was pretty pitiful and I didnโ€™t even take a shower since there was hair and the caulking was starting to come from the wall and the shower head had missing pieces and the most awful noise when you turn on the shower. Anyway I give this a 3 star since I made the most out of my husbands birthday with good food and service at the middle bar of the casino. Wish the fine dinning restaurant was actually fine dinning and was back at the top of the casino. Thanks

Beautiful resort! Room was very nice, clean & spacious! Enjoyed the balcony & night time views! Ate in the Embers steakhouse...WOW!! Delicious, we are still talking about the quality of our food & service!! I had prime rib, chop house mashed potatoes (Yum) & veggies were cooked to perfection! Hubby had steak & shrimp, he added the mac & cheese & said it was the best he's had (& he is a Mac n cheese expert)! We did think it was odd that you couldn't drink in the casino while gaming!? We'd definitely stay here again, next time for longer!!

Everyone is an absolute delight even when it comes to needing to switch rooms. In valet, Robert is fantastic & extremely kind to your needs, and at the front desk Theresa & Christopher are A++++ in your service needs. When it comes to the rest of the resort, the pool is small with part inside & part outside which leaves it quaint & perfect. The hotel is clean and up-to-date even with covid still protocols still in ace for staff but leaves restaurants closed. The casino is actually huge with thousands of slot machines, busy tables and a great center bar staff. This is a great little getaway or place to stay while in town on business. Definitely 2 thumbs up... customer service should always be the top item to grade.

Tried the Sunday Evening session of Bingo, BIG MISTAKE! They should call it speed bingo. If you use paper cards, good luck! The caller calls the numbers out so fast that by the time you finish daubing the number he is already on the next number and with all the special games they play, there is no time to see if you have a bingo. I believe this is how they ensure no one will win the jackpot. We asked if he could slow down and we were told that he couldn't because he was on a "timer". I don't know what kind of timer he was using, because his speed was all over the place. The caller also mumbles so who knows what he is saying half the time. The only way to play this bingo is to use the computer so it can mark the numbers for you however the computers are so expensive it is not even worth it. I will never attend the evening sessions of bingo at this casino again!

The rooms were great. However, I was there for 6 days. There was only one choice for a restaurant. Chill, the ice cream shop closed early several days in a row. It was alarming that the website had different hours than actual hours of operation. The shuttle never came for transport to the train. Baggage crew was great and very helpful. I expect better at a resort of this size. I at least expect the website and signs to be updated according.

This was my first time ever in a casino & it was hands down a great experience. The hospitality from the wonderful staff, even the variety of food choices & cleanliness.... It was great all-around. 10 out of 10. & Would highly recommend to all my family & friends that enjoy the casinos. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you Isleta for providing a safe, & comfortable environment. Keep up the good work.

Where to start? Saturday night and you have a (according to your staff)sold out show with โ€œLarry the Cable Guyโ€ and a packed casino floor & NO VALET!!! My wife and I are both Disabled American Veterans who finally found a spot, but had to walk a very unacceptable long distance. The golf cart shuttle ran sporadically. Once inside the casino and after battling in order to get some food, we still had a too long of walk completely through the casino floor to get to the amphitheater for the show. The quality of the show was substandard at best. Larry at times forgetting his joke, slurring several times and cutting short his set list. His opening act was disgusting to say the least. I get that it was a โ€œ21 & Overโ€ event, but this guy was way too vulgar. Difficult to fully hear the show, as several times, your security guards would congregate right behind where my wife and I were sitting. Nearly the entire show, there was at least two guards standing there talking loudly, sometimes another guard or two would join them and this obviously increased the volume of their conversation(s). The only positive thing was how quickly we were able to get out to to road, not because of anything anyone did, just me paying attention to the layout of the roads around the casino actually.

Outstanding service. Helpful staff. The water jets in the tub went on the fritz and wouldn't shut off. Maintenance was very quick to respond and fix the issue, as was housekeeping to cleanup after. I do recommend requesting a room further away from the elevators as guests are loud and the doors are thin. Overall rooms are very well maintained, and very comfortable. Seating in the Showroom for concerts is amazing. The concessions are quick, restrooms have close and easy access. Dining options are limited, however the few that are there have large menus. So plan your dietary needs accordingly.

. I've never had the pleasure of staying in one of the casino rooms. The food is great, and the service is pretty good and some of the employees there are pretty friendly can't say they all are but most of them are. The beverage area is always clean nice and tidy. But as far as the machines I feel they're a little bit tight there still sucking in more money than they are giving back they got to pay for the remodel somehow. LOL all-in-all as better casino is a very nice place it's clean.

Want to go to a casino that doesn't honor it's own promotions? Then I've got the place for you! They make up excuses on why they won't honor it, and that they can't give you anything due to some nonsense gaming law. I've been around the whole country at casinos. Never have I ever felt such disregard for customer service. No accountability, and no customer service. Machines are super tight. Worst ones I've been to. If you want to throw money away and be treated like nothing. Come here!!

If you're planning to come here on a Sunday bring your own food. There's one small restaurant with one cashier working. the food is good and reasonably priced but I don't want to stand in line with 20 people just getting up in the morning because they don't have any place else to eat coming out of the hotel!!!!! I spent two weekends here I have yet to hear anybody winning ANYTHING on the floor, no bells alarms or other congratulatory sounds ! VERY tight machines!

After a VERY long day of driving we ended up here. The staff was very friendly (both in person and when I called to say we'd be arriving late for check-in). The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also quite nice. And the shower...let me tell you, was divine! Extra large waterfall head that just hit the spot after such a long day of driving. But definitely use the rubber mat bc the water doesn't drain super fast from the tub. We got up and gambled some the next morning before check out. The casino was also quite nice. Everything was very clean and felt safe. Will be where we stay if ever in Albuquerque again.

Love the location and competitive prices. Cheaper and nicer than the Hilton. Suits. We will definitely stay here again. Mean girl vibe at check in. A bit ridiculous ๐Ÿ™„ The steak house was very nice and incredibly friendly. Wish list: More Gluten Free options and Turkey burger.

The casino itself was really nice. The golf course was great but the casino didn't have anything open. They have a small food court with 3 places but only 1 was open the two days we were there. The coffee shop and steak house were closed most of the time as well. They said it was due to short staff but it's tough to review when you can't really take advantage of most of the amenities. Decent place but may be better when fully staffed

The food at the Embers was great. Only had soup, wine and appetizers but we're definitely going back for a full dinner. We sat at the bar and Victor was the worst bartender I have ever had. Next time it will be the dining room.

Just did a 3 night/3 days stay for a wedding at the venue. Wedding venue was nice, but hotel stay was not so good. Con 's greatly out-weighed the Pro's. Pros- nice/ courteous staff cleanliness of hotel Cons- No exhaust fans in bathroom for toilet or shower area Heavy, loud closing room doors that would keep you awake if you had rowdy neighbors. Hard, uncomfortable pillows. Sink would drain super slow, tub/shower had such a huge slope it was actually uncomfortable to take a long shower. Room cleaning only happened one time during our stay. Had to call for more towels and make up our own room. we even keep the "room service" light on, but no daily service. Food choices were not spectacular Elevators had horrible smell It may seem like petty issues, but for 200 dollars a night, I guess I was excepting a little bit better. I would not stay there again.

Room was just okay. I definitely think the pricing was up there for a non working hair dryer and damaged tub lining. Pool was really nice and warm but I wish the outside part was deeper. The hot tub is not that shower head thing you see pictures of it's the spa so don't get excited about that unless you want to pay to see it. Fat burger was closed the entirety of our stay which broke my husband's heart. Breakfast room service was yummy, surprisingly I got Starbucks despite not seeing a Starbucks in the hotel? Casino was very clean.

Disabled people beware. I am a sci partial paraplegic and use a power chair to ambulate. My wife and I went to the casino for a tattoo show and a merwoman performance. There was a crowd and I was navigating well without the help of anyone. I was not asking for resources to be expended on me at all. I was starting to roll slowly to the area where the performance was happening. A woman with security started trying to clear a path to a place I could see when her supervisor stopped her and stated that people in wheelchairs were not allowed down that part of the main convention hall at that time because he did not want to "Deal with my problem." I asked to speak with a member of management at that point and was told that they were too busy at the time to deal with any complaints. I continued on the best I could enjoying as much of the show as possible. When I got home I tried to contact Isleta again only to be told that it could not have happened at their property. Denial is a river in Egypt sir. Keep denying that there is a problem with the ableism rampant in your organization and you will sooner or later be faced with a federal lawsuit. I know the feds are quite dismissive of the small things that happen such as an incident only concerning a single individual. The problem with this whole thing is that nobody is listening. Denial is the maneuver of the day. Don't worry about all the folks who enter your facility with a chair and get the same ableist treatment. Sooner or later you will get so out of hand with the ableism that the feds will have to get involved. In the mean time I'll seek entertainment elsewhere. I must say that there is a huge difference in set security at the amphitheater. I have never had a bad experience there.

1 night stay. Rooms were in good shape, pool area was terrific with a warm connected indoor/outdoor pool. Hot tub was good size. Hotel is smoke free. We enjoyed our stay, and we will come back.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying there, the only thing is they could use a new bed and pillows in 519. Otherwise it was clean and the customer service was outstanding! Cynthia, one of the drink servers and Tony the bar tender had great senses of humor and where a joy! Also the valet drivers were very knowledgeable of what to expect with going to a concert at the amphitheater and using Uber. Thank you all!

Service was great staff was very attentive and willing to help when ever you asked them. Location is easy to get to and has a beautiful golf course across the street. Rooms were good well kept and clean. I love the casino plenty of machines and tables to play. Love the pool. Only problem I had was the smell. I think they went from smoking to non smoking and they used a deodorizer that I'm really familiar with and hate the smell of. The art and native culture is amazing.

Great find as the price was absolutely a great value. The casino is ample and clean. The rooms are clean and we just loved the mattress. Location was a bit further south of I40 and Old Town but not soo far that you are isolated. The rooms are clean and the staff is super super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Next visit to Albuquerque we definitely will stay here at Isleta.

Rude Hotel check in staff. Completely unhelpful. Made it difficult for my 16 year old daughter when she accidentally locked herself out of the room. I could hear housekeeping loudly bad mouthing guests in the hallway. Pool was freezing. The Casino was a different story. Very nice staff with the exception of one blackjack dealer. Everyone super friendly. Great steak restaurant upstairs. Unfortunately the bad experience on the hotel side will keep me from returning.

I went for a spa visit, a birthday dinner, and gambled a bit. First spa I have ever been too, but it seemed nice. The private hot tub and steam room are very nice! The food at the steakhouse was AMAZING! I payed $200 in Vegas for one of the worst steaks of my life; EMBERS served me one of the best steaks I have ever had for $40. They could easily charge double and I would go there weekly if I was a local, it was that good! GAMBLERS BEWARE! I was playing double-deck blackjack for over an hour. The house doesn't deal from a shoe and they burn the deck when a new dealer arrives. They either have a sporadic schedule, or they use this tactic as a house edge. Be aware of this when playing, they might burn you if you are strategically betting. I will NOT be revisiting. My next visit to Albuquerque will be a visit to Sandia Resort and Casino.

Attended a concert at Isleta Amphitheater, we stayed here to avoid staying in the city where rooms were way overpriced. The hotel was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant and professional. We felt safe with all the security around and the late night snack bar was perfect for after- the- show munchies. I will stay here again.

Overall a fine place to stay but there's nothing super special to talk about. Sheets are rough on the bed. Housekeeping was chitchatting amongst themselves multiple times and VERY loudly ..we asked them twice to take their conversation elsewhere. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good downstairs. This location isn't really near anything. Everyone is very friendly.

Went to Isleta Resort and Casino for a Dallas Safari Club meet and greet, raffles, and dinner. Service was excellent and the meal came out hot and well prepared. The meal was halibut and elk. The staff was professional and worked the room like the pros they are.

Isleta is probably the worst local casino. The machines are very tight, they restrict Freeplay to certain days, they close the earliest, and still in Summer of 2023, they keep banging on about masks and social distancing. There's no progressive poker and no Buffalo Link or Hot Stuff slots. The food options are insanely limited, only their cafe is open consistently. Fat Burger and Panda are only open on the weekends, and Panda never has any veggies options, including the super greens which ever other Panda on the planet has. Def not a good time or value anymore

  • 4/5 Christopher P. 9 months ago on Google
I gave rooms a 3 star because I have never stayed at the hotel. But they seem very nice. The casino part however is pretty good. The choice in slots is pretty expanded. It's not a bad place to blow some money. They do free gifts for a few months out of the year so that's pretty cool.

I recently spent 3 full days at a business training here and while the ballroom was nice, staff was very courteous and prompt to meet the needs of a large company training the Ballroom was absolutely freezing! From 7am until well after 5pm the air was running at an extremely low temperature. The location of Isleta makes it so that you have go there and stay, nothing else near by. The pond in the front of the entrance was also due for a good cleaning and smelled really strong of mildew when you passed by it.

Everyone here is so friendly. Love the airport shuttle (Isleta is about 8 miles from the airport). My room was very spacious and the bathtub deep. Everything is kept very clean. We used the Boardroom for a meeting and it was so spacious and had all the amenities we needed. My only wish is that there were more dining and food choices within the resort. It is about 15 or so miles from Old Town. The nearest "restaurants" listed nearby were Subway and McDonald's. Uber estimated a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. So it takes planning to do anything outside of the resort. I was too tired to plan so my dining options were extremely limited here. Still, this place is architecturally stunning, well cared for and loved. That much is evident.

Great casino and ok food. They used to have the best snack bar. The new fast food eatery is always closed and not great food. Their fine dining restaurants are superb. If I need I can get all their eateries Up to the same Standard as the fine dining restaurant, They would be the best casino in town. Bingo is great here!

  • 5/5 Christine R. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel, pool and our stay in general was excellent. My only suggestion is that the pool towel system be a bit more lax. The number of towels is limited and you have to check them out. I have NEVER been to a hotel, especially one that holds itself in such high regard, where this has been such an issue. It kind of kills the overall relaxing vibe of the pool experience. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Stayed here for a conference i was attending. Rooms, hotel, and service was amazing. Pool was closed for renovations but it looks like is going to be an amazing one once done. The food service was a total disappointment, being the hotel is south of the airport and away from majority of the restaurants. The place has 3 fast food joints and a main restaurant. 2 of the 3 fast foods and the restaurant were closed for Monday and Tuesday with about 150 conference attendees plus guests. Oh well, we all managed through. Staff was super nice and got to go play their golf course which was a fun experience! Definitely would come back and stay here in the future.

I haven't been here in probably 10 or 15 years. It's a lot calmer than 66 but just as busy. I don't usually gamble but I threw 20 bucks in I walked out with $380 so I have to say five stars for sure I do plan on going back. On the way there there's an amazing food place now so this will be a regular trip for me. I definitely recommend you give it a shot.

Great time gambling. Won $40 and spent $100. Had some good drinks, not very strong but tasty and the Bartender was a very nice lady. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Tables were full. We aren't big gamblers we just enjoy the ambiance.

Remember to use Hแดแด›แด‡สŸส™oสŸสŸส.แด„แดm when booking your resort. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Very clean and well kept rooms! It is just far enough away from the city to make you feel like you aren't actually in Albuquerque. Donna the valet supervisor went above and beyond for my family and me. I would definitely recommend a stay at this place!
